Subway in Bromsgrove

Do not order through Uber eats!! Every time I have made an order on Uber eats they get it wrong, they can’t be bothered to read the instructions clearly 🙄

Abs great place you can’t beat the chicken bacon subway salad , amazing value loads and very filling , polite staff clean place

Funny that after I got a subway card the price has gone down, I'm pretty sure they were over charging me before. Lazy staff, I went the other day and the server couldn't be bothered to make sure the meat was evenly distributed. Like first 2 inches was a salad sandwich.

Young guy with curly hair has taken my food out the toaster with half the time left leaving my sandwich cold in the middle he’s done this twice. It seems like a petty thing to complain about but at the end of the day it’s food I’m paying for

Went to this outlet yesterday for lunch. Lad serving was polite and helpful. Sat down at a table which was Full of crumbs, bits of sweet corn etc all over the floor. I had to go to the counter where the other member of the team was playing on his phone - I had to ask him to clear the table. He did this and went back to his phone - will not return, the place was really dirty - very disappointing....

I was served by a really nice lad yesterday at about 4pm-ish. Unfortunately they didn’t have any vegan patties left so I just had salad, which at first I wasn’t really looking forward to but I really enjoyed it to be fair!

Food was ok but the the bloke making had a hoody on and when he was preparing the subs... his cords from his hood were hanging in all the food.

Today I bought a turkey and ham salad which was a slice of each slapped on some tired looking lettuce, cucumber and sweet corn. I picked the container up and put it in my bag to find the lid had not been fitted on properly. When I removed the container and the pieces of my meal it was squirted with some more dressing and put in a bag. I asked to speak to the Manager chap behind the counter said he was. I asked for my money back which I received. Appalling customer service, bad food and attitude and a bag covered in bits of salad and sweet onion dressing.

Friendly enough staff but food was poor, flat bread pizza, more like tomato soup on dough and the hash browns were undercooked or should i say underheatedup
