No drinks delivered or dips and the driver asked me for £5 cash tip

Our family is getting loose stool second time from Peri peri . As we order mostly once in a month and we don’t had any issues we ordered it again. But we had loose stool second time

Always late and I live 5 minutes away, when we call they say they’ve tried delivering but haven’t

Foods ok very dissatisfied with have to pay a further £5 for delivery this made out meal nearly £40 for a £28 meal won’t be ordering again 🙁🙁

Food is cold, food is not what I ordered

1. Was delivered early, which was appreciated. 2. They gave extra chicken nuggets, as well as some fries I didn’t ask for, which both were really appreciated. The drivers are always super friendly and overall Pepe’s is always a pleasure to order food from, very happy to be a regular. I’ve rarely had any issues here and the food is always cooked to perfection. The only comment my family (not myself) has ever had is the fries being a little dry, but that’s not an issue for me. 10/10

Food was great, tasty and great value

This is the third time I have been to this branch. I have also visited Shrewsbury and Telford Wellington branches. Their test is very good. I have ordered whole chicken from this branch. Their chicken is not cooked well every time.

Staff don't listen to orders. Also extremely ignorant and rude. Total lottery, you could get anything, but never what you ask for. Very slow. Not worth the wait. Mediocre food. No atmosphere as such, just constant noise of staff shouting. Seems to be geared up for deliveries, in venue customers just an inconvenience. Ordered dine in but given take out bag.

I order double burger, received single burger. Ordered hot full chicken, received mango lime.

No idea where the food is despite it saying its been delivered, haven't had a phone call either to say the driver is lost

Not happy with service had to pay an extra £5 for (distance fee) never have had to pay that before but delivery guy refused to give up our food unless we paid

Wrong items delivered and some missing items

unfortunately my order was so late the food was cold. Had to reheat when it arrived. We were waiting an hour 20 mins for something that had a delivery time of 40 mins. if we knew it would be so long we wouldve ordered something else. this does not reflect the restaurant normally, I have had their food many times and it is great but reheated food just isnt that nice.

Not bothered about the time but food was missing and very cold! Very disappointed

Waited an hour and then phoned to ask where it is and got told it’s on the way and it still never came

No large fries. Wife ate 3 chicken strips. Not great.

The food from Pepes is always delicious, but unfortunately on this occasion the delivery took 1hr40, was 40 mins late and completely cold. We’d spent nearly £50 on a birthday meal which had to be microwaved. Very disappointing.

Good food however the wait was ridiculous for 2 small meals - over 40 minutes in an empty restaurant, with people getting their food before me that had ordered after me! Not impressed. Employees barely speak English so very high chance of miscommunication and a wrong order isn't a rare occurrence. For the veggies that care - their menu states their veggie items are cooked/prepped alongside their chicken and meat products so no guarantee of cross contamination free food. If vegan or vegetarian maybe steer clear. Atmosphere is non existent, there is no music playing so all you get to hear is the chefs speaking other languages in the back and the screams of your own mind because you’ve been waiting for nearly an hour for a quesadilla meal and a piece of plain chicken. Prices are also fairly high for what seems like your run of the mill grilled goods.

Great as always, the corn wasn’t properly ready to eat as was a little harder than usual. Decided to try it with the extreme sauce and I’m now sat here with my lips and mouth buried in a tub of icecream trying to recover 🤣 glad I put that on my order Ahah. The chicken and fries were great as usual, all well cooked. The extreme sauce is just not for the less tolerable 🤣 the entire area around my mouth is burning. Overall though, 4.8/5 :)

I paid online which included delivery. The driver demanded £7 extra for delivery. I refused as had already paid online. The restaurant then called thinking the driver still had the food. He was extremely rude and abrupt demanding £7. When I again refused, he said fine, I will get the food back and cancel the order! Terrible service!

Waiting an extra 30 minutes than initially stated on delivery time once the order was placed. Also they missed items off the order. When I called the shop they said just tell us next time you order and we will give you extra chips.

The delivery driver marked our food as delivered when it was not. We called him numerous times before he answered he changed his story and lied to us, hung up on us when we were trying to talk to him, it took him ages to find our adress and didn’t bother to read the adress properly so we had to spell it out for to write down and it was clear he wasn’t listening to us poand he still didn’t turn up. He ended up being an hour late and our food was cold and soggy. Not happy and I requested a refund

Absoutlely shocking services. Said my food was delivered. Didn’t receive my food at all. Called them 4 times kept telling me was going to be 10 mins, then 5 mins and then 3 mins. Absolute joke

Food was delivered 1.5 hours after ordering despite being told it would be a 40 minute delivery. The food arrived stone cold and was genuinely horrendous, absolutely no effort put into it at all. My mrs has the loaded fried which was a load of whatever they had left cut up and put in a box. After placing order, rang by restaurant asking for an additional 5£ for delivery, over and above what was quoted on just-eat. When driver arrived he allegedly had no change either. 100% do not recommend, use go-peri instead

Amazing as usual, happy to be a regular~ delivery driver got a little bit lost but no worries; sorted it out quickly. Drivers are always friendly and easy to talk to, will be ordering again some time~

I have a great experience. Food is delicious ,services and atmosphere is excellent.

this is not the first time my food has arrived late. i always wait till the end time of the estimated time of arrival, and 5 mins after that i rung the restaurant who advised it would be another 5/10 minutes!!!!

Food arrived late and stone cold

Ordered food at 20:09, estimated delivery was 20:30. Got to 21:15 and apparently courier had been at restaurant for over an hour. Phoned restaurant and food had been collected 25 mins ago, still no update on app. Food eventually turns up close to 21:30! no apology or anything! How does it take 1 hour 20 mins for a delivery late on a Thursday evening and for a small order too! Not good!

Super tasting food as always and delivered in good time so the food was still relatively warm
