Burger King in Bromsgrove

I ordered a take away from Hopwood and everytime I checked the app it would extend my time by five minutes. Over an hour I got in contact with the restaurant to notvhave my call answered. I am still waiting, would not recommend them for delivery.

Lots of staff doing not very much leading to very slow service, and lukewarm food when they eventually served it. My wife who bought noodles from next door, had bought, eaten and was bored waiting when bk served me.

Cold food, very expensive, long waits and cardboard burgers---avoid. Sandwiches at nearby Waitrose much better value and tastier.

Slow service and meal cold when it finally arrived. If heat is your thing, if you like hot food and low entropy, if temperature is your favourite scalar field, then Hopwood Services Burger King is not for you. I call in regularly at Hopwood Services on the M42 as I travel a lot between the West Mids and the East Mids. I actually like BK but I am invariably disappointed by the stone cold food at this outlet and the long waits.

came here for food after our flight - it was very busy and food took 40 minutes to arrive as it was only one girl (brunette hair didn’t catch her name) doing all of the work whilst a staff member called Ethan stood there being useless occasionally going for a stroll to the back to chat with his pals.

Long journey, need food, see Burger King. Feel hungry. 32 minutes from ordering to getting food, you'd think because they're busy at least the food would be hot. Oh no, cold and tasteless. Should have gone to KFC next door. Their wait time appeared to be around 8 minutes.

Expensive and very small offerings, with attendants who would rather not be working at all. Il give it a wide berth next time il passing.

Just average. Whilst the food was decent we were stood around at the service counter for ages and had to shout for assistance. It’s almost alien to them that we wanted to pay cash at the till instead of using the card machines.

Visited at 22.55 hours on 4.1.2020. Noone at servery when we arrived. Staff were busy talking in the prep area waited for over 5 minutes. A male called Mark came through and ignored us whilst he continued his conversation with a colleague as to what shift's they were on for the following week. Placed order for 2 x Whopper Junior meal deals one at £6.59 and same again with a large diet coke and onion rings costin £7.58p. After a further lengthy wait whilst they continued with their conversation. Took food with us which was found to be cold, overcooked and minus the Onion Rings. iNVOICE nUMBER 125234 POS 81 By 3504 Restaurant Number 12571. Rang the next day to complain. "Still Waiting to hear from the Manager. Great if you want to waste your time waiting to be served and enjoy inedible food. One to Avoid.
