Great little place food has always been amazing

You won't find better pizza anywhere; Dino's (quite rightly) won awards for them. The kebabs are pretty awesome too...

Food is authentic, staff are absolutely amazing. Me and my family always enjoy there food aswell as my fiance and her family. Never heard anything bad from Amore and they delivery quickly. Often ahead of schedule! If your in or around leominster I highly recommend them. Please, atleast once try there food!!

Great little kebab place with an impressive menu. Loads to choose from and the very well put together. The Amore special kebab is particular is super tasty and filling. Would definitely recommend ! They also sell calzone which is not very common !

Good food, great chips even once at home.

Never received my takeaway delivery. Advised it would be here in 55mims. I called in after an hour and 25 mins to enquire if everything was ok with my order and was told they are very busy and would send someone with my food straight away. It never turned up!! Edited.. It did arrive 2 hours & 25 mins late so I refused delivery. Very friendly, understanding and apologetic delivery driver…I do not blame him as he was only doing his job.

If you like food made with love. This is it. I have grown up in manchester and also lived in Turkey for 3 years. Its very difficult to find authentic Turkish food made with the real love. This place taken me by surprise. Not only were the staff friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They also helped with describing the menu etc. Credit where its due. I would give it a 6 star if I could. Last time I had food from here amazing. But this time disgusting roll rock hard won't be going again. My advice stay away.

What a night we have had from waiting around 1 hour and half for food to come and to then pay £18 for a pizza with extra everything it turned up freezing half cooked and could still see the base of my pizza I called to complain amd was rudely spoken to by manger and told to bring food back myself well what a disgusting place amd not to mention the kebab I had looked like half of Leominster’s girls fanny after the weekend (BATTERED) then when took the food back he tried to put his cigarette out on my boyfriend grabbed his 16 year old girl staff member when trying to hand money over extremely rude screaming in your face this place should be shut down after reading all the reviews and the place cleanliness wise is vile defo got rats!!! I then re ordered with tower pizza and it came within 20 mins when they said wait time was an hour so that was amazing and not to mention lovely staff piping hot food pizza was excellent will be my place to order from now on DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! or get a job with him as he is hiring after seeing him treat his young female staff member like that was upsetting and vile after having to contact the girl and her mum after to see if they was okay

Rude person get food wrong all the time

Well where do I start with this place, Food took over 2 hours to come food stone cold… Don’t get me started on the food the onion rings well they looked like shreks shrivelled up foreskin for a start absolutely disgusting looked like something that’s dished up in prison if I were serving a life sentence.. the chicken well it was literally jumping across my front room from how raw it was literally pink was still clucking when it arrived at my door… The man on the phone we’ll talk about rudeness his voice sounds like Mickey Mouse on helium and the rudeness and tone that came from him shocking talk about customer service, The pizza looked like something I spewed up after a good night out it was so greasy and the toppings just weren’t cooked enough and it was all shrivelled up in the box The mushed up burger well let’s not start on that one the cow was still mooing put it that way in the middle waiting for its next milk collection.. don’t go here absolutely disgusting food and will not be returning

I would firstly like to start by saying do not order from here. I made this mistake. The food turned up shivering as it was sent to the wrong address, shock!!!! The owners attitude was a considerable problem when explaining the order was wrong I was boom barred by his personality which was nothing less than terrible like his food. After several phone calls and having to deliver my own food back on foot he decided to ring the police and explain the cheesey chip situation after a short conversation with 999 I managed to nip this in the bud but ooooo no MR MONEY BAGS still would part with the lira offering me £20 sterling what could I do but accept any money back of his food would be a bonus after talking to the police. However upon returning home I was greated by some left over food that wasn't returned to my horror I was so grateful I hadn't eat this food as the pitta delivered had blue mould on it this is not something you would want to consume I will be contacting the food hygiene agency tomorrow place needs shutting down. STAY SAFE DO NOT EAT FROM HERE PLEASE.

Ordered food arrived late and got the wrong address. Also got the order wrong forgetting chips phone up very rude on the phone, then when I arrived at the shop they phoned police on me to find out that he was wasting police time. Managed to get a part refund, after arriving back at home we was to find the nan bread had mold on would not recommend ordering from there

Refuses to accept orders!!! If you can afford to turn customers away then good luck to you We ordered regularly but not anymore Tower Pizza has our business from now on

Opening hours are wrong.. been here 3 times and driven 12miles to find out yet again its closed.. don't believe the opening hours on line..

Over charging, very rude if it’s too much you shouldn’t be working there.. no need to be rude to customers when they ask a question as to why we were over charged, for the same meal we had yesterday 👎

They charge you a different price than the price on display. Reading other reviews I think they do this to a lot of people , food was nice though

Had to write a new review tonight, it seems since the girl left everything has gone down hill, the last 2 times I've been the food has not been great, the order both times were wrong. The owner is a nice fella but now his friends or family are in there working he is constantly talking while taking your order hence getting it wrong. Was my go to pizza/kebab shop but at the moment it is not great ☹️

I've had food from there before and its been good but I questioned the price as I was overcharged last time and it appears they charge for sauce. Anyway it appears not stating you get charged extra for sauce and then questioning it is grounds to be chucked out. Either put it on your price list or charge a bit extra.

Rude staff, charged differently to signage and the cheese isn't even cooked, doesn't even look like double pepperoni, I drive to dominos now if they're open.

We have now ordered a couple of times from Amore Pizza Kebab House. Both times we have enjoyed the food and been pleased with the quality and the flavour (the lamb shish is especially delicious). When they made a mistake with our order they were quick to rectify the problem, and remained friendly and helpful, even when they were rushed off their feet. I appreciate your efforts and will happily order again soon.

I regularly buy from Amore. The service and food is amazing. Sometimes the order is wrong during busy times but the owner is helpful and always makes it right. Besides, humans make mistakes. I always get the hoagie which is my favourite but I love the food owner is brilliant cook. The staff are very friendly and super helpful.

Doner wrap 5.50, small fries 1.70 =9.50? What's wrong with lemner take aways? Kak food over priced or in my case robbed... Go to hereford if ye want any sort of decent take aways at the advertised price..

I have ordered from Amore before and never had any problems and have actually really enjoyed most of the meals, however today we ordered a pizza and chicken burger meal that comes with chips and in the requirements section my fiancé asked for “lettuce and cucumber with burger sauce in the burger” and “cheese on chips” this all came to £16.80. When it arrived the burger sauce was all over the chips, not in the burger as requested and there was tomato and onions in the burger which we hadn’t asked for and the total came to £20.00. When I called to ask where the extra £3.20 came from the manager already sounded annoyed and told me that the sauce and cheese on chips brings the total to £18.80. Despite the fact that I think charging for sauce is absolutely ridiculous, in the past if something is going to be extra and this hasn’t been reflected on the initial order screen I have been called and told what will cost extra and what the new total will be but this time I wasn’t called. I can accept that they may have forgotten to call me, especially if it’s been busy but when I said that the sauce and cheese still didn’t explain how it came to £20.00 since I was still being overcharged by £1.20 the manager went from being annoyed to irate and loudly sighed before accusing me of wanting to get the sauce and cheese for free and telling me that wasn’t ok before hanging up without giving me chance to say that I didn’t even want a refund, I just wanted an explanation. If he’d said that he was too busy to call me and explained how the charge ended up being £20.00 when he told me it was £18.80 with the cheese and sauce I would have been happy but all I got was passive aggressiveness from the moment the phone was answered.

We normally buy our kababs in Hereford but having travelled South back along the A49 and feeling hungry we called in the Amore Pizza kebab House in Leominster. Firstly I was surprised to find my purchase was £3.50 more than Hereford and to rub salt in the wound charged an extra 50p for source. I was then asked to wait in my car. ?? After 15 minutes a young guy came over to the car, not to bring the food over but to tell me it was ready for me to go to collect. Having then opened it, there was far less meat in the Kebab than either of the 3 retailers in Hereford. Very disappointed

Ordering is fast and easy. Owner and staff are very polite and make you feel welcome. Food is amazing, by far best kebab I had period. I couldn't find a cheaper takeout than this. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to treat themselves.

This guy is a fraud! Asked for tray of donner for 5 quids worth said no its £5.30 so said ok. Then asked if wanted salad and any sauce so said little salad with garlic n chilli. Bill come to £6.90. Who the hell charges for sauce haha . Small portions. If wasn't so hungry after work I'd of driven somewhere else. I'd avoid him if possible!

I ordered several times after delivery, it turned out that the meal was cool.

AVOID AVOID AVOID PLEASE Avoid at all cost, the manager is a disgrace and very rude can't take criticism, the food was disgusting, not sure he understands we have trading rules in this country he clearly ain't read them...Manager told me never to call them to order again also told me he was going to give me my money back for the food that was horrible and he would "send a driver" and guess what never shown up, absolutely disgraceful, AVOID AVOID AVOID and then I receive a text message on my mobile phone from Dino the manager telling me he doesn't appreciate my google review, what an absolute joke, certainly knows what customer service is.

Always use Amore, never had a bad meal, always very prompt with delivery, highly recommend this takeaway.

Ordered several times from Amore, tonight we had the chicken shish kebab and some of the chicken is raw (have pictures) Tried to call but the line rang out. Won't be going again!

Absolutely awful service and food! second time round of ordering from these. Burger bun rock hard and burnt! So stale. A bbq chicken pizza arrived as a bbq margarita. When rang to say the order was wrong the man got very rude and didn't like to be corrected about what was ordered totally annoying after waiting longer than should have for delivery won't be using again

Thought it worth a go as not a great deal to go at in Leominster these days and it is easier to park. I had ordered on line and was about 5 minutes early. The burger was being made up and I was asked what salad and sauce I wanted, as I hadn't put that on the order. This seemed to cause some indignation so much so that after paying,i didn't get as much as a good night, or thanks. Business is clearly extremely buoyant if common courtesy isn't needed. Will try the other options in town, going forward .

I order from here sometimes twice weekly. Currently sitting waiting 2 hours and 10mins for 2 pizzas at the cost of £30. Most probably won't use again - food is usually good enough but delivery times seriously need improving.

Absolutely appalling customer service, something has been wrong with the order every time, the drinks are repeatedly wrong and this time they got the burger wrong but when you call to complain you get yelled at and they hang the phone up, not to mention it took an hour when it said 20 minutes Edit: Just had a phone call back from them after writing this review only for the staff member to yell at me more and insult me before hanging the phone up.

Fairly poor...thought I'd give them a go..walked into staff arguing..looked like a scene from faulty towers... drivers and staff walking this side of counter without face masks..girl that took my order was rude..as for food very basic...curry sauce more like a weak curry custard..the burger was bland..no salad or sauce..apparently you have to ask for this...all other burger shops ask you...
