Wrong food I ordered barbecue chicken pop corn and chicken barbecue wings

They look after you have good customer service and delivery is always on time In person or on delivery they are really professional and always great you That's why I give this reviews And somethime they give you extra thank you sam and harrys nechels I appreciate what you lot do

Good, consistent food, which i have ordered several times for delivery, but they are always very late in delivering so need to up their game

Food was decent. Chicken burgers were tasty but could do with more mayo as it was literally a spot of mayo. Fries were decent. Chilli cheese bites were overcooked and crispy. Tandoori pizza was overcooked and burnt which wasn’t great.

food disgusting, hair in food , pieces of glass, wings the size of a pea, dont rver go there if you dont want diahrrea and if you dony want to waste alot of money

I ordered off of Deliveroo and was asked to leave a review/5stars.. if I enjoyed it. I think the food was really nice, I don’t usually like to get wings anymore as they are too oily and are hard to find nice wings. Sizzler loaded chicken burger was nice especially the hash brown. Peri peri burger was nice, but I prefer for it to be more tender. (Cooked for 1 minute less only) Overall it is a 5/5 in my opinion, but to top it off.. please toast the buns! They make burgers a lot better

They got the best pizza here full of different flavours, good customer service so if you are looking for a good pizza then please come to this take away.

We just popped in for a pizza and saw the chicken wings, which looked good. The pizza was fresh and tasty it has a special pastry, nice and crispy. The chicken wings were also very tasty. I just recommend this place.

Came in and purchase a pizza and supreme burger meal, wedges and some wings. Food quality is/was mediocre ok. I guess it can be done better if some attention was given. The staff are very nice, but I think the store needs a revamp. For the name "Sam and Harry's"; I presume the service, shop and all would be of a high standard.

I went in just now and the place was dirty, food on the floor and need mopping and 2 staff was outside on their phone, the furnitire dirty and rip. It needs some work done . My wings are the same taste though.

I was in last nite may have been your last costumer order a wrap it was so dry and chewie. You pay full price to 3 class meal the store should know if the food is ready for the bin it should not be sold for a extra few pounds. Or sold at a give away price so the client knows if to have it or not. My money is hard earned not given to me

I would not recommend this place....ill prepared meals I bought some donuts as a quick treat to go with my box meal and they were way passed expiry date they were stone hard and crumbled like dry crackers and another time I ordered some food but my fries were stale I could taste it even though they tried to conceal it by refrying them it's a pity I couldn't get my refund...it's just baffling

I love this takeaway shop but when I order large fries they barely put any fries in.

Most of these good reviews must be fake. The delivery was over an hour late, food was disgusting to the point I nearly threw up. They got the order completely wrong and refused a refund. Never ordering again from here.

The food was decent value, and service reasonable. Good variety of Southern Fried Chicken type items. Somewhat similar or equivalent to options from a certain colonel, but additionally, there are some piri piri options. A few tables and seating, was available to one side of the premises. Pandemic precautions were minimal (no masks, visors or counter screens - but social distancing between staff and customers was observed.)

Love the twin burger, worth the trip down to get it

I've been coming to this place for several years and the management has been up and down but I know they're striving to be the best. Every time I order chicken and fries its always On Point and the chilli sauce is amazing. Wish they accepted cards though.

Fries were too salty and some chicken didn't taste fresh. Also some chicken wasn't cooked properly.

Food's always fresh here (Nechells branch). Satisfies the craving for the bad stuff!

Guy at the front is ok but rude could do with learning manners but look past the till you will see people sweating, coughing, not wearing gloves or hair nets. Yesterday man standing outside leaning on a golf only later realised he was a worker their, would not stop staring at my wife. Will not complain just won't come back.

Absolutely atrocious service. I don't do reviews, but these guys are an exception. They get the order wrong ALL THE TIME. Poor customer service. Rude and arrogant. The other day I made a £40 order over the phone, but they forgot some of the food, so I rang them. He said he will have someone come and deliver the food. I waited and waited but gave up. So I've been robbed by these guys, because I'm paying for food, waiting for delivery, the food is missing, then I'm waiting but they never turned up. Also, the delivery driver won't even get out the car, he'll wait for you to come to him. Ridiculous!

Rude, ignorant staff. Person who was supposed to be serving, was more interested in looking at his phone than getting my order right. I ordered a chicken supreme burger with no salad or mayonnaise & the cretin practically drown the burger in mayo! The salad looked as though it had been sitting out for a week & judging by the state of the place, i wouldn't be surprised if it had been. On top of that the food was bland and tasteless. AWFUL FOOD & DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Would avoid at all costs, unless you enjoy being served by morons who can't be bothered to get your order correct.
