The last few pizzas I've got from yourselves have been exceptional, however the food i got last night was trash. It came to about £40 for 2 pizza's and 3 sides... which was a tad pricey. The two pizza's were undercooked, lacking flavour, and completely light on toppings. For the sides, the chicken wings tasted bad. I don't know if the chicken had gone off or not, but they were inedible... I threw them away. The cauliflour bites again were undercooked. It all just frlt rushed and badly put together. For the price, I expect quality. I was really disappointed in papa John's yesterday.

Held a retirement party in The Lounge, had booked the buffet option done but outside caterers. Was emailed a large & varied menu, I double checked that everything was included for £15 per head - when it was served there was about 8 platters & no where near the full amount of food off the menu. Certainly not worth the money, it was fresh & looked nice but terrible quantity!! The manager was no help at all, she kept saying she’d come back to me with an answer, I’m still waiting 😡😡

gets it right every time never had an issue here. pizza is always perfect even mine which i make a lot of changes on. Don’t order from here a load but it’s always a treat when we do

My food was over 1.5 hours late and is missing a whole burger, they didn’t even give any sauce with the food. This was a horrible experience

The cafe was very busy which isn’t a bad thing but the food choice is very limited if you need anything gluten free. The choice of main meals is very poor for coeliac sufferers and to say ‘but we have a lot of gluten free cakes’ doesn’t compensate for the lack of choice for warm food. Also the apparent unwillingness to improvise a little with what can be offered is really quite annoying. Come in M&S, coeliac disease is not a new thing or even a fad and a company like yours should be far more able to offer a better choice in the cafe especially at the prices you charge!!

We went here on 13/09/2018 on our way to visit family travelling four hours and stopped off to eat here.Was not expecting much but we had great service and the legendary cod chips and peas and cups of tea were perfect, so fresh and delicious.We were served by Shannon who was lovely. Many thanks.

Sorry to say but a staff member named Emily was quite bitter and aggressive with the other staff, a young African woman. She was throwing cups and milk cartons across the store and she seemed extremely stressed. I waited a long time for a small coffee. Not the best experience tbh.

I visited for lunch with my son and mother. Struggled to find a clean table. Limited cutlery and most tables needed cleaning. Eventually when the food arrived it was only just warm and my sons fish was thick batter,curled up and hardly any fish.When we asked for it to be changed we were told that the cook had stated they would fry another but it would be exactly the same? Terrible value for money and awful customer service.will not even be shopping here again let alone eating!

Second time I have given this place the benefit of doubt. You place your order, they take your money and after hours of waiting, they cancel your order. Appalling service and I urge anyone not to order from this place. It's about time people started to boycott these places if they are unable to supply demand and they should be removed from the delivery apps. I'm not sure what it is with Burger King and McDonald's, they obviously think they are too big and are obviously uninterested in customer service because it doesn't matter what customers think. I hope many will start voting with their feet to bring down these untouchable and ineffective franchises for good.

No idea why so many odd reviews. Staff always lovely. Great place to sit and work, meet a friend or just have some peace. Excellent location off A34 as petrol station + a Subway. Between J15/15 M6 too.
