Phone order. First time. Told 45 minutes to 1 hour. Had to wait 1hour 20 minutes. When order came all food just warm. Ordered chicken karahi, pilau rice, Mild chicken curry, boiled rice, Murgi keema Chef Special, Sheek Kebab, saag bhaji side dish garlic nan and plain nan. Came to £45-45p Karahi was supposed to be spicy two chillies. Very bland and no heat at all. The special was also bland had no flavour at all. Sheek Kebab no taste and hard. Garlic nan no taste of garlic. No impressed with the food. I cook my own BIR curries from time to time and eat a lot of takeaways. This one is very poor. Sorry to say won't be having curries from here again. So sad.

Pizza and cookies were lovely and it was great service, he said it would be ready in about 20 minutes, it felt like 10- 15 minutes and the order was complete and handed to us nice and warm. Would definitely recommend Domino to anyone who likes pizza and cookies.

Don't go to this KFC. Long wait for food with no communication. My mash potato was only half full if that. Chicken was dry at the edges. Only thing that was alright were the fries.

We stopped here for breakfast on the way to an event. To call this place “The hood breakfast” should be a crime under the trade description act! It’s the worst breakfast I’ve had in 53 years of my life! It should have been telling the way the server was throwing together the previous persons breakfast bap, dry bun being manhandled with no care at all that someone has to eat it. We ordered 2 x veggie breakfast with toast and tea.. £28 for what can only be described as inedible rubbish..I would have thrown it back but would have been arrested for assault with a deadly weapon if the hash browns had hit anyone, they were harder than a house brick. This place should be ashamed to provide such awful food at extortionate prices

Starbucks: Totally bloody awful. Food cold, coffee gross. In future would go somewhere else - Even KFC and that is as bad.

I ordered a fillet tower burger with no cheese or sauce. I received my first burger with cheese. Took it back to the counter and explained I asked for no sauce or cheese - they were willing to swap it, she confirmed with me 3 times ‘no sauce or cheese’. Received my second burger, took it back to my car, to find a remade burger with cheese on it. Ridiculous

Normalmente íbamos a Costa, pero no era uno aquí, así que probamos Starbucks. ¡Tenía una tostada de 5 quesos que contenía el mínimo raspado de queso! Mi compañero tomó una taza de té simple... era de color gris sin importar cuántas veces apretara la bolsita de té... sabía horrible... mi Americano estaba bien pero no elegiríamos usar Starbucks de nuevo... xx

Ordered my usual Pizza. The pizza was so spicy it burned my mouth and throat. there had definitely something been placed on the pizza. i immediately froze the pizza and will be contacting the Food Standards Agency. I rang Dominoes Head office and reported it. The few mouthfuls that I did eat caused me to have an allergic reaction and I was ill all night. This is a very serious offence that holds a prison sentence. So i will not be letting this go.

Do not order through Uber eats!! Every time I have made an order on Uber eats they get it wrong, they can’t be bothered to read the instructions clearly 🙄

customer services needs improvement. i returned my wrap after biting to taste there was hardly any sauce .. the girl took my wrap opened it up showed to work colleagues then returned with the same wrap, i was disgusted and her facial expressions showed she didn’t care .. your staff needs training to know to put customers first .. so customers are left pleased not displeased.

So I was a grumpy possibly rude customer because kfc have stopped doing hot drinks, not the young lady’s fault- So to the young blonde assistant who served me today around 7.00- 7.15 apologies- you were lovely, polite and professional

Ordered food online and it was delivered in 15 minutes. Really hot and very tasty. We’ve had takeout from here many times before. Never had a bad experience with food or delivery. Will definitely be ordering again soon.

Something is going wrong. We've ordered pizzas from Redditch Dominoes for years. We've tried a few alternatives in Redditch but always come back to Dominoes because of the predictable quality. Last night was different. We ordered three small pizzas and a garlic bread with cheese. When they arrived in the fastest time ever, we thought I had ordered pizzas without cheese by mistake, such was the scant evidence of the cheese. But the cheesy garlic bread was just awful. It was excessively oily, to the extent of it dripping out of the box, but it tasted as though someone had mixed together a load of butter, garlic puree and cheese and just smoothed it over a pizza base and the dough underneath wasn't cooked in the slightest. A fast delivery at the expense of quality. I think we need to look elsewhere as the quality control seems to have disappeared.
