Had to pop to Ross on Wye and fancied Fish and Chips. Drove past in my Big White Van and thought YES. Parked in carpark a bit further on. Went in to order and saw you could eat in. Took a seat, and got served immediately. Ordered Haddock and Cod, mushy peas and shared the chips. Absolutely superb. Authentic crispy batter, light chips and tasty mushy peas served with fresh lemon. Ordered some sauses which came instantly. Food and service 10/10. Toilets clean and well equipped. Will deffo be back. Can't wait, thanks ❤️

Kebabs were just a box of grease! Soaked through the box and through the bag! Won’t be ordering again

Have used takeaway some years back.Decided to sit in and wow ! Great friendly staff- went the extra mile for us- sent someone to the shop to get salad cream.Nothing too much . We had the number 1 special- £16.95 each - great portions, fish was incredibly tasty, light batter, non greasy and golden in colour.Chips - lovely chunky , crispy outer and fluffy inside.Golden colour, Proper bread and butter, mushy peas.Cup of tea just perfect.No evidence of cutting corners on quality, well priced.Tim - the owner very pleasant and totally knows his craft.Will be back - totally recommend :-)

Ordered sausage in batter, chips & Onion rings. The sausage and chips were quite cold and the sausage appeared to be undercooked and the onion rings were seriously greasy. We’ve used Seven Seas for years and recently it has gone downhill. Will not bother anymore.

You can pick up food here or sit down in the restaurant to eat. Food was very tasty. Parking can sometimes be difficult in front of the door. Even the dog was allowed to come along and even received something for the dog after payment

over priced for the food/ Portion size that you receive, forced to spend a minimum that's too high on top of a delivery charge. ordered for a delivery and wasn't able to have it ASAP due to not have any delivery Driver on shift though out the day and only having them start at 1730.

Had a takeaway from seven seas and I’ve had chicken and chips which the chicken was lovely and the chips were alright. I have been here before back in 2017-2018 as a regular visitor and the food was lovely as well.

Update 2024 - totally gone down hill. Fish is now thin and grey, with skin. tasteless. Chips were a bit underdone. Doesn’t look/taste like they blanch them. would not go back. And £11.20, too! Very poor quality, chips terrible fish soggy and not good cod at all. And the peas at £2.50!! Come on where have your prices arrived from? Dine at the Riyal. Far better value

Just stopped by for small chips and pie...cost an unbelievable £7.50..😮 service was very poor.... group behind counter couldn't be bothered at all. Chips under cooked...used to pop in occasionally... never again 😞

Didn't ask me take away or eat in, and when I asked for a plate the man was very uncomfortable and gave me a rude look! Will never go this place again!

Terrible food I had cod Roe which was cold in the middle, so unedible, my husbands fish was not good either very dry and the chips soggy Worst fish and chip shop we have purchased from Good job we do not live here and only visiting the area

Our Airbnb hosts recommend this fish and chips shop – the battered sausage and chips were spot on. The young lad running things was polite, quick and friendly. Definitely give this place a thumbs up.

Ordered the seafood basket and ended up with the box being padded out with a really poor quality fishcake (not described on the list) and overcharged from what I would have paid had I gone straight to the shop. Same for the cod - £2 more expensive ordering online Total rip off

We're a family from Manchester and we visited this place, me and my wife ordered Haddock special, when it came out it tasted as though it was cooked in boiling water ie absolutely no taste what so ever. It was so expensive small jar of lumpy powdered gravy was £3 OMG, bread was stale. My opinion folks is to stay away!!

Usually order from here and the food is always really good but today the chips were undercooked,was quickly resolved and refunded the money for them. Disappointed how you have reduced the size of your large curry sauce pots to a medium and slapped an extra pound on it when it’s meant to be a large.

Had Cod & chips delivered today. Everything was just warm so had to microwave to heat things up. First time for many years found 3 large bones in the fish. Not the best meal

Very helpful staff, the fish and chips was very good very tasty. We even a bag in the restaurant and the staff came looking for us and returned it. That's what I call service.

I was told to go through the app to get a refund on the delivery charge because they were unable to refund it in the shop but there was no option to do this on the app so I’ve picked the least expensive item on the order and asked to refund that amount. What I’m actually after is the delivery charge to be refunded as we collected instead.

Very good fish and chips and kebabs

Probably the worst fish and chip shop I've ever been to. Firstly, it's really overpriced. Between two of us we spent £25 on two standard meals, fish and chips, one with gravy and one with curry sauce. The food itself was not amazing, the fish batter is genuinely crunchy but that's about it. The portion sizes for the chips were so small we could literally count them upon opening the meals, around 15 small chips each (this isn't a joke). Scampi for the other meal was very mushy, poor quality and the salad served with it was going off as it was old and brown. We had to sit down to recover from the shock of the price after we ordered our food and noticed they had tables inside, so we sat at one only to be told "Are you eating in? Because it's different prices eating in" - bit of a joke when you've just charged customers £25 for fish and chips. The gravy was bland and the curry sauce was the cheap rubbish you get from bad Chinese Takeaways. The service was rubbish too, definitely not recommended, not value for money at all, few reviews reflecting this below.
