Few days ago i went to pret in selfrigess bullring, i ordered a flatwhite, this lady work there have a white blister on her nose, i asked her to make my flatwhite not full to the top, she gave me the worst look that i am annoying her or something, then she turned around and ignored me while i was talking, seriously the worst customer service from her. Never buy coffee from there again

Brilliant food, fresh and tasty. Speedy delivery service too. Highly recommended. The Algerian triple cheese burger was spot on.

It was busy, which we get, and we appreciated getting a table. However the bar person when we reached the front of the bar, started talking to the person behind me (who she knew). After she finished serving her other customer, she then served him, even though he was stood behind me. I pointed out that she was serving the person behind me, which she clearly didn't appreciate. She then gave him 2 free drink tokens as he said his friends were in the Great Run. She then served me, clearly unhappy with my comment, and when we asked abut the free drink for the half marathon runners (1 person out of the 5 drinks we ordered), she said "we're not doing that any more". Very poor service to treat customers like this, she could have just said, sorry, it's really busy and I'm trying to keep up, rather than sulk at customers. Good beer, bad service.

My partner and I had an Indian Takeaway on Sunday 27th October. I had a Lamb Karahi with Pilea Rice, my partner had a different meal. We had this around 6.30pm and within 2 hours of eating this I started having stomach cramps and was violently sick, this started around 8.15pm the same night. I then started to have very bad diarrhea, this continued throughout the night and into Monday morning. I was shivering and shaking, and had a really bad headache. I couldn't get up for work, I had to have two days off sick. I haven't eaten anything since Sunday! Just drinking water. I'm still not right now and feel very weak, still with stomach cramps. I rang Bombay Spice on Monday to let them know that something was not right with the meal that I had, they didn't seem bothered. They said they would call me back, I've not heard a word back from them. I will never be going back their again! I would not have given any stars but you have to leave one. I've never had food poisoning and I do not want to get this again.

Recibí la confirmación de este pago, pero luego no hay detalles de seguimiento sobre cómo reservar una fecha / cualquier información para darle al destinatario del regalo. Envié varios correos electrónicos durante los siguientes meses sin respuesta. Eventualmente recibí una respuesta a mediados de diciembre que me informaba que los cursos ya no se estaban ejecutando y que estaban emitiendo reembolsos. No hubo comunicación al respecto. Ahora estoy en la posición de necesitar encontrar un regalo de Navidad de reemplazo 1 semana antes del día de Navidad. Es de destacar que todavía están anunciando los cursos en el sitio web hoy (18 de diciembre) a pesar de elegir dejar de ejecutarlos desde octubre.

Came to visit to celebrate a birthday within my family and had very high expectations. The hotel itself and hotel staff met these expectations, unfortunately this is where the positives end. The restaurant was freezing and we had to keep our coats of after being seated. When ordering drinks several members of our party noticed dirty plates and glasses, they were covered in hair and marks. We were then informed the wine on the printed menu was no longer available, this was understandable as things do go out of stock however for a restaurant which presents itself to be so high quality we expected better. We were then informed the main ordered by half our party was not available. We expressed our disappointment as this could have been shared before orders were placed, as the (already very limited) menu now didn’t accommodate to the dietary needs of most of our party. We decided to leave the restaurant, much to our disappointment, and had no option but to walk across the city centre with elderly family members to find somewhere else to eat. On leaving we were informed by the manager we would be charged for a drink which never arrived and a bottle of wine which wasn’t touched. After speaking to other customers on our way out we found others had returned their meal 3 times within one sitting, adding to our disappointment. Staff members explained that they had had a busy few days, serving as an excuse as to our experience, however this simply suggested they were aware of the quality of service that we would receive and still decided not to inform us and seat a party of 7 which they clearly couldn’t handle. The whole experience was unacceptable.

Great venue for a pre-match pint or four! Well controlled numbers, so never ‘over busy’ - service always good too. Also, only a stone’s throw from Villa Park.

First time i had it it was beautiful i had double cheese burger it had fresh salad beautiful meat Second time ordering (today) it was disgusting the meat has changed to terrible product it was really bad and no salad

Me and my family used to like the pizza here.. Unfortunately.. they have changed it. From a handstrached pizza they're now selling a microwaved pizza whcih is exactly like the cheap pizza you buy from yhe supermarket. They don't make it in the big oven anymore.. instead they put the (probably frozen) pizza in the microwave. It's a shame. It was a good pizza. We used to plan. Eat there before going to the museum..now..we will just go ear somewhere else. Not worth going there anymore.

Llegamos a Trentina antes de Navidad después de pasar un día en Birmingham. Originalmente habíamos reservado para más tarde en la tarde, pero terminamos lo que estábamos haciendo antes de lo previsto y el personal era muy amable y nos encontró una mesa incluso cuando llegamos antes. La comida fue increíble, tuvimos un trío de entrantes e incluso tuvimos una segunda porción de la focaccia, ya que era tan bueno. Los platos principales también eran deliciosos y la pasta estaba bien cocinada - tenía cola de buey y pasta de médula ósea que tiene sabores ricos encantadores. Solo pudimos manejar un poco de helado para el desierto, pero por suerte seguimos los consejos del personal con el sabor y fue fantástico (marsala all'uovo cremovo). Buena selección de bebidas también. Espero volver pronto!

¡Soy un habitual! Comida para llevar muy asequible con comida sólida, un gran equipo y me encanta la combinación de comida china de estilo inglés y comida cantonesa.

Acabo de visitar este pequeño café increíble. . tuvimos el desayuno Desi, la comida fue cocinada a la perfección, caliente y absolutamente delicioso. . los alrededores eran tan cómodos y limpios, y el personal es tan encantador. Limpio y acogedor. Recomiendo encarecidamente esta pequeña joya. . Ve y visita y prueba la comida encantadora. . te encantará. . 10 / 10 . .
