Me and my family used to like the pizza here.. Unfortunately.. they have changed it. From a handstrached pizza they're now selling a microwaved pizza whcih is exactly like the cheap pizza you buy from yhe supermarket. They don't make it in the big oven anymore.. instead they put the (probably frozen) pizza in the microwave. It's a shame. It was a good pizza. We used to plan. Eat there before going to the museum..now..we will just go ear somewhere else. Not worth going there anymore.

wonderful place!! staff is lovely and the food is absolutely delicious. it's the most authentic Italian place I've found in the area and i'd def give a higher rating if I could. bummed I only found out about this place in my last year at the uni, would have loved going here more often!

06/02/25 sadly a very poor experience, after ordering a sausage sandwich before my 9am meeting, being assured by the staff of home made bread, I was truly looking forward, only to receive what I can only describe as one and a half long cut sausages, when I asked why this was the case, the staff informed me that this is how they serve the order.... ??? left me somewhat confused as I wondered what they would do with the remaining half of a sausage? the quality of the sausage was clearly of a very poor cut, tasteless, no seasoning, flavour what so ever and considering the price, it was terrible, I ended up choosing not to eat all of it on the fear or an upset stomach. the ketchup bottle which was in a brand 'Heinz' bottle was clearly not your traditional Heinz quality, either the contents have been topped up with a less quality brand or simply watered down, which is very misleading and may even be questioned if this is even trading fraud? the coffee was ok, nothing special but then again it was from a machine, nothing complicated. sadly will not be stopping for a bite there again

There was a member of staff who was nothing but rude. I decided to take a seat and eat with some friends as I attend the university and this worker waited 10mins before telling us that it was a private cafe and we cannot sit and we were "lucky" she did not charge us service charge. She gave my friends and I dirty looks and spoke with aggression, so they've lost me as a customer if that's how they treat people in their cafe. I would have bought something if she spoke nicely but she was rude, gave us dirty looks and watched us pack away and leave. I hope your workers fix their attitudes if they wish to have customers because by the looks of it, the business is poor.

Really nice. Proper Italian coffee and a little bakery inside doing breads and pizza. They also sometimes sell really good sourdough to take away.

It's no longer called that - so it's actually closed. An update would be great as I have been looking for an Italian breakfast….

Tidy little cafe with home made cakes and panini. Calm and relaxing environment inside Millennium Point.

Decent enough. We had different 'slices' which were good value, although peperoni was a bit spicy for my son. Other two slices were appreciated though. I had a 'goaty' which had goats cheese and caramelised onions - very tasty although warm outside and cool inside - no big deal. Nice deserts. Quite good hot chocolate with a thick froth topping (not sure why given in a disposable cup when we were staying in the café to eat). Good choice of juices on offer, and they were higher quality than typical glass bottle juices.

What a great find. Had a day out at Think Tank with daughter and grandaughter and my wife suggested breaking up the day on this cafe. What a good choice. Lovely food. Fresh and tasty. Staff were fab with one of the Italian ladies making a fuss of grandaughter. Reasonable prices for where you ate. Definitely recommend and go again

Wonderful experience at Mulino here today. Such a beautiful and calm place, with extremely good staff and presentation of the restaurant. Staff greets you when coming in and when leaving. Restaurant is clean and well kept, staff is always busy making sure to give what the customer deserves while performing their own duties. Food is extremely good with speechless presentation on the table. Prices are affordable and definitely every item on the menu its worth the price. Previously had coffee and pizzas too and its absolutely unique and good. Food is freshly made on the day and you can literally feel the freshness of it. Definitely coming back here. Highly recommended to everyone, for a quick snack or a family lunch/dinner, its worth every penny and minute of it.

Not the best place for coffee at all, however their pizza and focaccia is great. I was disheartened to see my milk was topped up and reheated for my latte 🥴

I nearly shed a tear when I found out that 6/8 kafe had left its Millennium Point location. If I don't see you again, I would like to say thank you. You introduced me to fine tasting Hasbean coffee. You were a shining light in the artisan coffee scene, showing the way to the artisan coffee shops that now decorate our high street. Mulino now occupies the space 6/78 kafe once did at Millennium Point. It is an open bright, clean and stylish cafe. There is lots of eye candy at the lengthy counter. You can buy everything from cakes, savouries, panettones, confectionery and Christmas trees (it was on the counter, I assumed it was for sale:)). The coffee set up looked cool: A small, red San Remo espresso machine and a couple of grinders. The staff member was attentive and enthusiastic, may a bit too much, after spilling some of the coffee:) The flatwhite was made well. It just needed a smidgeon of latte art flair to take it up a notch. The coffee isn't artisan medium roast. It's proper Italian dark roast, which I know a lot of people love. Mulino is there to cater for the students and visitors to the Science Think Tank. I love its accessibility. Do not expect artisan quality coffee. You will have a fine Italian coffee to enjoy in a relaxing, bright atmosphere.

Best Coffee this side of the Med. Or at least, the Grand Union Canal... Genuinely good stuff, fair prices, fab staff serving traditional Italian sandwiches, deep dish pizza and pastries.

I wish I had discovered this place earlier in the uni term, I would have come here more often! The food and drink is so good and the freshly made pizzas are some of the best i've ever had. It's much cheaper than the costa in the Curzon uni building too by almost half the price! Highly reccomended! Its rare to find such nice, fresh student priced food.

Staff where amazing so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the menu. Food was amazing and cocktails went down a treat. Only criticims are billboards advertising the food and drink offers outside are misleading. My colleagues and I went on a Thursday night which is 50%off steak (Great deal) but when we got in you only got the 50% off if you had 2 courses. Also as connected to the bar that had happy hour advertised until 7pm, this offer couldn't be used in the restaurant which seems silly as that same bar was provided us our drink.

Absolutely beautiful food. The starter platter and flat bread was gorgeous. A pity it was empty. Well worth a visit.
