The best restaurants in Ross-on-Wye West Herefordshire, County of West Midlands

An absolutely lovely little tea room, run by a welcoming and friendly lady, whos rarebit and cheese scones are to die for. Me and my partner make a point of stopping here anytime we go near Ross and are never disappointed.

We booked the venue for a family celebration and had a superb time. Izzy and the team were so helpful during the planning stages and on the actual night! The food was lovely and the team even decorated the cake for me. We even had enough food left to use for a family buffet the next day. Thank you for a lovely, memorable evening Izzy and team!

Friendly staff, good pricing and great quality food made from scratch. I've just had my 3rd visit to Zam Zam whilst visiting family and I have never been disappointed

Absolute gem of a place. Staying at a hotel up the road, I decided to venture into Ross to watch the football. Tv's wherever you turn and drinks at a very reasonable price! Then I met the locals. An absolute warm welcome for this northern stranger. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Nice, welcoming, friendly pub. Kids were welcomed and were given a memory game to play with whilst my wife and I enjoyed a drink for Mother’s Day. Would definitely recommend

No food, but very friendly staff. Sports and family pub. Love going there to play pool and watch a bit of sky sports. Sunday is free jukebox. They also have quiz nights.

Sadly not the same since the last head chef left to open The Mill Pond. Sunday lunch at the restaurant today was half empty. Beef is not as tender as before and the gravy had dropped in quality. The extra dish of vegetables had been microwaved. Yorkshire pudding was half the size it used to be meaning just providing one comes across as slightly mean. Service was good, but £20 a head for a roast beef each is extortionate for Ross - I'd pay that in London! And a few months ago in Exeter I had roast beef in a pub for £14. So whoever pulls this pricing out of thin air is embarassing themselves. As its now average, we won't be back at these prices.

Ordered food and when I got home some of it was missing and some of the order was incorrect this has happened before not using them again

Went to return here yesterday 26th Sept but found it had closed for good. Was a really nice place with good atmosphere So sorry
