Bulls street burger in Birmingham

Really badddddd experience Tried it again today and ordered chicken burgers really in worst condition Burgers are hard and unable to eat and when o told them it’s hard they said its flavour ?? Flavour just make it taste better how flavour make something so hard that we can’t even eat it Before I ordered meat burgers really with the smell of meat but that was my first time so I ignored and thought my mistake maybe I bought meat so that’s why I ordered chicken this time but guys Don’t ever choose bulls burgers if you really don’t want to waste money

Bulls burger is really fantastic I try classic burger 3 tima week and always same tast

The chicken was extremely dry and tough I couldn’t even eat the burger which is disappointing because always order from here

a bit disappointed to be honest, hoped it would have been better. Burger and bun was a bit dry, too much caramelised onions. mac n cheese bites were nice.

Lovely place and very cheap prices which i'm very surprised by, cheap and also very large portion sizes, like adding a meal is only £1.50 which includes a massive amount of chips/fries with a can of drink. Also excellent service as i wanted to add blue cheese onto my double beef burger and the guy didn't even charge extra for it, also asked for sauces and the guy gave us the bottle of ketchup and a dip of spicy mango at no extra charge.

Great food 10/10 and it even came early again

My order was perfect, i had called the restaurant as i did not want mayonnaise on my burger and they got my order perfect. The person handling my call was also very polite. I will definitely be ordering again

Food was delivered way before stated time which I’m so grateful for as I was starving!! It tasted phenomenal! Vegan burger was a solid 9/10 and the pasta was a good 8/10 deffo ordering from here again

In order a double chicken burger it was terrible I couldn’t eat the food the chicken was was left of it was dry and the meat was to the point I could have shallow it I paid 3.50 for a collar which was mostly water and it was very very very small much I really liked what was left after draining the water out my daughters food was also dry we had to throw it all alway and went to McDonalds in the end for speed I have never left a bad review and I hate doing so just had to be done here sorry

Worst tasting burger, dry chips. Didn’t enjoy. Beef was hardly seasoned.

Juicy wings and loads of cheese on that chips as usual. Great taste.

It says delivered but never received my food and I’m assuming must’ve delivered to the wrong door because there’s 2 number 11 on my road

My food was delivered within 25/30 mins of me ordering it food was still semi cold and my fillet chicken didn’t look fully cooked inside as if it was pinkish

Overly late and missing parts of my order.

Not impressed with the customer service especially with the mannerisms over the phone when your trying to enquire the ETA of your order and the staff puts down the phone on you when you wanted to know how long order is going to be. I called 3 times just to be given a basic answer of the driver will get there thankyou then have the abruptly cut off. Not impressed at all you do not treat paying customers like that

The food is amazing and cooked to a high standard. The beef burger is pure quality, and next time, I'll be trying the souther fried chicken burger looks yummy. After eating the food where in a food coma. I brought the predator x2 as a meal and their hot jerk wings and got extra wings, which was really nice of the management for £20 which i know for this qualityof food is so reasonable as they are gourmet. Most definitely, this is going to be my burger spot.

Normally fantastic food. However tonight bit disappointed by the fries and cheese bites as they were cold and hard. Usually fantastic food though.

ALWAYS a good burger every time I order.

Service, ambience and hygiene is great. Brioche bun burger gives a great taste and texture. Good variety of sauces, wings and burgers. For me, the fried chicken burger was a bit salty and dry. Will hopefully try a different combination next time.

my stomach is sensitive and can't tolerate mayonnaise so I marked that 2 burgers should be without it but the restaurant didn't apply it and put mayonnaise inside so I couldn't eat those 2 burgers. I am asking for a refund for these 2 burgers

Good food, big portions. They even threw in 3 wings for me on the house which was nice of them. Couldn’t finish all the food but had it the next day and it probably tasted even better.

It's nice but it was late leaving me very hungry, queried this with them and they just ignored it. A shame.

I ordered the predator burger - it consisted of 70% bun + 30% meat/salad. The bun bro it was dry! If im Paying £16 for a burger meal i expect the burger to be on point. Chips were over an hour off the cooker abit soggy like. Had higher expectations tbf. Maybe it was a one off but dissatisfied.

Tasteless food no seasoning on the burger. We ordered a chicken burger and a beef burger meals costing £26 and had to throw them in the bin.
