The Food was good , I bet it could have been great if it wasn't just barely warm ! I mean it's a shame 😔 I mean the delivery driver can't even operate a simple doorbell 😕 Get your act together people !

First time trying food from here, Burgers are delicious, filling, reasonably priced and delivery was swift and pleasant. Would consider again. however, be mindful they are quite surprisingly stingy with the fries and angry fries which were very undercooked on our first order here. Stick to the burgers in my opinion.

Brilliant food, great happy service,eat in or take out, even my dogs were welcome, would recommend to everyone !!!

Vegetarian options: Good selection of Vegetarian food. Just wish the Beyond burger was Vegetarian (cooked with meat so not, but is clearly labelled)

Do not eat from here!!! Received my order yesterday to find mould on the hotdog bun. When I rang the restraunt to complain he said it’s not their issue and to call Uber. Disgusting food and disgusting customer service. Will never return.

On a work trip to Redditch, came in at random night one. I have been back. Highly recommended. Particularly the chilli jam burger on the specials board.

Really great hot dog. I moved to Redditch from California almost 3 years ago. And TONIGHT I finally had a hot dog that made me feel like I was back in Cali. Will definitely be ordering again. Excellent.

As implied by the name it's almost Redditch's answer to Five Guys. Like Five Guys they are not in the budget range but you get what you pay for which is a very good and tasty burger with a good varied selection of fries, shakes and desserts to go with it.

ZERO stars. Ordered Saturday 13th March. The burgers were tasteless dead meat, roadkill. Shakes were nice, called today to order more shakes but rude idiot on the phone. Opening times incorrect. Don't waste your time.

I went here for the 1st time, and really enjoyed it. Cooked to order and all fresh ingredients and also friendly staff. I would recommend it. Takeaway and delivery and when things return to normal also have a dine in area as well.

Ordered two milkshakes from here for me and my wife and Could not believe that for £4 a milkshake you get only one Ferrero Rocher in it, you can’t taste it only a cheap vanilla ice cream taste very disappointing and the owner is very arrogant when questioned why his answer was that he had been there for six years without a single complaint, goes to show how much he cares about how many people have actually complained on the reviews. Definitely would never be ordering from here again big zero for us.

1 star is generous... Ordered here now and again since 2016, burgers used to be amazing. Now it's hard to even call this a burger... just some meat in a burnt bun... It's a disgrace to serve something like that. Never ordering again.

Best Burgers, Best Milk Shake 👨‍🍳

This was my very first visit to Brooklyn's 5! Ordered online and collected in store during the lockdown. The website was easy to use and made ordering a doddle. The selection is great with so many to choose from, beef, chicken and veggie options. I loved the ability to completely customise the burger or make changes before confirming selection. The store was very clean and the staff welcoming whilst I waited for my order to be cooked. I happily waited knowing my food was freshly cooked and my patience was rewarded. I got home and opened the food up and it all looked great. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. The beef burgers were meaty and cooked well. They were juicy, but not greasy. The combo fries (skin on fries and sweet potato) were delicious and plenty to share between 2 people. I will definitely be using Brooklyn's 5 again!!

I finally realised why i was gettin charged alot more than the menu they gave me said???. They still giving out the old menu's. Add £2 per burger an thats what it is.

Classic cheese burger, black and blue burger with dirty fries. All were delicious. Lovely clean shop, nice friendly staff. Look forward to trying a different burger next time we are in town. Well done guys 😋🍔

Really pleased with my order. I was contacted because of high volume orders (which I appreciated) it did take a while so expect a slight delay however the food is worth it. I ordered 3 burgers to sample a few and wasn’t disappointed at all. Fresh and cooked well. The 4oz burgers are perfect for most people and the 12oz is massive so choose wisely. Fries are a massive portion so one is enough for two. Nice and seasoned and spicy also. Although it sounds like i own the place I genuinely recommend this burger joint if your looking for fresh quality burgers and a great service. Absolutely 10 out of 10. I will be ordering again, chicken bites are great for kids too, strips are a bit spicy hot for under 11’s unless they like spice. My recommendation? Texas bbq or the classic cheese burger if you want to stay safe😉

i would NOT recommend going to this restaurant! Me & my friend went there with high hopes from good words passed to us through friends and family. Yes the restaurant looks clean and aesthetically pleasing but surely something went wrong. After ordering a simple milkshake from this restaurant didn’t think much about it. But the day after it came apparent that we had been given food poisoning from it! It is the only thing that both of us had and we are both very ill. I would not go back here again and if i could give it a 0 rating i would. The staff are very friendly and it’s a nice place but it’s really not worth becoming that sick over a simple thing again.

5 star quality food no doubt about it after 2+ years of use only had one bad meal. Now my problem and the reason it's only 3 stars in my opinion is personal experience. Too many times have orders been wrong, unfulfilled or taken 2 hours+ to arrive. The best action taken by them to correct problems is replacing a milkshake with a can of drink. They also send replacement items that should have originally been delivered or were incorrect before out again. Which then leaves you sometimes waiting more time before actually completing or starting a meal. Personally avoiding from now on

The burgers and angry chips were actually very delicious. Fresh and tasty. Only downfall was the wait. Also, no toilets. I'd eat here again.

Absolutely awful. Was told the food would be with us in 45 minutes. 1 hour and 15 minites later when i rang to ask where the food was they told me it would be a minimum of 30 mins until it turned up. Then claimed theyhad sent me an email but it must have been wrong despite the fact the had sent me a confirmation email when i placed order. Absolute jokers. Never use !!!!!!!!!! All other late reviews are bang on

Promised delivery 40mins late Promised they where minutes away but didn’t have dips Then after a further 25mins rang and was told it wasn’t being delivered as the order was cancelled Great customer service there well done

Deffo gone down hill, very disappointed. I ordered a Cajun chicken burger for £4.49 Cajun spiced fillet of chicken with rocket, tomatoes and cajun mayonnaise it was a chicken breast that had been cooked in a fryer and then sprinkled with Cajun spice and covered in Cajun mayo.. on a crappy floured bun with lettuce... no rocket or tomato... I ordered a side of Angry fries and received normal fries. and a side of chicken strips and two cans of drink.. £14.87 someone call the police I have been robbed... never again..

A lot of money and been asked to pay 50p for a dip when only ordered sweaty fries,shake and burger for £15.....

Absolutely awful of late, never seems to be any topping .. if I order a goats cheese and red onion burger that is exactly what I expect especially for the price you pay. Was fantastic when it first opened it seems as though enthusiasm has gone. Even the service isn't great these days. Bottom line awful lot of money for not the thing you ordered.

Now thats a tasty burger! Ordered a Classic Burger with additional Jalepenos. The bun was soft and fresh, the burger cooked medium to well done - without even asking, just how I like it. Plenty of sauces available. Got to recommend the Angry Fries and a good selection of shakes too! Burger was made immediately, service was efficient and polite. It hit the spot! Definately a very strong Recommend and will be visit again for another great Burger.

Tonight I waited 1 1/2 for my food to come I had to call many times then when it finally arrived I was over charged and my order was poorly cooked and wrong I called them back with the problem were I asked for a refund because I did not want to wait for my order to be replaced because of how long I waited I was spoken to disgustingly on the phone then to be hung up on.... I tried to call back many times and got no answer Will never order from this place again Over priced and gross the need a new cook Ps.. I gave the one star only so I could post this

I indulged myself in an Oreo cookie milkshake along with a old school burger. It was one of the best meals I have had in a very long time. About to order the Texas bbq burger now with a kinder Bueno milkshake, and I am sure it will not fail to satisfy.

Just had two burgers..one original cheese and a bbq 12oz with angry fries and normal skin on fries and it was excellent. Will definitly be revisiting. Does exactly what it says on the tin!!!
