D-Licious in Newcastle-under-Lyme

Lovely little place to take the kids to let off some steam. Coffees and snacks available to buy as well and seats for the parents

Ordered the upgraded festive feast deal and used my points to get a free giant chocolate brownie. The store rang almost straight away to say they didn’t have any brownie and offered the giant cookie instead. Delivery was quick and there was plenty of food for 4 people. The pizzas and cheesy jalapeños bites were great, but the cookie was a bit singed around the edges although still nice. Unfortunately the chicken wings were revolting, soggy and dripping in so much grease they were inedible. Spoiled an otherwise good dinner.

Took 2 hours 15 to get here and was freezing cold so they obviously made the food and left it sitting for that time until it was collected! If you can’t do your jobs properly don’t offer the service

2 members of staff are supposed to be working young girl totally ignored me because she was to busy talking on her phone the other member of staff did eventually serve me but proceeded to talk to the other staff member he heard she had dragged him into her conversation and was calling somebody a knob head. There is a time and a place to argue with you boyfriend and it’s not at work.

Placed order with just eat and waited over 1 1/2 hours to then be told they cancelled my order. Never again
