After going out to meet the driver as he couldn’t find the house he didn’t know who’s order was who’s I basically had to help him figure it out

chinese delivery driver ripped food out of my hands because i didnt have a four digit code, be grateful im on probation or i would have battered him, your restaurant can suck a dong

Missing items and still no refund

Food was so cold, wrap was poor, no salad/lettuce! Warp tatsed burnt! Poor quality

Food was cold even though it turned up early. Also food seemed rush prepared.

friendly driver delivered with care

Food was absolutely shocking, £33 for 2 meals and 2 gravy’s for the food to be stone cold, chicken dry and overcooked, chips freezing cold and gravy and beans full of water.

Missed out x8 hot wings. Bag was open. Not saying the driver had it but bag wasn’t sealed and order wasn’t complete. Poor

The driver was unable to find my house, I am on a main road, the very last property

The food was cold, it was obvious that the driver hadn't delivered my order straight from the seller and took a detour.

Good quality food, excellent value and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend.

The man was nice it was early (we was told 8:30 it can no later then8:10) and the food was warm

the food was cold and the chips looked like the Fryer hadn't been cleaned with loads of black bits over them. the dkiveres at to deliver miles away from us before us which is probably why the food was cold. would never order again

The food was missing key elements such as the kidney beans in the rice box which really affected my meal

Love the food, delivery guy was very friendly, only issue I have is with the tracker - says 'estimated delivery 15:55' which was way off, I was waiting by the door for about 5 minutes.

Food hasn't turned up yet I received a message saying it has been delivered I was given a code for receipt of delivery this is the second time in 2 weeks I expect a call at the very least .

Poor quality as my fries and dips were not provided. Good delivery time as you only had to deliver half my order.

Poor quality chicken, tough cuts for a boneless banquet which wasnt pleasant, bbq dip not good.

Delivery time supposedly 15-30 minutes when ordering. Food took 55 minutes and bag containing food was ripped, wet and looked like it had been sat on or thrown, popcorn chicken was falling out onto the floor when delivered.

Chicken was fresh, a bit of a wiat but definitely worth it, cuz the chicken was crispy, but the hot wings seemed a bit on the smaller side, nevertheless it still banged.

Food was terrible, was cold, barely no lettuce in burger and hardly any chips. How you can charge the prices you do for terrible quality food and tiny portions, absolute rip off

absolutely devastated tried to call because my son wanted a kfc after his 2 hour footy training,LOL he worked his socks off for this but this kfc didn't answer and we had to get a mac Donald's for my little sugar boo i don't recommend this stupid place and i hope my pookie son never encounters this LOL

Order took 40 mins I'm 2 mins down the road which doesn't bother me, food was cold cos delivery driver didn't get till the KFC until 30 mins after he was selected as the delivery person, this is not KFC fault this was delivery guy not getting there fast enough

chicken was soo yummy but like the rest was so cold.

We ordered a bucket deal and our food was that covered in grease the box fell apart and it was dripping out the bottom of the bag. We took photos of proof and was ignored when we spoke to someone.. we was told “it’s being investigated” that was May 4th

Their fried poultry products are good but far from quality due to dripping oil.

Received no chips at. Called restaurant to be told there was nothing they could do.

the chips where over cooked and cold the boneless chicken was over cooked and dry it seems the standards have dropped l will not b ordering again

The portion size of chips were poor

Bought ×4 Snak boxes for the kids. When we got home and opened then there was barely anything in them. Apologised to the children and made them some sandwiches. Will not be using again.

Specifically requested drumsticks and thighs for autistic kids and received nearly all boney wings pieces. Poor service.

Wow, me and my friends come here pretty much every Saturday. It has ignited out friendship to a bond that will never be broken . The staff are so friendly and helpful. The place feels like home

ordered 20 hotwings came within 2 minutes then got a mini filet burger and came in 2 mintues with a drink and was a all round class meal

Haven’t had KFC in years, so we thought we order one. Food came around 20minutes after the time they gave us, food was warm enough, however the fries were all soft and floppy, not crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, like McDonald’s fries, the Mcain frozen fries that you make in the oven at home are way way nicer! the chicken was ok I suppose. Wouldn’t bother with KFC again after having this delivered to my house.

Order arrived late and cold with the main chicken part of the order missing. Contacted Just Eat to complain and ask for a refund but more than a week later it’s still not been resolved.

Looked like my 2 year old had put the burgers together hardly any mayo tiny bit of lettuce so very dry also food was just not hot.

Fighting through the ignorant Uber and Just Eats people is a pain. Maybe segregate them like other fastfood joints do?

Terrible cold burgers slapped together. Cold soft chips in a bag not filled to the top. Absolute waste of money. Never again

Incorrect food and no sauces even though ordered.

Ordered 2 chicken fillet meals online using the app. Took my money but failed to issue an order number. Explained situation at first window and was told to go to second window and manager would be advised. Was given a meal in a bag. When I got home was not what I ordered - was given someone else’s meal. Ended up with a load of boned chicken, chips and gravy, none of which I wanted. First and last time I use KFC app.

Extremely Burnt and flavourless, not the usual KFC quality. Called the store and was told "chicken can't be burnt" and "it's the oil" but was told its cooked in a pressure cooker. The batter on popcorn chicken was normal and tasted as it should, so I feel as if I was lied to. Also the chips were hard and again not up to the usual KFC quality.
