Andrew was wonderful! We walked in like 3 minutes before closing and he served us without any attitude or anything!

Every take out local is fine but this one. Do not order off the melt menu as they will charge you £8 to deliver a piece of bread covered in onions, I can see/taste half a piece of bacon and am chewing a soggy warmed up cheesy oniony piece of bread. I had this delivered, anything off the sub melt menu for delivery is obviously warmed up on the spot and thrown at the delivery driver. Absolute shower.

Just had a very awkward visit to subway.. greeted by a man who seemed like he didn't want to be any where near the food or customers. And I instantly felt on edge. Asked for footlong tuna mayo.he said cheese and toasted?( which I know they usually offer) I said no thanks. He then said just tuna salad said yeah and salad of course but I have another sandwich order. He said again but you don't want it toasted and no cheese? I said no. He must of asked this 3x. Then because I said I wanted another sandwich he said if I'm going to have to change my gloves though.. ok? Absolutely so awkward. Got to the salad.. lettuce tomato..... no thanks just cucumber and jalapenos and light mayo. Can I have more jalapenos please,but I've already put some on, ok? No can I have more please? If I'm asking for more why is he asking why ? I asked for more mayo. He said you want more mayo? Yes. Are shocked by how awkward a sandwich order was. Not needed at all. Overall the sandwiches were nice. But the lack of communication and costumer service is shocking. Think the name was shafir

Me and my partner went to grab some lunch here this afternoon and was honestly super impressed! The food was spot on and the staff were incredible! Big shoutout to you all, especially the trainee that served us at the counter!!

I asked for a chicken tikka and cheese "toasted."The food was not hot They are normally good but for some reason the salad was cold and had a frozen taste. I will not go back there unless they improve.

I popped in to get some healthy salad on my free points deal and ended up with the most delicious Sub served my Alice. It was the most fun, self confidence building and no calorie counting experience ever. Alice is amazing, entertaining and definitely a feeder lol. Left with a big smile on my face. Absolute credit to the team and a company x

For a fast food chain, this store was slow. One of my subs was toasted when I didn't want it to be as a new staff member came out and toasted it 🙄 Think the staff are lacking communication between one another.

Got a footlong, had 2 missing ingredients which I didn’t realise until I got home and ate. Woman that served me seemed rude and acted like I was incompetent because she did not know the subway menu when I had asked for a particular item. Asked and got charged for 6 chicken nacho bites, then had to ask for the nacho bites 5 minutes after paying as they’d forgotten, came home only to realise a total of 4 chicken bites were actually given to me. Been to this subway before and have had 0 problem

I popped in here for a quick foot long BMT on Italian bread and it was fantastic. The chap who served me was attentive and had a huge smile. He cheered me up. He piled the sandwich high and was careful to ask what I wanted and how much. He explained the pricing if I bought a drink and cookie with my sandwich. I chose to eat inside as the place was spotless. The food was really decent stuff. The place was also at empty yet there was a queue for the cheap and cheerful place next door (goodness knows why!!) Subway looked clean. The tables were spotless and the staff have been well trained. I would certainly recommend this place to eat. (Parking can be difficult right outside but if you wait the cars are usually not there long as most seem to be popping in to Greggs and are out in moments) Subway is a million times better than the fast food burger place opposite and ten million times better than the place next door. The staff made this place so big shout out to them. (I think the guy who served me was oriental or Philippino and is a credit to the shop)

Has parking , lots of seating and friendly staff

Food was and beautifully presented. Tables were all clean. Air Con was on which was great as it was a hot day. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Fantastic. What else is there to say. I have been using this subway for months now for our lunchtime platters. No request is too much trouble and Vicky is amazing. She is friendly, professional and clearly a great leader as her staff demonstrate the same level of professionalism. I cannot recommend this store enough. Get out, go and give it a try. They will not disappoint.

There were only 2 members of staff on, serving both in store customers and Uber drivers. We queued for ages and then when we were finally served and asked what salad we wanted it was all cross contaminated. Appalling for 2022!!! There was gherkin in the cucumber. Personally this could have given me a nasty allergic reaction. Dreadful!!! The worst subway I have ever been too. I would have given 0 stars if I could.

Been going here for the passed year as work round the corner and the staff are always happy and very excited to jump on and get my food made! Vicky the top class women will rock up and sort you out a very dank sandwich and even suggest you stuff if your new :) very good place to eat from.

Update to original review: So my wife and I went today after the good experience from the first review, 2 subs, 1 drink 7 cookies £17, totally worth it if the food is good. Unfortunately this time the 6" sub bread was dried out as it was half of another 6" someone else had bought some time earlier. Stale bread doesn't matter so much when you toast it (this one wasn't) but when your paying a premium for fresh food and one of them is nothing like fresh it's not up to what I'd call a reasonable standard. The Seccond sub (foot-long) was also poorly made double meat means quite a bit of meat and the meat needs to be spread out well in this case it was 5 slices on one side and 11 on the other like a wedge. So it looks like I got lucky with staff on the first visit. It will be the last time my wife goes to the store and it's unlikely I'll go back either unless it's for cookies for the kids. Original review: If you have read any of my other reviews you might be aware I'm pretty picky. In this case I was spoilt because my first sub was in 1999 in Binghamton NY at a little mom and pops shop (the old reliable conklin Rd if anyone ever finds them self there), and since I stopped going back to Binghamton I've not found a better sub (including in the states). You can make a smaller one at Subway however it's about 1/3 of the size of the original and instead of £3 which the foot-long in the states would have cost, this one will cost you about £10. The good thing is, if you get a good subway and just give them the ingredients list it's possible to see how good the staff are, because you can get the balance wrong and then the sub is disappointing (as per my later review). In this case the sub was perfect with out any guidance, and my teenage memory's of the states were perfect translated and I'll be coming back to this subway again. The staff are all friendly too, don't assume things so ask all the right questions as to how to prepare it. The subway was also very clean and everyone stuck to covid regulations throughout. For those of you still reading and not use to subway, if you're buying a sub also remember your meant to get it how you want it, so you don't have to stick to the menu. The people serving you can tell you about the different breads and you can also have it as a salad or a wrap. So instead of ordering off the menu, put all the things you love one the sub and play with the ingredients so you can get it just right, once you do you can get a sandwich you love freshly made all over the country should you want one.

Very clean, good socially distanced one way system. Friendly staff. Our lunch was lovely made to perfection exactly how we asked for it, with a lovely selection of extras. There is car parking facilities but it's small and popular times would be a struggle

Ordered from here on just eat paid 26 pound and only got 2 things i asked for was missing 6 items! I rang up and said they couldn't refund they couldn't send someone over with the rest of items so I paid 26 pound for 2 sandwiches which they also got wrong! The person on the phone was very rude aswell.. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DONT ORDER FROM HERE

Clean and efficient despite lockdown

I can't tell you the number of times I've walked past this place to visit Greggs but thought i'd take a gamble on Subway and wow the sandwiches was amazing all the staff was really friendly and made my son that is a really fussy eater feel special by making him a sub just for him. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dont miss school kids otherwise u end up here!!! I had to repeat myself 10 times just so she knew what bread i wanted and still gave me the wrong bread and secondly forgetting choice of meat i wanted on the sub and not forgetting the salad too i must of said 5 times pepper and she goes what sauce every time this is outrageous and im not impressed!!!

Slow service due to only 2 members of staff both had long hair and were without hair nets when we returned home with our order my son found a hair in his sub ...... due to the long wait before being served we didnt want to return and wait even longer the gentleman that served us was generally quite rude to most customers

Me and a friend went here for a subway late after work. When we got in there she had already put all the selections away, even though it was 6.30, she then started moaning that we had 5 minutes to put our order in else we wasn’t getting it. She was rude and interrogating, I felt rushed and felt uncomfortable. She put the wrong toppings on my sandwich because she wasn’t listening and was trying to rush. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER. I’m not sure of her name but she had blonde hair and outgrown roots and was working on December 8th 2020.

Rude! (i think franchisee owner) on asking if they provide discount to emergencyy services using blue light card, even though says 20% off all over blue light website for Subway, I was advised 'NO we dont do discount at this franchise' very abruptly! Terrible! Would not return or eat at this particular subway franchise again!!!!!
