ELLA is the best server and best sandwich artist, made my sandwich beautifully

Always understaffed at lunch and the reward points never work. I had a free sub to claim before the points system changed and reverted back to 0. I ordered my food and was then told at the checkout they couldn’t redeem points. I only came for my free meal and ended up paying plus then losing all the points I had saved because I wasn’t able to use them on time. On a separate occasion I had 50% off to use by the end of the week so I came, ordered my food and was again told it wouldn’t work so ended up paying full price for something i only wanted because it was 50% off. Sort out the points (or at least have a sign saying “Out of Order”) and get more staff in at lunch please.

Excellent food and customer service

2nd time coming into this store and both times they was missing half the meats which happen to be the sandwich I order. On second occasion 2 staff behind the bar, one doing nothing whilst the other was serving stood waiting for 10 mins to overhear they didn’t have the meats I wanted. sounds petty but to go out of your way to go to a sandwich shop, wait for 10 minutes when they are not busy to find out they don’t have the meat you want is very frustrating. Very poor service

Fantastic service from Chantelle today, can’t fault her. Excellent fresh food, speedy preparation and well-mannered service. Strongly recommend to anyone passing through. Five stars.

Only had 1 member of staff on at 1pm mid week, had to wait 20 minutes to finally be served
