McDonald's in Redditch

Never ever again. Used this place for years and no problems. But over the last 6 months I’ve used this place 4 times and 4 times in-a-row they’ve missed one of the burgers meaning one member of the family goes hungry. Once or twice, sure ok, human error but 4 times in a row?! Nothing accidental about this at all. Will never ever use this place again. I guess they got a new manager about 9 months ago who thinks this is a great plan but you’ve lost a lifetime customer.

The restaurant is always clean and welcoming. The staff are helpful and friendly. The food is reliably hot and well presented. The McDonald's app is going through changes which means that completing an order is very hit and miss. I will be giving McDonald's a miss for a few weeks until they can get the app working properly.

Good as in most maccies is the same but the service here is prob the worst I have had. Messed up an app order. Rang to complain and promptly messed up again. At the drive thru window they were messing about and even dropping the odd f bomb great for those with young kids. Think the management has lost control

The Mc Donald around Greenlands is a wondeful place to visit. The food here is relatively cheap and they have ample parking.

Does what it says on the tin. Very clean and tidy, good service.

I don’t quite understand what’s wrong with the workers of McDonald’s but reading an order and putting it in the bag must be impossible work for them. Food is always missing or wrong items sent out. Ordered a Quarter pounder with cheese - extra onions and ketchup and they’ve gave me a Quarter pounder with no cheese. Make it make sense. Laziness comes to mind

freezing cold and no happy meal toy for my son

I use this Maccies twice a week and 70% of the time the order is wrong. Also, they have not been able to serve milk shakes for months due to a "broken" machine which was broken last time I asked for one over 6 months ago!

1.Huge improvement, very polite helpful service, immaculately clean tables and whole diner. All very good 2.Very clean, slow table service, chips all over the tray, no napkin, over cooked chips and not hot wrap. Could be though just not good compared with McDonald's, Longbridge which is consistently excellent for everything.

Fries are always soggy or missing salt, dont seem to get this issue from other McDonalds resteraunts

Mc chicken burger top half and chicken was in the bag not even in the box , tasted fine but a bit of a mess when you have to reassemble your meal , no milk shake available as usual , food just thrown in the bag .

The chips were dry and unpleasant. And the breaded chicken was uncooked or not defrosted in the middle, ( I only had one piece. ) very disappointed 😞

Delivery driver threw our food on the floor outside & left it at the door. This resulted in our food being all over the bag & not in its packaging

Really can't work out what goes wrong with our MacDonalds, but every time we have to microwave our burgers, air fry the fries because they don't seem to have been fully cooked and the shakes are just flavourless froth. If you were served this quality of food in store you would take it back. Not sure that deliveries are getting the same attention to quality as the food served in store

Ordered on here and my food was more than an hour late tried to call through here many times no answer had to drive to the restaurant myself to get my order which is quite ridiculous as I had paid for a delivery that never got delivered

First time ordering and never again, said it’s delivered but nothing received. Rang Mac Donald’s and they don’t want to know, contacted just eat via phone and answer machine states use App for problems, used App 2 hours later and £17 lighter no food and no reply 😬

I only live a few mins away by car so can’t understand why my food was cold said I was unhappy but nothing was done! I’ve been in the restaurant and witnessed bags of food on the side waiting for pick up no wonder people are getting cold food

And yet again part of the order missing, the food we received was just slapped together and lukewarm, I’ve given to many chances now and will not be ordering from here again

Drive way service is very slow and poor. I understand the staff don’t accept tips but it doesn’t mean their service has to be bad.

Order says it was delivered at 19:09 but still ain’t had my food delivered been ringing the restaurant non stop for over and hour and had no answer absolutely useless never ordering from here again and I recommend that nobody else does

The food was cold and the dips were missing. The driver was given the wrong address so had to phone for directions.

The new system with the code is good. Make it fully mandatory so this way people get there food at the correct house.

Absolutely outrageous! not only did they have no bbq sauce in stock, they proceeded to give me sweet curry after I asked for sweet and sour as a SECOND option! We ordered a chicken mayo ( only mayo) did that come with mayo? Did it heck. It was plain and dry like the Sahara desert! Ordered a plain cheese burger, what happened may you ask? Pickles happened. I am severely allergic to pickles which I told them so, yet they thought it would be funny to put pickles on my burger. Are they trying to right me off? Oh and I’m not finished, the wrap! Well well what do I have to say about the wrap, we asked for no mayo only chilli sauce. They gave me only mayo no chilli! Absolutely distraught with my experience here. Never will I step foot near this monstrosity again! Mac Donald’s you have broke my heart. I am coming for you! Watch your back…

Terrible experience tonight! All the fries where missing from order, when calling the store was told there was nothing they could do, it was just eat spent 35 mins on a call them to find out they don’t offer to substitute or re deliver our items! Offered a £13 refund on a £55 order! Went to the store who had to resolve issue for us !

The fries were dry and Luke warm. The crispy chicken burger was dry and tasteless. The coke if you can call it coke was nothing more than coloured water with ice, zero taste of coke and zero fizz. Overall I was very disappointed. Certainly not worth the money

Packers at McDonald’s are awful, missing items, yes I get a refund on missing items but it didn’t contain all our order for everyone, so we’ve had to place a second order with a second delivery charge. Hardly ever get what we order and almost never include dips ordered. Staff need training to check the order on the list. Awful.

The food was just shoved in a bag, I had to re construct one of the burgers and I was not impressed by this at all if I’m completely honest.

Delivery driver didn’t have the correct items but was very quick and polite going there and back to fix the error.

My order never arrived but was set to delivered! I have a ring doorbell to prove nobody came to my door. The food was for my children as a treat, don’t have enough money to reorder so hoping I get a refund! There should be a system where a password or code can be given at handover as no doubt this has been delivered to someone else and they’ve taken it as it was paid for! Not happy in the slightest.

Woeful. Every order without fail arrives missing something, usually the main item to the meal. The staff must work blindfolded for the craic, a competition to see who can create the worst version of the order. Bonus points if you can cause a mess that would enrage a pacifist. Shambles of a place.
