Disgusting food. Inedible. Supposed to be a peri chicken rice box with chicken strips and rice… got tiny pieces of chicken with no flavour on what so ever, and plain rice. Then paid £4.80!!!! For Mexican chips. Tiny chips with grated cheese which wasn’t melted, jalepenos and soggy nachos on top. Called the takeaway to inform them I was unhappy with the chicken rice box and chips. They said they will bring over more chicken strips with peri sauce on. They added chilli sauce to more cut up chicken. Just don’t bother go pepes or chunky chicken

Went in for a pizza and the staff were really friendly, so friendly in fact that they upgraded us to a bigger size for no extra cost! Pizza itself was great. A year later, we were walking through Kidsgrove at about 1am, hoping a kebab shop might be open, and Chucks was pretty much locking the door. The owner fired up the fryer for us and cooked us a couple of delicious chicken burgers. Great guy.

What can I say that the food photos show. This is the first time I ordered from here to try another takeaway for a change. At first I thought someone had started to eat this while delivering it. Very disappointed with the quality of food when I opened it up. It’s a shame to be honest as the food was nice but the presentation is dreadful. Think I’ll stick to my main takeaways that do a lot better. Guys, honest step this up on presentation and it would do you a lot of good on feedback.

I’ll be honest we was hungry and was worried it was late and nowhere would be open. We are glad we chose Chucks. Food was piping hot and fresh and fantastic value for the money. I’m also funny with doner meat most tastes exactly the same no matter where you order from so I usually don’t eat much of it. I enjoyed the pizza that was fresh and with it being 12ish and we chose cheese crust we was expecting it to be messy but it was just right. I enjoyed the doner meat which has a different taste to others I’ve tried. There’s reviews here quick to complain but we ordered at half 11 15 minutes before closing and it arrived just before midnight piping hot and fresh so thanks for a good midnight feast Ps pizza is half eaten we had half and half tandoori nights and pepporoni fusion stuffed crust. Also decided to leave a review half way through enjoying our meal. Oh and the deal came with a. Chicken burger which again was nice and fresh with no gristle in sight. Meal deal 1 is a good deal 5 stars from us will be ordering again thanks 👍 Think reviews need updating as should be 5 stars.

We Waited over an hour half for food when I phoned up to see how much longer the food would be the man who I spoke to was very rude! Unfortunately, when the food finally came one of the wraps was completely inedible,burnt, and falling apart I would not recommend anyone to use this takeaway

We waited 1hour 20 for food on a Thursday evening food came just warm with items missing, called the shop to tell them and they said they had a rush on pizza orders. I explained that if that’s the case then surely the food would be fresh even though the order was just leaving the first time I called them. Chicken was just warm had to put it all in the microwave. The reply I had from a staff member was what do you want me to do 🙄. Safe to say we won’t be using them again.

Food cold no donner meat in 3pc value box and chips are cold and hard the 2pc value box had more donner meat than 3pc value box and chips were cold and chicken nuggets were cold and 3pc value box asked for sweet chilli sauce but got chilli sauce

Had the the chicken rice box was given a small amount of pliau rice instead of the spicy rice it normally comes with I picked my salad and was given a mixed salad instead of Lettuce and onions seemed like it was the leftover salad small chicken wasn't worth 12 pounds chips were fine and delivery was fast but won't be ordering again

Unfortunately 1 star review, we've used chucks on numerous occasions. Today we ordered our usual home alone meals and an additional bacon and cheese burger. When the food arrived there was no salad or sauces on any meals, there was no burger and a pot of sauce squashed in one of the pizzas which had exploded, also a black pube like hair in the chips! I called the restaurant to explain, after a while on hold I was informed they had forgotten the burger and no explanation of the salad or sauces. The restaurant agreed to deliver these, we waited 25 minutes for the burger which was absolutely freezing cold, the bacon resembled leather rather than food!! After 2 bites of the burger it became apparent it had been smothered in chilli powder/extract! Not exactly great for an asthmatic!! So thanks a bunch Chuck's not only are we all hungry, £29.37 our of pocket, we've now also got to deal with an asthma attack 👍🏻

First off worst takeaway of all waste of money fuming,i can not belive how much mayo was put into the tray ruined the meal the pizza looks like rizzla paper honestly how cheap are the pizza bases 🤢 will not be eating there again and if i were you i would think twice before stepping into that junk!

Always have good meal deals, I love the food, staff are always friendly and polite especially the delivery driver ( sorry can't remember your name 😊)

First time trying this place tonight, absolutely disgusting the chips were cold, soggy and stale very tight with the cheese, the kebab was cold next to nothing on it, the pizza was barely warm and mushy all went straight in the bin wished I'd never bothered, 5 Star food hygiene rating from 2 years ago should be 1 star. Don't waste your money shall never be going here again!!!!!! 👎👎👎👎

Probably the worst takeaway i have ever had, hardly any cheese on the chips, the kebab had a few pieces of cold chicken, hardly any salad and no sauce, that went in the bin, pizza was slimy and tastless, awful place stay away

Absoulutly terrible place eat Donna meat frozen meant be a Donna kabab but in small pita bread and pita bread full of lettuce 5 strands of Danna tiny portion and Is the Donna meat lamb doesn’t take like it seriously never going there again and someone like trading standards need look into this microwaved meat after complaining about small cold portion of Donna and can tell this Donna been microwaved seriously this takeaway need inspecting

Staff were very rude. Forgot the nan breads with the kebabs. Meat box that was £14 had hardly any meat in.... Rang and asked why to be told because we aren't a regular customer that's all we get! Won't be going again!

Absolutely disgusting. Exceptionally rude staff, how anybody would order from here is beyond belief. A shame the manager doesn't take as much pride in food as he does with mouthing off. The staff take personal vendettas when you approach them with any sort of grievance. Appalling quality, and even worse customer service. Proceed with caution, God help YOU if THEY get your order wrong.

I've ordered the same thing for 5 weeks running and for they've only managed to get it right 1 out of the 5 times pathetic and a total waste of my money

Gone really poor... portions over priced and the chicken isn't marinated as they advertise they brush it on as they cook it.... would not go again....used to rave about quality and portion size.. never again horribly

Havn’t been here for a while, as last time they got my order completely wrong, was shocked at how much the prices have increased and how small the portions have become, chucks use to be one of my favourite take aways to use, but doubt i will be having them again.

Fast delivery Decent price Taste good However the chicken in the kebabs are cut up to try and give the illusion of meat in the kebab. A large kebab has the max of 3 pieces of chicken.

Just been in chucks ordered 2 half's of chicken 1 hot 1 plain and a small doner kebab with a little chilli. Came home 1 half a chicken plain , they had put the leg in one bag and the other bit in another bag, the donor kebab was covered in chilli. Called them just said it was their fault!!! Will not be going again

Thought we would try them again after not ordering for a long time after the last takeaway was terrible.and it was the same again.like a five year old had thrown it in the box and rode ten mile too deliver it on his bike! Never again.

Had a few meals from here and all have been good. Had pizza, chicken dishes and kebab's and all non greasy and tasty.

Southern fried Chicken was awful, hard, over cooked and inedible. Chips weren't much better. This place has gone from one of my favourites to one I'll more than likely not use again.

order peri chicken, not vile,just bland and tasteless, ordered fiery rice,it was just plain piles rice,ordeded chocolate fudge cake,got chocolate mousse, ordered strawberry cheesecake, when it came it was still frozen,had to put next to the radiator, for 90 minutes,the chips were OK,but that's no biggie, only positive, the delivery was ahead of time,but I wouldn't use the again.

I love this place the guy on the phone is so welcoming I always leave a tip to my driver who is lovely 6 people live in my home and never been a bad takeaway in 1 year of ordering weekly and tonite me and the hubby ordered a zinger burger and was just like KFC amazing guys well done needs a award for perfect food and staff :)
