Delightful Desserts in Bromsgrove

Megan who served us was a lovely girl , short wait and the waffle and milkshake I ordered was amazing! These other reviews are not realistic it was brilliant

Totally disappointed. Arrived cold, the icecream was warmer than the waffle.. asked for nutella and got given chocolate sauce instead which was awful. What a shame, wasted money & calories. Avoid avoid! Much better places that deliver to Bromsgrove.

Really bad experience. Waited 45 mins and there was no one in the store. Not sure how they survive as no customer service or sense of efficiency

Henry Hunter said this is awful. The order was for home delivery but was incomplete waited nearly two hours finally delivered missing items at 11:35 pm !!! Said they know stuff was missing as it was sitting on the counter in the shop just avoid this expensive eatery buy a block you will enjoy it more

Okay place the establishment is nice, the only problem is the same thing happens every time and that’s to do with the staff. All of them on there phones playing music while customer are eating. Quite frankly rude and obviously more interested in there social life online. It’s a shame because the desserts are lovely. Just the staff let’s it down.

Waited over an hour for two waffles,cookie dough and cake. Pretty grubby place. Toilet was grim and broken. Staff didnt really seem to know what they were doing either. The one girl working there was very polite and very sincere about us waiting so long.

Poorly quality food, assembled with no care whatsoever. Called to complain about the food and inaccuracy of our order - only to receive a call from their staff members personal mobile after the store closed to inform us we are wrong! Clueless about catering and service.

We visited this evening after placing an order over the phone we were told to come in 15 minutes, which we did to find our order wasn't ready, not a problem so we took a seat while we waited. While waiting we observed a blonde lady "working" chatting to her friend, not acknowledging any work to be done at all! While a brunette lady helped do some of our order before sitting on the counter and joining in the conversation! Almost let us leave without all of our order, only realised when we prompted what was in the bags!Both very much had a don't care attitude. Only person we saw do any major work was the lady with pink hair (couldn't fault her!) Very on the ball throughout! Very friendly! The overall state of the place was awful, not sure when any of the tables were last wiped, floor was sticky, crumbles everywhere! One thing we couldn't fault was the tastiness of the desserts, all of us were very happy with the overall desserts. Just a shame about the staff and cleanliness!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The staff didn’t acknowledge us as they wouldn’t stop chatting. Finally got given menus which were greasy, as were the tables. The floors were sticky and dirty as though they had never been cleaned. Had to wait several minutes to have our order taken because the two girl working wouldn’t stop chatting again. The staff were also eating behind the bar while working which was very unprofessional. Overall will never return.

Came here at 4 o'clock with my niece and walked past it first of all as the two people who worked there were blocking the door way smoking, should have walked straight past but it was my nieces choice. Waited at the tills to order and after they had finished their conversation (including plenty of F'ing) they asked if i wanted to order! So ordered dessert and two teas, after 15 minutes tea and dessert arrived and i asked for sweetener for tea and they said they do not do sweetener .. REALLY! The staff were unkept, no uniform, they were as unprofessional a set up as i have ever come across. They had a child (must have been one of the staffs) behind the till running around and they just wanted to huddle and talk between themselves. I think this is the most negative review i have ever given and i feel it was justified .. do not go there.

I came here at 7:30 at night on a tuesday , not one person in the shop, it took them 2 hours to serve , I found them in the back room sniffing drugs and doing inappropriate things, never come back

Went there earlier with my dad and we sat down at a table which hadn’t been cleaned yet and then when we went to order there was only one person working there. We waited a full 20 minutes to be served and the woman even acknowledged us . Poor review don’t think I will be returning sorry

Waited 20 minutes! No acknowledgement! Tables full of crap not clean ! Put my hands on the counter sticky and dirty! Gave up went to McDonald’s instead not the treat my daughter was promised! I do not blame the poor overworked girl she was trying her best!!!!! This place will be closed in months is my bet which is a real shame!

The staff are not happy to see you, the venue itself is messy and untidy, the deserts are expensive and poor!

The food was nice however I suggest putting the fruits inside the crepes instead of on the top as well as the sauce. By the time I got home the box went all soggy.
