Subway in Bromsgrove

Workers not welcoming and questioned my order, every other subway I have been to has much nicer atmosphere

5 staff to make one sandwich, one of which on training during the lunch time rush... 20 minutes of queuing.

we had gluten free vegan chicken tikka & italian bread with vegan patty. Everything was delicious. The only downside is that you can't buy cola with sugar from the fount, you can only get the versions with artificial sweeteners.

All good but busy at lunch period.

One of the worst subways I have been to in terms of service very poor Long waits The way the food was served not the best Especially when considering their main customers are students I had subways And the hash browns when asked for sauce rather putting it in a tub they just poured it all over the hash browns

Service was great Nutella muffin was good but a little pain

Had a steak & cheese foot long went down very nice with a tango watermelon drink very enjoyable

Sandwiches are great, and there are good lunch deals but the queues are really long. I understand it is a popular shop as it’s on a campus but there is no efficiency in the shop. Frustrating as a student on a schedule.

Sometimes the queue can get quite large during term time. But right on campus for de montfort university

Pro.: - Subway Con.: - Sometimes rude/Idoncare staff - False opening hours information (see below) Went into shop to grab a sandwich (well, that was the plan) about 17:06, found the door locked. Opening hours showing that should be open until 18:00, no additional information was visible related to any change in service. Staff and site manager was in, knocked on window to find out what's wron. Manager was on phone, show that it's locked and gone. No chance of communication.

Subway is good but the queues can get pretty big during lunch times and it takes a while to be served, I go to the Braunstone Gate one instead as its faster even with walking.

It's nice to have a Subway on campus. The sandwiches are good but the queue can get quite large at lunch time.

I don't want the order now but this is a joke. My order never came. I would like a refund and an explanation please
