Couldn’t recommend any higher. Went in today with 11 people not expecting them to cater our needs and the staff were brilliant!!! food never disappoints and the ease of the app makes splitting the bill really convenient.

Had takeaway food from Nandos twice in the last month and both times the chicken thighs have been burnt and dried out I choose thighs because they are supposed to be less dry than chicken breast but both times the food has ended up in the bin and all you can taste is a burnt charcoal taste no flavours of the meat or the marinade very disappointing especially as I live over an hour away and at the cost of the meal it’s a total waste of money Also every time you go to sit in at hereford there is cold air blasting from above which makes you cold and your food cold too wherever you sit the only two tables that are warm are the ones next to the hand washing facilities have asked in the past about turning the air condition down usually to be ignored or told by a member of staff they will do it and then they walk off to chat with their colleagues very poor service

I was served by a very nice young man by the name of Charlie he was very polite and helped me understand the meals on the menu as well as suggesting which ones to get. Very helpful and polite young man

The place was rather empty, only two other people in the building eating food. The seats were a little dirty, they hadn't been wiped nor the fake leather seats. The drinking station absolutely stank of gone off drink as if it was fermented and turning into alcohol. The staff seemed bored, just stood there talking about their outside lives really loudly. The main lady who served us looked as if she didn't even want to work there, told us to order on our phones instead of going up to order and pay, when I said I don't do that she huffed and a different lady took our order at the counter. The cutlery was dirty and I had to wash them my self.

There are items out of stock what we wanted and made us wait for more then 30mins. The service was rubbish and they forget to bring the items that was ordered as well. Never coming back. Disappointed 😞

Turned up last night (6th Jan) and was told that there was a 25 mintue wait..... No problem, we will go for a walk until you call. 45 minutes later we finally get a call to go back and that a table is ready. When we arrive we are seated, only to then be told that nearly half the stuff on the menu is not available (both mains and sides). To be told this after walking around in the cold for not far off an hour was a joke. As there was basically f all on the menu, we got up and left and had to then make do with a takeaway...... Something we could have got an hour earlier!! 1/10!!

Absolutely awful chicken burgers. Meals for 1 South african adult and 2 children. Ordered 2 burgers and chicken wings. Wings were great for one child. 2 burgers were horrendous.. Rolls were inedible and had to be wasted. Chicken fillets were completely dry and tasteless and had to be left . Complaints weren't made at the time as children are neurodiversant and making a scene would have caused an issue. Will not visit again. Staff great. Food abysmal Cost of £44. £44 completely wasted and kids had to have another meal elsewhere immediately after.

We went there quite late, they are out of everything. Ordered the bottomless yoghurt, paid for it and when I tried to get some they were out and only had a small ice-cream instead. Everything else was alright, staff were friendly.

I went in just for some fries and glass of wine, fries came in a tiny bowl ,thimble size was close. The wine glass dirty, and roof leaking, table was a swimming pool

The food was delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We ordered via the app from our table and as soon as it went through the staff were on it, brought our drinks over straight away. We really enjoyed this Nandos and will happily visit again.

We were told to wait 45 minutes for a table as there were 8 of us which was fine however when we went back we were greeted by rude staff telling us to come back later. We proceeded to wait for another 30 minutes and when we returned and asked for a table they turned us away and told us we couldn’t be seated and turned us away. I am VERY disappointed in the customer service and the staff should be more polite in handling customers

First time in yrs I've been yrs and to be honest i was disappointed AGAIN. Twin chicken breast were small and loaded fries (2/3 people) definitely only enough for 1.5 😞 The service was great and food hot but portions are not great. Wish I took pics.... Uf we come back will definitely take pics with next review.

Great staff and easy online menu to pick from. Food was good too. Not too crowded around 3 pm on a weekday when we went. Has outdoor seating as well.

Service was excellent, although we ordered through the app so we did really get to experience it properly. The bottomless drinks were great but the food was disappointing overall. The portions are small for the price and the taste is nothing to rave about, just distinctly average food other than the fries which were decent.

I only collect delivery orders from here. But the staff are always friendly and give a quick turnaround.

Came here for my son's birthday a few days before Christmas there were 8 of us so knew finding a space for us all would be difficult, the girl was really helpful and managed to get us seated within 5 mins. We all ordered separately on the app but it all came out quickly and together. Friendly, happy service and food was great kids and adults happy.

the food took about half an hour to come, almost everything was out of stock and the food was really dry.

We were greeted by a friendly member of staff who allowed us to pick a table, we picked a booth. Colouring was provided for our 3 year old. We ordered the food via the app, from placing the order to deliver was no more than 10 minutes and it was all super fresh and tasty. We were asked if everything was okay and the staff were very helpful. All I would say is that this location felt a little tired, from the drinks fountains to the toilets, just needs a return. 5 stars for staff and food.

Young waiter was very pleasant and friendly, they offer bottomless drinks but only had diet coke or coke, no corn on the cob, broccoli was very salty and far too much sauce put in the very thin pieces of hullumi and mushroom wrap, all you could taste was the sauce even after I tool must of the sauce out.

The food was ok. Nothing special. Three stars were given as it was dirty. The bench seating was covered in crumbs and greasy finger marks. There was no cutlery in the cutlery pots but they were full of crumbs. I feel like these are all easy things to rectify. A quick spray and wipe after people leave is all that is required. Tables are not the only things which need to be cleaned and staff certainly weren’t rushed off their feet.

Food was good but when I got the kids meal my daughter said it was hot I tried it and it had hot sauce on it, my children didn't really like the food in here but I'll be visiting again on my own as I enjoyed the food

Good food, served swiftly. Service is fantastic, they looked after us last minute when Beefy Boys down the road let us down on a pre-booked table.

Staff aren't very attentive, was forced to order using an app which I really dont like.

Sadly the experience of hospitality is a dying art! There is no great interaction with the staff or information of what to do once sat at the table, luckily I was with friends that just cracked on with ordering online!! When the drinks arrived, no glasses were provided, once the food eventually arrived it was nearly cold. And then puddings, well you take a walk to the counter and deal with staff that aren't 100% with what they are doing! And staff wonder why people no longer tip .... Well that's because "good service" has just gone out the window! Next time I think I will just stay at home and get a takeaway

It's alright. Bit overpriced. Chicken was dry and refillable 7up tasted like chemicals.

The food was nice. They have a wide variety of choices. We can also select how spicy the food to be serves for us. We have to place our order online and they will serve the food to your table. The prices are also okay. Not much expensive. I have been here twice and the food was nice.

Waiting at the door for ages staff just looked at us or walked past. Not made to feel welcome at all.. so being 8 months pregnant and and being invisible at the door we decided to just sit down. The girl I think who was the manager came to us when we sat down told us we need to wait at the door next time - I told her we waited ages and the staff just walked past or stared at us she replied well next time please wait to be seated. No oh sorry about that! Food was luke warm hummus was really poor. Because of this experience I'd rather go somewhere else next time.

It's nandos, it's chicken it's good. They go have a tendency to miss / mix food up on the takeaway orders sometimes.

Similar experience to all the other 1star ratings. 1. Cold food. 2.Ordered 5 wings-underwhelming and soggy uncharred chicken (had to mention to waitress who sent 3 more actually charred and to a satisfactory heat). 3.Miserably waitress. Made me feel bad like it was my fault they hadn't cooked the food properly that I'd paid for. Not from the area. Safe to say, the seagulls enjoyed the food. I'll probably stick to my local Nandos Birmingham for quality. In the photo attached there's the uncooked and 2nd cooked version, spot the difference, you won't have trouble😂.

Awful !!! Cold soggy chips, the chicken looked like it had been on a diet . Never again !!!

Great food, fast and efficient service aswell. Staff there polite and courteous. The new measures that they have put in place for ordering food is the downside though as you have to register an account with them. Which may take a little while.

I love Nando's and this restaurant is one of the great ones. I was seated by the window which was nice. Staff are lovely. The restaurant is clean and cool. The food was well cooked and flavorful, as I always expect from Nando's. My son had a Nandino meal and it was a good size for him (nearly 6 year old, good appetite). He enjoyed the selection of activity pages and crayons and refillable soft drinks.
