Disgusting food. Inedible. Supposed to be a peri chicken rice box with chicken strips and rice… got tiny pieces of chicken with no flavour on what so ever, and plain rice. Then paid £4.80!!!! For Mexican chips. Tiny chips with grated cheese which wasn’t melted, jalepenos and soggy nachos on top. Called the takeaway to inform them I was unhappy with the chicken rice box and chips. They said they will bring over more chicken strips with peri sauce on. They added chilli sauce to more cut up chicken. Just don’t bother go pepes or chunky chicken

I decided to give this place the benefit of doubt following their dreadful service only one week ago, which I put down to M6 problems. This place is unbelievable in so many terms. Exact the mirror incident occurred when I ordered again tonight. They constantly put you deliver time back after hours of waiting, then cancel your order without no explanation or apology. This place needs removing from the Just Eat app as it continually fails to meet the bare minimum expectations. Something I think Trading Standards may be interested in. If you have children, do NOT order from here on a delivery app as your kids will be going to bed hungry, your order will never arrive. I appreciate somewhere like this has the monopoly being stuck on the M6, so travellers will put up with extremely poor service. As for a food delivery app, you are definitely not fit for purpose and you need removing from such. Absolutely shamefull! I would like to describe your service as inadequate and shoddy but in real terms, it's non existent.

No parking, which annoys for pickups, and no dine in options.

My son & I met here for breakfast on a Tuesday morning. The queue in the cafe was very long, with one male member of staff taking the orders all on his own. (He was lovely, btw, bright & cheery - friendly service!) 2 x Eggs benediction and 2 x cappuccino, costing near on £26!! 😲 Now, I don't mind paying for something I enjoy, BUT, > the layout at the payment till did not flow and there was no cutlery - a member of staff, stood talking, told me 'there' ll be some on the other side! '..... there wasn't!!! When I finally got some, it was dirty and I had to go back & change it. >The empty tables were filthy, piled high with dirty cups & plates. It was hard to find a clear table, so my son moved the dirty cups to another table. No staff cleaning them. Not a first impression at all! > When our food arrived, it was only aired, almost cold. Reading through previous reviews, I have seen lots of customers commenting that their food was barely warm/cold, so what is the problem here & why is nobody addressing it??? > Then there was the coffee. COFFEE should actually taste of coffee, especially when I have paid an for an extra shot! This was the most disgusting excuse for coffee I have ever tasted. Frothy milk, no taste of anything resembling decent coffee. This coffee cost more than the coffee in Starbucks across the road. > Mark's & Spencer. What is going on here? You are obviously making enough profit within your pricing to pay staff to serve customers and clear tables. Why are they not being trained properly? Why are dirty tables 'the norm' for you. It's not acceptable and an insult to your customers. Most questionable, why are management not addressing these issues??? I see no replies to reviews, it seems nobody bothers to read them. Nobody cares! I'm surprised your cafe gets any customers at all!!! I will not be back, I will stick to my family run little cafe 5 minutes away with lovely food and clean tables!!

Just READ the reviews for this place before deciding it's no good- APPALLING!!!! THIS DUMP OF A TAKEAWAY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

We went here on 13/09/2018 on our way to visit family travelling four hours and stopped off to eat here.Was not expecting much but we had great service and the legendary cod chips and peas and cups of tea were perfect, so fresh and delicious.We were served by Shannon who was lovely. Many thanks.

Without doubt one of the worst breakfast rolls. The roll was stale and inedible. The bacon was undercooked and the sausages were flavourless. Avoid the food if at possible. A positive note was the happy attitude of the staff, however I suspect this was down to them not being able to eat the food they serve. Lucky people.

Sorry to say but a staff member named Emily was quite bitter and aggressive with the other staff, a young African woman. She was throwing cups and milk cartons across the store and she seemed extremely stressed. I waited a long time for a small coffee. Not the best experience tbh.

I visited for lunch with my son and mother. Struggled to find a clean table. Limited cutlery and most tables needed cleaning. Eventually when the food arrived it was only just warm and my sons fish was thick batter,curled up and hardly any fish.When we asked for it to be changed we were told that the cook had stated they would fry another but it would be exactly the same? Terrible value for money and awful customer service.will not even be shopping here again let alone eating!

After a long journey, running I to queues of motorway traffic, we was very hungry and decided on a burger King. We now wish we stayed hungry. The fries were anaemic and undercooked, whoppers were dry, bland and dull. I'd imagine ducks would turn there head away at the stale sesame buns. The milkshake was the only saving grace. It was half decent and with the shocking items we have endured then half decent has become our satisfaction level. Oh and no cheese on our cheese whoppers. Disgraceful and embarrassing. Shall never ever ever ever in a billion zillion squillion years eat here again. But may drink a milkshake.

We went through the drive through for a quick drink and we ordered a drink and we’re deciding what else we wanted and the man shouted down the speaker “anything else!” we were put off ordering anything else and just paid for the 2 drinks we had. Absolutely disgusting man on the drive through

Enjoyable food as always. The only problem was, which was my fault I ordered a 6inch sub instead of a normal footlong which I regretted because the food was yum. Enough said.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel the low ratings for this wonderful family-run soft play are completely unfair. As a local, I visit regularly with my three children, and we always look forward to the delicious homemade cheesecake—it’s my favorite! The food is great quality and excellent value, and my kids absolutely love the experience. It can get a bit crowded, especially during parties, but they’re incredibly affordable, and the kids have a fantastic time. The person mentioned in past reviews is no longer involved in the business. It’s now run by two brothers, one of whom manages the place and offers outstanding customer service. Some of the soft play could use a little TLC, but in my opinion, they’re perfectly safe. Despite the small space, the variety of activities available is exceptional. It’s affordable prices great staff and reasonable prices, mean that it’s a godsend for me and my family.

Held a retirement party in The Lounge, had booked the buffet option done but outside caterers. Was emailed a large & varied menu, I double checked that everything was included for £15 per head - when it was served there was about 8 platters & no where near the full amount of food off the menu. Certainly not worth the money, it was fresh & looked nice but terrible quantity!! The manager was no help at all, she kept saying she’d come back to me with an answer, I’m still waiting 😡😡
