Service was good staff were polite and friendly

Rude staff, while I was checking if my takeaway order was complete, I was snapped at by the member of staff, stating it 'was all there', it wasn't. They had missed a burger. This has previously happened, hence why I double check the order before leaving!

My food was cold and my chips were cold and hard I didn’t even eat then pure waste of money disgraceful

I was told my order would be with me at 6:50pm my food came at 8:15 and it was frezzin cold. We didn’t have straws. This is terrible I rang and rang and rang and didn’t get through to McDonald at all. I will be calling tomorrow and complain to the manager about this

My food was late by over an hour even though I live 5 minutes away, when I received my order both of the drinks I had ordered opened spilling all over my floor and ruining all the food I had ordered which was cold to the touch, I had called McDonald’s three times to try get an update on my order and three times they did not pick up. I am requesting a full refund, unacceptable.

Only the drinks arrived but our driver Hammed returned to get the food. Did really well. Both throwing the blame back and forth. Restraint redone the food. Dad still missing a mcchicken sandwich but thank you Hammed. Communication between Oakenshaw maccies and drivers needs to improve big time. Order was for family over £50.

Took far too long from time of order to driver leaving with food

Drinks was damaged leaking and the 9 McNugget’s was missing from my order driver even removed the drinks bag seeming panicked knowing he messed up. Refund in credits for the drinks and nuggets is being submitted. Not acceptable felt like the driver rushed and probably took the order before the restraint could load my brother nuggets. Driver needs to be reviewed.

This guys is the most useless delivery man. Very very rude. He went to another place to stay I asked come to the emergency dept where other people come but told me he is not going anywhere. . I asked to bring my food to emergency dept but never came. I had to walk down to him. He took his time to take the code, asked me up to 5time so that I could remain in the cold. Stated cursing me in his native language and screaming. I never want to see him again!

Appalling service. Food never arrived. Spoke to restaurant who said driver had collected order but had obviously delivered it to the wrong address. Notification showed driver still at restaurant 1 hour and 15 minutes after I ordered. Still no refund.I

Delivery Time had changed every 5 mins which left me waiting a while for the food and by the time we had received it it was cold

ordered at 18:15, courier arrived at the restaurant 18:30 and was waiting there for 30 minutes. estimated delivery time was 18:40-19:00. ETA Didn't change until my order had been handed to the courier. food was barely warm when it arrived. the courier was absolutely lovely though and the only good experience

Everything absolutely stone cold. Considering it was ordered and delivered within 30 minutes you’d think it would be warm.

McDonald’s need to train their staff in making a proper fillet o fish burger because every time I order from McDonald’s the cheese is half eaten or the fish fillet is not in the centre of the burger. Shame on you McDonald’s and you’re employees

It was really busy due to half term, but food was good, chips were hot, and the service was lovely as always. I took the tray to the drop off, and the lady took it off us and wished us a lovely day. So sweet! I did not get her name, but thank you for the lovely service!

Order was cold and took over an hour

Cold food/ coke drink was tipped over and all of it spilt out and was no toy like requested in happy meals.

Early but missing half the order !

Dreadful customer service. Went last week Mon 10th, quiet in there. Sauces missing from order so i went back the girl looked at me like an alien and she said so do you want some? Im like err yes thats why they were ordered. She rolls her eyes and gives some dips, still one short, like it was too much effort. Sat down fries half cold also portion was small. Went back again she said i'll replace them. There were a few red hot ones on top the rest still luke warm she clearly only topped it up with a few just cooked and not replaced it so went back again. A lad this time replaced them but they were still only a bit warmer than the first lot. Couldnt be bothered to go up again and burger wasnt too warm either.

Wrong order, paid for triple cheeseburger and got double cheeseburger, paid for 5 sweet and sour dips and got none!!!! NOT Happy

The order was assembled 45 minutes at McDonald's before the courier picked up our order according to the receipt. The food eventually received by us was Cold, Soggy and inedible. All of the sauces were missing. The Flurries were lying on their side and leaked everywhere due to them melting after 45 minutes and couldn't be eaten. All of the food had to be thrown away and my children were very upset. Please do not order via delivery as the order is always missing items and is of Sub standard.

Well I ordered a double sausage egg mcmuffin meal and a double bacon egg mcmuffin meal. I got given 2 double sausage egg, so I've spend £24 in total to eat 2 hash browns because they just can't get an order right.

Once again part of the order missing. How many times can the same place lose your food when putting it into a bag. Go to the help line and you can’t enter specifically what is missing. I just wish they could get it right.

food was good,all of the order was there including ice and straws for the drink,which makes a change for mcdonalds.normally there is some issue with our order when it's from mcdonalds oakenshaw. delivery driver early which is good,she was polite too
