Hardly put anything on my sub, And charged me extra for it. Not acceptable.

Service and staff were terrible, there were no customers in, but they made me wait because they were chatting and was ignoring me until I got their attention the third time, but still made me wait and my food was made incorrectly. They obviously didn't want to be there and wanted to chat and gossip instead, and there was no 'please' or 'thank you' at all from both the staff on shift this day. Wouldn't come here again unless you want bad service and the wrong orders being made.

Just awful. And further more subway have deleted all loyalty points, which if I'm honest is really sly behaviour and will forever stay with me. To do away with loyalty points that have been earned by paying subway money, yeah that's a surefire way of alienating your customer base really quickly

Greeted with a grunt, second sentence was ‘Bread?’ Third was ‘Toasted?’ That was the last time we ever spoke. Customer service dwells not here. Obviously didn’t wish to be there. Sandwich has the same face. Miserable.

Hard dry sub.Chewy meat Limp slimy salad. Felt rushed even though it was empty.

Mega-sandwiches. More choice than you know what to do with.

Bacon and egg, too chewy and too pricey.

Always pleasant staff in every subway I have visited. Food is lovely.

Employee with long blonde hair at the milehouse subway wouldn’t speak up, talking under her breath which for someone with hearing difficulties is not very good, felt like I was forcing her to talk to me even though I’m the customer? She forgot to put the hashbrowns on my sub as you can see the below photo they are separate containers and didn’t offer to put any salad on the sub? Not a good experience considering I go here a lot.

I was served a soggy steak sandwich that looked like it had been for a swim around apedale lake suitable for feeding the ducks. The bread of soaked in liquid from the steak placed on my sandwich scrapped from the bottom of the tin. The sandwich maker asked for fresh but proceeded to give me bottom of the pan leftovers . Like a prior person mentioned aswell it was not very toasted or hot despite being requested to be. Nothing worse than a soggy wet sandwich that was practically drowning but a call to the not so helpful liverpool road franchise was met by 0 help and a "thats just the way it is sometimes". Im pretty sure a toddler in a subway play kitchen could offer better customer care. Sandwich was binned wont be returning to this branch likely for a long time.

I’ve been to this branch twice now - the first time they ran out of hearty Italian (my sub of choice but ok fine, I can pick something else). They also ran out of meatballs, but to be fair this was later in the evening. The second time I went for lunch. My heart Italian sub was partially stale - after toasting, one part crumbled, other parts were a little chewy. It also didn’t feel hot after being toasted. I was also served for salad after someone else even though I was in front of them in the queue. They also had the cold aircon on even though the temperature was 16 degrees (tap water) outside. I was not told about any offers they had, asked if I had a subcard, and the meal options I could have selected. It did have a somewhat friendly atmosphere at least.

Plenty of toppings given on sandwiches, staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Understandable that the restaurant feels empty yet is always busy due to the sheer number of online orders placed - would still highly recommend!

Requested an Italian Meats sub...bread was so stale it crumbled when I picked the sandwich up..it was as dry as a bone. No meat at all. Wrong cheese. Very little mayo. It was basically an olive and jalapeno sandwich..it went straight in the bin. Horrendous

Good quality food as ever and attentive service, the only problem is that they do not have the wide range of products as some of the bigger stores, but nonetheless it is very very good.

We went the millhouse Road one and tried prebooking in the app. What a fantastically easy experience. And the food was amazing. They were extremely prompt and when we got the food they packaged it on cardboard to protect in the bag it was in. Would recommend ordering through the app for more than 1 sub for a stress free experience. It took away the on negative with subway. Which was the pressure in the queue when you were ordering more than one sub and there is people behind you

Two orders placed a week apart and both and both times the bread and toppings were mixed up. Dont waste your money

Love their sandwiches, staff at Milehouse branch efficient and pleasant. Had a tuna salad sub for my tea and thoroughly enjoyed it.

A small Subway but in a good place, good free parking although can be difficult to pull onto main road during times of heavy traffic, e.g. rush hour times. Food is as expected and service is quick, good for a healthy lighter meal.

Tasty sandwiches, with a lot staff on I stronlgy can recomend bufallo sandwich. Hungry - take it Sandwich form Subway :)

A small outlet on the A34. Amazing selection of "subs" aka sandwich rolls, with huge choice of extra fillings. Pleasant staff, spotlessly clean, with cleaning taking place while we were there. Most trade seemed to be pre orders for delivery / collection, so we could pick any table.

I pop in here from time to time when we’re working on the big industrial area just down the road. Staff in this Subway are pleasant and very clean working .. that makes a difference to me 👍.. Captain kooks, what a place, absolutely fantastic food, can't fault the place,staff friendly, quick, polite,place is spotless, and the specials are to die for. OVERALL 11/10. From a genuine and loyal customer.

The service from this company is prompt and very polite!! I’d like to particularly mention ‘pep’ (David Pepper) from the Liverpool Road branch, as he always has a pleasant smile when delivering my food. Highly recommendable!!!

The food is good and the staff are pleasant but it's very frustrating when you think that you're second in the queue, only to find that the staff are preparing a long list of take-aways!! 😒 ... Just Eat, etc collections. Apparently, Subway are going to have an extension specifically for takeaway orders but not until next year. In the meantime ...

I usually order by app so when asked what I wanted on sandwich my mind went a bit blank i felt a bit out of place as if u was bothering them not a good experience..

Ordered a Italian BLT arrived got a Italian cheese I have a cheese allergy and no meat try to contact Newcastle under lyme branch for 30 minutes and no one answered the phone what a joke

Ordered with just eat. Had my order cancelled due to the time and the wonderful staff phoned me immediately to ask if I could accept an earlier delivery. Then had my order cancelled due to the lack of meat I wanted and again they called me straight away. Although this was a bit of a palaver they were friendly, polite and happy to help as best they could! So I was more than happy to adjust my order. Previous order and delivery had no problems at all. 9/10 will definitely order again seen as it's great food and the staff (in shop & delivery) went that extra mile to be helpful

I can't fault the flavour dished up in these sandwiches or the amazing cookies, but the staff have really gone down hill over the last year - they seem to throw the sandwiches together with so little care and attention it makes me wish I'd gone somewhere else, and the mood of the staff also leaves so much to be desired - how hard can it be to be civil and pleasant to customer instead of impatient and rude. I have decided after experiencing this too many times recently that I shall visit another store next time in the search for a happier experience. Shame

Sent the wrong sandwich, then called the store said pretty much all I could do was have a refund, considering I had ordered this food to eat not to stare at I wanted the sandwich, called the owner, lovely woman said she’d sort it for me 30 mins later still no sandwich :(, called the store, lad on the phone says the sandwich was right first time, I’ve got the sandwich here and I can tell you it’s not says okay and hangs up, 40 mins roll along sandwich comes cold and my night is ruined, girlfriend had her sandwich and I’m sat here empty as the wallet in my pocket.

Just happy it's currently open, all covid safe if that's a worry for you. Good service and happy to add as many olives as you want.

Visited today as in the area. Was lunchtime and busy, but found the service really slow, although the staff were quite friendly. Restaurant area a bit grubby - but noticed the food hygiene standard was 5, so confident of food. Had Rotisserie Chicken and lots of salad, which is my favourite. Coffee good for the price - always hot so if you don't want it like lava, remove lid while you eat!

Nice places to get a custom made sandwich! Lots of meats to choose from and a variety of breads, meats and salads! Always get asked whether I want my bread toasted or melted cheese on it! Friendly staff and nice place to have a quick filling meal whether you take it away or eat inside!

Meh. The breakfast sub was good but the hash browns were not. Coffee nice but no decaf available. The cookies were excellent though.
