Order through Ubereats... waited over an hour and 30 minutes watching the eta push back for my order to be cancelled... and to late to order food...

One of the best dessert places in the world. The food is delicious, the waiters are really good, the place is usually clean (we’re regular customers).

The people that work there are super nice, giving me extra food on top of what I got. Considering how amazing all the food is this is there is no real room for complaint.

Eventualmente recibí una respuesta a mediados de diciembre que me informaba que los cursos ya no se estaban ejecutando y que estaban emitiendo reembolsos. No hubo comunicación al respecto. Ahora estoy en la posición de necesitar encontrar un regalo de Navidad de reemplazo 1 semana antes del día de Navidad. Es de destacar que todavía están anunciando los cursos en el sitio web hoy (18 de diciembre) a pesar de elegir dejar de ejecutarlos desde octubre.

This Chinese specialist supermarket has always stood out from the competition, having the widest range and most hygienic premises. The staff are helpful too. If you want to try cooking the Chinese way then you could do a lot worse than start here

Nice food ... but prices are one of the highest around... my advice... if you want value for money, try others first...if you want quality over price... then perfect place to purchase from... would have been 5 stars.. but parking can be a problem ...

Came to visit to celebrate a birthday within my family and had very high expectations. The hotel itself and hotel staff met these expectations, unfortunately this is where the positives end. The restaurant was freezing and we had to keep our coats of after being seated. When ordering drinks several members of our party noticed dirty plates and glasses, they were covered in hair and marks. We were then informed the wine on the printed menu was no longer available, this was understandable as things do go out of stock however for a restaurant which presents itself to be so high quality we expected better. We were then informed the main ordered by half our party was not available. We expressed our disappointment as this could have been shared before orders were placed, as the (already very limited) menu now didn’t accommodate to the dietary needs of most of our party. We decided to leave the restaurant, much to our disappointment, and had no option but to walk across the city centre with elderly family members to find somewhere else to eat. On leaving we were informed by the manager we would be charged for a drink which never arrived and a bottle of wine which wasn’t touched. After speaking to other customers on our way out we found others had returned their meal 3 times within one sitting, adding to our disappointment. Staff members explained that they had had a busy few days, serving as an excuse as to our experience, however this simply suggested they were aware of the quality of service that we would receive and still decided not to inform us and seat a party of 7 which they clearly couldn’t handle. The whole experience was unacceptable.

We enjoy going there before the game. Always a good atmosphere. Wonder if it will be there next season?. With what's been done under the Holte end, will the pub become something unaffordable to the likes of myself ?. Only time will tell. UTV

We decided to have a dessert elsewhere from our main meal Found this place via google maps Place was well lit and clean Great menu and very generous portions Very well priced considering portion size Staff friendly Will definitely come here again. When in Birmingham

Ordered 12’ pizza and still haven’t received my food. Scammed!

I booked a cupcake decorating course for myself and a friend of mine I booked via the website on the 5th of January. Payment was taken I didn’t receive any correspondence so I left a voice message and a sent an email. I didn’t receive a reply so I called the shop in the morning of the course. The receptionist passed it to the owner She was very curt , lacked professionalism and empathy. She didn’t offer an apology or an alternative and said I emailed you twice and I didn’t hear anything so I assumed you didn’t want to attend . She then said I emailed you twice it must have gone to your junk mail, I replied I had checked my junk mail and not received anything I said I was very upset and wouldn’t be using her services again, she put the phone down on me I had to call back and ask for a refund, as I wasn’t even offered a refund Please be wary of this place , totally unprofessional

Rubbish food , rubbish service , everything backwards in this place, also heard the owners are abit gay.Defo won’t be going there.

I’m a regular! Really affordable takeaway with solid food, a great team and I love the combination of English style Chinese food and Cantonese food.

How can you sent a parking ticket to customers for parking when 1 requires or order cake. shame on you.

This was not great. The food is of the lowest quality, and vastly overpriced for what it is. The bread is appalling, and the sandwiches have the barest of ingredients. Never again. It’s clean and the staff aren’t rude. Hence the extra star.
