No hot water pressure not what you need after a day's hard work

Rooms were great, ideal for a night or 2. Very clean, friendly staff and great location. Definitely recommend 👌

The staff excellent by the way, however this failure is directly aimed at Premier Inn as a company. They are making a habit out of not informing guests when booking that they have no restaurant facilities for food. This is unacceptable !!! After driving 2 hrs and 45 minutes to this so called hotel only to find out they have no restaurant and if you require a meal you then need to arrange at a late hr to do so. I will personally NEVER stop here again and I will make a point of rather staying at a hotel that has the decency to inform their guests so they can choose to opt out rather than find themselves in such a frustrating predicament caused solely by Premier Inns failure. Should have stopped at Holiday Inn instead !!!

The heater was not working in our room. Irena came to investigate straight away. Then checked again when we went for a meal, she then got us an additional heater. Excellent service from her, especially as it was very busy on the desk. The restaurant is under renovation but the breakfast was good and the plates were hot. Most premier inns do not have a plate warmer. The serving staff were friendly and efficient...

The room was small and smelt musty. The hotel was tired and in need of refurbishment. The mattress was not particularly comfortable either, which is unusual for a premiere hotel. But it was clean, with kettle and drinks proveded.

Great location in Hereford away from the hustle and bustle of the center, yet walking distance to it. Idea stop over to visit patients in Hereford Hospital.

Good clean budget hotel, great breakfast. Limited menu on the evening due to the refurbishment taking place so we ate out. Lovely thoughtful and helpful staff too.

This was a good hotel 4 years ago but has massively gone down hill over last few years. The rooms are very dated and smell musty as do the corridors, the service levels were ok considering the poor state of the hotel. Normally a premier in shower is lovely and warm with loads of power, not this one water was warm and no power. Breakfast is served in a disused pub the place is freezing cold and very badly laid out for a buffet breakfast and sat looking at osb board stuck to walls is not very welcoming. The same disused pub is available for drinks for residents in the evening but it is very unwelcoming. I will not stay here again.

Ideal location for those visiting Hereford its a short drive into Town, there is a pleasent Beefeater attached and overall the place is clean, tidy with ample parking

Ideal hotel for town centre racecourse is next to hotel and beef eater pub and restaurant free parking on site

Absolutely horrendous. There was damp in our room, the beds hadn't been cleaned there was hair in them, the toilet seat was broken in our room. Everything there was atrocious. We chose Premier Inn as usually we've had pleasant experiences but this was ridiculous, even the hotel wifi didnt work majority of the time. The cleaners clearly only knew how to make a bed and despite that i still woke up with bug bites all over my legs after sleeping there. I am in shock at how ridiculous the standards of this hotel were, never going back. I will be leaving a separate review on the restaurant as there is too much to say, from over cooked food to uncleaned mugs. Ridiculous.

Hotel looks old, rooms in winter bit colder with small local heater but good for stay and sleepover.

Friendly reception staff. Rooms are a good size with comfy king size bed. Great shower. Breakfast was very good. Just could do with a couple of seats as the room was plenty big enough, then I would have given 5 star. Would definitely book again when in the area.

Visited this hotel on the 26th of March was going to Hereford races the next day. Excellent location for this just a 4 minute drive to the course. Hotel staff are very friendly and the service is very good. Will visit again in the near future.

Clean tidy room comfortable bed nice bathroom. Polite chatty staff. Would definitely stay again. Great location just outside of the town.....30 minute walk into town. Very quite area at night...

Recently stayed in the hotel, great location close to the city centre. Parking available on site, rooms were very clean,beds super comfortable. Lovely staff.
