The best restaurants in Bromsgrove West Midlands

Something is going wrong. We've ordered pizzas from Redditch Dominoes for years. We've tried a few alternatives in Redditch but always come back to Dominoes because of the predictable quality. Last night was different. We ordered three small pizzas and a garlic bread with cheese. When they arrived in the fastest time ever, we thought I had ordered pizzas without cheese by mistake, such was the scant evidence of the cheese. But the cheesy garlic bread was just awful. It was excessively oily, to the extent of it dripping out of the box, but it tasted as though someone had mixed together a load of butter, garlic puree and cheese and just smoothed it over a pizza base and the dough underneath wasn't cooked in the slightest. A fast delivery at the expense of quality. I think we need to look elsewhere as the quality control seems to have disappeared.

Staff were friendly, kiosk system is rubbish, sandwich was soggy all along one side was almost like it had been defrosted. Weird, expensive and barely edible, I was too hungry to go back in and complain, cookie wasn't amazing either, not the way Subway used to be. Won't be back if this is how it is now, two thumbs down! Just edited to add, I've just tried my hot chocolate and it was like dish water, were you too lazy to even stir it?! Worst £12 I've ever spent!

I ordered a take away from Hopwood and everytime I checked the app it would extend my time by five minutes. Over an hour I got in contact with the restaurant to notvhave my call answered. I am still waiting, would not recommend them for delivery.

We placed our order at 7:39 pm and it took half an hour to get the food! This is ridiculously slow, it's supposed to be fast food and I've got food in a sit down restaurant faster. At motorway services you just want to eat and get on with you journey not wait around for ages.
