Ordered £45 had £23 delivered totally the wrong order shocking totally incompetent

Once again left a note for no drumsticks and again ignored

Delivery driver was wonderfully polite and helpful

IAM not happy as I asked in the notification for mash instead of gravy and when it was delivered it had gravy in so I would like a refound as my meal is now incomplete

Kids meal is not value for money

Nothing to do with the driver. Estimated time kept resetting over and over for over an hour since ordering, food came relatively cold. Unable to cancel order on app or website.

asked for a hashbrown as my chosen order didn’t come with one and couldn’t add it and they kindly put one in the bag for me x

Food was awful, chicken seemed liked the leftovers at the end of the day and the chips were soggy.

Not a KFC fault. The delivery driver brought the food with the food warmer jacket. All cold.

Order was fine but I wasn’t happy that you had sent me a £10 pound money off voucher when I spend !£15 or more at KFC which I did but you never accepted . This is not acceptable as your not delivering on what your saying

There were no chips delivered with my meal, what was delivered was cold and of poor quality. The chicken tasted like the oil was old and the gravy was almost solid. This was a really poor meal.

My friend Woody from Toy Story came here today. And he enjoyed the chicken

Quick delivery by very pleasant courier

Driver was apparently delivering my food. I called kfc who confirmed driver had left 15 mins earlier. The tracker showed the driver sat outside a house nowhere near where I lived for 15 mins. Food arrived cold and was thrown away.

The food was freezing not really edible that’s both burgers and chips freezing cold very unhappy

my house is very hard to find,the lady got lost but still managed to find us in record time for a delivery.very impressed with her.

Lid was loose on the gravy! Gravy spilled all over the food! Making bag fall apart. Chips and chicken all cold and soggy. No drink delivered either.

Food ended up being much later than initially stated, food was cold and chicken seemed to have been refried and the delivery driver was miserable. Overall a rubbish and disappointing experience from start to finish!

Food poisoning at its best at oakenshaw kfc. Ordered on Friday on uber eats and I received this and when we called we got given a fake email to contact about this. so I messaged kfc on messenger and got told that it was fine even though you can clearly see this is raw chicken! They tried offering me and my friend a £25 kfc voucher and refused to give me a refund. My friend became ill 2 days later throwing up all night and I am very sure she had food poisoning. If I were you I'd avoid eating from this kfc.

typed address and postcode manually but app changed it. whats the point of typing it manually if its just going to pick itscown address it thinis is the one I put. so driver didn't know and food was cold. we had to then drive to the store ourselves. not happy with service at all.

Ordered a 12 piece boneless bucket collected at the drive thru traveled 5 miles back home to find i had been given an 8 piece bucket. Phone constantly rings out. It comes to some thing when you get ripped off, just a bunch of low life scum. Will never buy another kfc

never delivered no correspondence to why, no way to chase it other than an email where they will get back to you 'within a few days' order status updated at 2000 saying it was delivered at 1830. rang the restaurant and it still hadn't been collected or even assigned

Women on drive thru has the worst attitude towards customers ordering, needs training to speak to people properly.
