Very friendly staff and love thier vegetarian pizzas 🍕 😋

The order was a delivery to my home. It was quick and the food was hot. I can't really rate Atmosphere as I wasn't in the shop, so I'll give it maximum.

Eat here most weekends and get the personal pizza choice, small pizza and small garlic bread and small bottle of pop for £6 good deal, only between 11am and 4pm

This is so unbelievably crazy i paid £4.49 for fries just to get a handful. Ive never had this experience with dominos before and i am very shocked.

Excellent 2 for one Tuesday. Delivered within 25 minutes of ordering. Hot and tasty. Me and my son do this every other Tuesday excellent with a football match on TV

I don't normally like to leave negative feedback. Pizza arrived barely cooked. There was actually chips cooked into the cheese on the pizza. It arrived luke warm. The last 3 orders have not been upto scratch. I think they've had new staff or have been taken over as this place has gone down hill! Order elsewhere.

Late night munchies can't beat a pizza. Staff was friendly and food come nice and quick so can't complain. Still a bit pricey but 10/10. Big up the pineapple on pizza eaters!👊

Absolutely abysmal. Pizza saturated in bbq sauce was told it’s a normal portion - it’s not, the pizza was literally inedible. Was refused a refund/replacement. Staff were rude and food was substandard. Disgraceful from a company the size of domino’s

No Stars Wow staff are soooo aggressive. Ordered a no cheese pizza on the app. When I collected guess what cheese on there. Told they don’t control the app. And told had to pay again for the pizza. And watched as no control of allergens cheese just thrown over the counter. And cheese bits again on daughters pizza, you can’t write this can you. Avoid avoid avoid.

I orderd from Rubery shop for a reason, then i get messaged saying your order coming from northfield branch ? I didn't want food from northfield branch due to past bad services, and then Rubery just passed my order back to Northfield branch, another under cooked pizza, thanks to Rubery/Northfield.. why pass your order to another branch.. so Dum...

The delivery man knocked my door and when I opened it he legged it. I chased after him saying "give mah food now" but then he got into his car and drove off with our food.

Replaced items I’d ordered with other items without asking me because they were out of stock. Guy on phone was rude, promised a refund but it never materialised. Spent a fortune in there over the years. Won’t bother now. Be interesting to see how the recession works out for them!

Do not be mistaken! This is a great takeaway! I scored it 3⭐ on 'atmosphere' because it is literally a shop front and a counter top! But their pizzas are great! If I eat pizza at all... It has to be Dominos from Rubery!

Never again . They give us food poisoning twice ! Driver were driving off with our food and then we called the shop and they lied saying they are closed , bare in mind this was at 11.10pm and we ordered at 10.30pm , but when looking at the times we found out it opens til 1am . Don't get me wrong Dominos anywhere else are absolutely great But the Rubery one isn't. And we don't appreciate the person on the phone being very disrespectful and rude either . I'm surprised that environmental health haven't came out to them the Rubery one .

Wrong size delivered to my family we was not happy

This is twice now we have ordered a pizza from here and disgusting service Even so as we were waiting close to an hour fo the food, after we had the on the way msg. .. then noticing that the driver were further away going opposite direction with food in tow, yet they are around 10mins drive away from us, we rang the shop at 11.10pm , the person on the other end of the phone were very disrespectful and rude and lied saying they are closed , yet we googled it and they are still Open until 1am!! Then when food did arrive , it were cold !!! I'm surprised environmental health ain't been there because their food gave us both food poisoning, making us sick!!!!!!

Food is fine, as expected for a Dominos franchise. A little bit of extra wait time during peak hours but that's expected.

Called to see how long our pizza is going to be to be told to go back on line to order I said we have ordered I just need to know how long it is going to be. The person I was speaking with just put the phone down on me. How rude not helpful one bit. I will never order from this place again. Service is rubbish.

Horrible service. Pizza arrived 20 minutes late even though app said it had been delivered 40 minutes before, contacted shop asked for refund. Haven't had refund contacted customer service told refund hadn't been requested and the shop assistant i spoke to didn't exist, so must have given me a false name. Totally disappointed

Ordered a personal pizza and a medium pizza with two desserts. I was shocked at how small the Ben and Jerry's tubs are for the price. The staff seemed uphappy and the medium pizza toppings were burnt ruining it. The personal pizza was done correctly. As you can imagine it was too small to share to make up for the medium pizza being burnt.Sadly it ended up being binned. We also noticed a deal my partner uses at another store did not exist for this one. Where you can get a medi pizza for £5.99 if you collect. 🙁

This is my local Dominoes, always great quality and service and food is ready for collection asap. Keep up the great work guys!!

Were do I start the worst pizza I have ever had. And I have tried them all. When Dominos first started they were Brilliant pizzas were quality but not very much for your money. Since than. Every tom dick and harry thinks they can cook pizza. Last time I ordered a pizza which was 2 months a go from Dominos Ribery and it was horriable Dry hard dough filling low grade no cheese so I thought they must be having a bad day. So I thought I give them a anther go, so I order Tuesday deal 1 large beef Donner pizza and 1 classic vegan vegetarian pizza they both were cold awful Dry Dough dry toppings very low cheap out of date toppings that's how they tasted, vegetarian with very little cheese it felt it was even not baked properly more raw, it was worse than £1 pizzas you get from iceland, and Paid £19.99 Domino's for two rubbish pizzas. I should have never order from Ribery The Asian people running Dominos Ruber franchise should stick to Pakistani indian resturant cooking curries, they differently can't cook pizzas. Also on phone they very rude have diffcilty understanding English which in the past I have experienced. In the past when I have tried to order on the phone I spoke to an asian spoken accent was very poor English. I would have not given them 1 Stat if tripadvesrr allowed me I would have given them minus zero. I will never order from these lot or Dominos pizzas that bad that its put me off Domino's for life. These days its very hard to earn money. At the end of the day its up to people decide. I would say good forks save your money give a miss there are few other good Pizza places in B45 and half price tag and good polite service. AVOID THIS PLACE WITH A PLAQUE.

The food arrived after 1 hour 20 minutes cold!! Tried to call up and the phone wasn't picked up!! So spent alot if money on this food for it to be cold and to taste like cardboard!! Shocking service!! Wont be ordering again!!

Terrible service! Order came on time, but they forgot part of the order, phoned them straight away and they said they would send it out, 40 minutes later still nothing I finished my entire order, phoned again and the food came in 10 minutes, 50 minutes in total waiting for one side order, no sincere apology and the second guy I spoke to on the phone was rude and unhelpful. The delivery driver basically threw the order in the door when he arrived. A lot of money to be spending for terrible service

Ordered vegetarian pizza but it contained a piece of chicken! Whilst some would think this is not a big issue, it is major to me. The restaurant would respect religion, culture and allergy but this is just as important. My choice has been violated and years of avoiding meat products has been eradicated. So disappointed. They have lost a customer. If it had been allergy, major medical issue but this is equally as valid.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Half and half....did not come half and half .came 7 slices with same topping then 3 slices with another. Came battered and cold....very very poor for the money you pay. I’ve had two pizza’s from this dominoes in the past 4 months and honestly they’ve both been great! Both piping hot and arrived in under half an hour! No complaints at all

Sabrina from the Rubery store was excellent Amazing customer service by all staff who where on shift tonight especially Sabrina who spoke to my daughter (she's only 2). Constantly smiled and honestly just made my day (after having a pretty rubbish few days) So thankyou. Everyone's kindness today needs to be recognised! They went the extra mile today with my order & my pizza was as per delicious 😋

Was delivered a pizza which had the grid plate underneath and burnt my sons fingers. Staff quite rude when we calle dand told them, refused a refund and tried to give us another smaller pizza. Asked us to take the grid back to them but told them to come and collect it. They never apologised !!

Personal grosero y mal servicio al cliente. Dio mi pedido por teléfono. Tuvo que sonar tres veces como desconectado por el personal solo para seguir repitiendo. Un miembro del personal fue grosero cuando le mencioné que esta es la tercera vez que intenta hacer un pedido y que todo lo que ella pudo decir fue "¿Quieres ordenar o no?". El manager tampoco fue de mucha ayuda.

Llegué a tiempo para recoger mi pedido, sin embargo, un poco de una confusión con mi pedido. Creo que ella era la gerente, pero se ocupó muy bien de la situación. Mi comida estaba caliente y sabrosa al final y recibí galletas gratis por los inconvenientes.

Categorically one of the worst services I had from a takeout delivery. The manager was incredibly rude to me. I attempted to order a pizza, and claim a free pizza I had been promised from an awful previous experience. Upon calling, I was greeted with the manager, and explained the situation, and was promptly met with a 'We don't deliver to your area', and was called a liar, and that I gave the wrong information over the phone. He avoided all of my questions, and upon being given details of the order I had placed previously, he very quickly bounced me to their Northfield branch. I am incredibly disappointed, and will not be going near them again.

Ordered from one of the deals and the garlic bread pizza was missing, which l find impossible to do myself, it's part of the deal...

Food usually comes out perfectly steaming, tasty and juicy. Only issue is when u ask for delivery, they say 45-60 minutes so you prepare yourself but then it comes in 20 min

They normally deliver quickly but I've had some bad experiences with the food. Poor quality or missed items (including tonight).

Always enjoy the food, not fault in that area but I went into the shop to order my food for the first time and the staff are so rude to each other, no manners just constant shouting.

Absolutely terrible service, and is every time I use this store, if it were possible I would give it 0 stars, not only did my online order not get prepared for my collection I was then accused of being a liar by the 'manager' Ammar, He asked for evidence of my order (which I provided) he then proceeded to advise that it doesn't show the date of order, so I may not have ordered it at all, not once was there an apology nor a solution to rectify the situation, instead I had 4 staff members at different points throughout my time in the store passing their own judgement on the situation, when I asked to speak to just one of them I was advised that they 'all work in the store so they can pass their opinion'. I asked for the franchisee's name so that I could pass on my grievances but Ammar refused to provide this information, instead advising me to look online, now, if the information is available online why can this not be provided in person (other than trying to be deliberately obstructive) on the whole a very unpleasurable experience and one that I shall not be repeating as I will never use this store again, I would rather drive 5 miles to a store that cares about customer service than be faced with an individual that clearly has a need for customer service and empathy training like Ammar.

Placed an order about 5 to 9. Watched the tracker and also sat watching out the window. No delivery guy came to the door! Rang up at 10.20 after still no order and the tracker said it had been delivered. The person on the phone then said he had come to the door and we didn't answer. Not being funny but not gonna spend £20-£30 on pizza etc and then not bother answering. The tracker might I add said it was right on our road - great customer service and lying. Spent 15 years in pub trade and always made sure I tried to make my customers happy!!! To add you then eventually delivered it and it was all good and I had to put it the oven before I could eat it. Thanks for ruining the end of a great weekend!!!!!!!

Took them 45 mins to deliver, they marked it as delivered even though it hadn't arrived, the pizza was stone cold! And the driver has clearly been smoking weed.. told this to the store and they refused to give us our money back and refused to make a new pizza as they where closing, so we are now £30 down and without and food.

Ordered 4 Pizzas and hot wings, Took over an hour to arrive,4 wings were missing and food stone cold. Rang the shop to complain but not helpful at all, Not the first time this has happened Last time i order from these people. TOTAL RUBBISH

Es más allá de la tienda Rubery inútil. Pedimos 3 pizzas y dos laterales para la colección. Cuando nos presentamos a recoger sólo había hecho dos pizzas y los lados. Casi ninguna disculpa y sin prisas para solucionarlo. El resto de la comida se puso bajo las luces calientes por 20 minutos mientras la 3ª pizza, que considera aceptable y no hacer todo fresco. No hay reembolso ofrecidos y una porción de la disposiciгіn fue su idea de una disculpa por estar esperando la 3ª pizza durante 25 minutos y pizzas que habían sentado alrededor por casi 30 minutos. Eres un chiste Rubery dominó! ! ! Nunca usar otra vez. Todo el mundo se advirtió no merecen la molestia

Pathetic excuse for a dominos, items missing all the time. Just a joke, quality of pizzas are amongst the worst in the area. FULL of grease. They are fast when it comes to delivery however if they spent more time making sure that the order is correct it would make for a more enjoyable meal. When key parts of your meal are missing and the driver tells you that he's going to be back then doesn't. Unreliable, shocking product, rubbish service, waste of money.

2nd order in a row items missing, cinnamon sticks eventually came however didn't taste like anything other than pizza dough. This is the second time they done this but by the time you actually get your order it's cold. Waste of money do yourself a favour and order a papa jhons I will.

We have been ordering from this Domino's for a while now and never had any problems, however the past few months we have had food missing from our orders on two separate occasions. We phoned up to explain and had to wait a further 40 minutes for the rest to be delivered. On one occasion they did not send one item we had ordered and instead sent something else to replace it without having the courtesy to let us know, or to even ask the delivery driver to explain. For the money you pay for Domino's I think this is terrible and we will no longer be giving them our custom.

Failed to deliver, driver lost, couldn't understand me, shop put me on hold for ages, I had to ring back, finally requested to cancel the order and get a refund after about half hour of phone calls, on hold again for ages, no apology, poor service, and now a customer that has used them a lot in the past who wont be doing so again. Such a shame and with a TV campaign live with The Voice and service this bad and 3-5 days to get refunded because I ordered online. What a great Saturday night in LOL

Always have to wait 1.5+ hours for food to be delivered, every single time you call to complain you get a bloke that can't speak English who says they're really busy and that the tracking system has crashed. Worst service and customer service, this will be the last time I use this crap place. Get more delivery drivers if you're that busy!!!

I do like the food. But the driver always expects to keep the change, you have to ask for your change. I order dips and they never come and I always have to phone up and tell them although sometimes I can't be bothered and just the £1 or whatever it is for 3 dips. Other disgusting thing is when I went in there and the man cleaning a hot side with a wet cloth, the cloth obviously had dried from the hot side, he then spat on it and carried on wiping some more, it was around or it was my birthday, a few years ago. I walked out and havnt been back (to this one - rubery) since. I ordered delivery from another one elsewhere and driver still expected to keep the change and I still didn't get my dips. Like the pizzas don't cost enough! I am hoping there is new management of at least new staff there since then!

Sin embargo, cuando llamé después de 30 minutos de estar fuera para la entrega", me dijeron que había hecho en su camino, pero el conductor tenía un número de paradas para hacer. Comentarios como 'bien tienes una gran pizza gratis la próxima vez' y 'qué quieres señor?" no ayuda.

Tomó 45 minutos para entregar un martes por la noche a las 9:00 p.m., comimos 2 rebanadas de pizza fría piedra, llegó a la conclusión de que por £25.00 simplemente no es lo suficientemente buena. Llamé para quejarme y habló con el gerente de turno que le dijo sin rodeos no enviar pizzas frescas como algunos habían comido.

With Domino's you know what your getting and its a safe option. However at this branch every time I order they seem to mess something up.

A pizza da Domino's Pizza Rubery estava gostosa, bem quente e bem preparada. Surpreendi-me que o preço não era tão alto quanto o de alguns concorrentes.

Mi primera visita a un Domino por lo menos un par de años.

Probamos el Domino's pizza por primera vez hoy. Tenía grandes Margaritas con corteza llenos y uno sin (Bogof) £15,45 . La pizza no estaba mal, pero también no era nada especial, me gusta cuando se recoge una porción de pizza y el queso que cuelga en cintas pero no era nada de eso. De hecho, me volvería a ir tan lejos como para decir que probablemente no era queso suficiente en la pizza y dado que era el único ingrediente aparte de la base tomate era bastante decepcionante. La corteza llena era más sabroso con la corteza de ajo añadiendo un poco más sabor. En general, no es una buena relación calidad precio, tenía más baratas tres platos:(

Nunca había probado la Domino's pizza antes y me sorprendió gratamente. pizza cocinada rápidamente y eficientemente. El personal se portó bien, no muy hablador intentó deshacerse de te ligeramente, pero eran muy ocupado! :)
