The large chip size are the size of a cone of chips anywhere else Cleanlyness leaves a lot to be desired Nice staff but things aren't done properly

What an abysmal experience. Firstly the order came late. Then when the driver came he complained about the address, he abruptly demanded like a policeman that I come to the door to collect it, even though my friend who met him at the door told him I cannot walk I'm sick, etc, yet with that he still said no and demanded I come. So my friend , not wanting to argue with imbeciles like him, said come inside and see him instead, so he came and saw the reality. Then hedropped the pizza on m legs which are injured and have arthritis , I screeched from pain, he didn't seem bothered, then put it somewhere else and left hurriedly even thought I was trying to talk to him as to what happened and all of this commotion. I didn't know the drivers were this inadequate. And to top this all of the actual food was atrocious. Uncooked, not fresh, cold. It caused my runny stomach and other symptoms of food poisoning. Be warned fellow humans. They didn't follow my delivery instructions I told him to call me first but he didn't. The delivery issue was 13th of january 2024 saturday - saturday 13/01/2024 Aadam , Small Heath , B9 5BD

Ordered the triple deal for £17.99 it had a 9” pizza, a beef burger and a chicken kebab tray. Think it was meant to have a can of coke but they gave me a big bottle. Very good deal They always read the notes. Top place!

Food ok late night its probably one of the best places to order from as not many choices ... the calezone chips and curry sauce are really nice late night. But on a normal time basis alot other better choices. Not knocking chaps its good to go kinda food late night

Food came cold plus missing items when I called to to complain they cut the phone off twice on just in they use another name company on just eat called prime kebabs the staff was rude and food was bad stay away from this place I will be reporting to health inspectors due to way food came worse place Eva

I highly recommend this place for pizza. I ordered a pizza whilst working on my delivery job. The pizza was ready in 10 minutes as promised. Definitely the best pizza I have had so far . Unless you go to Italy. Chaps is the one to have . 10/10 pizza

The staff are nice and friendly to you. The pizzas are good but I can make better however the prices and sizes are great and they top your pizza with a good amount of toppings. You do get your moneys worth.

The shop didn't have everything that I had wanted, although I had rang them up half an hour of them opening up, which was rather disappointing. However, when in the shop there's a bit of a wait to get your food but when you do the food is served rather hot.

Food never showed up. Driver got lost as his satnav wouldn't show my location. I phoned the shop and said other places had no problem delivering to me. The shop then claimed I wasn't waiting outside my house when I was. Awful service.

We are just visiting Birmingham and this place is just down the road from our hotel. So we popped in for pizzas. Lovely service from the staff. Quick efficient service and lovely pizzas. Very fresh pizza hot and delicious. Would recommend.

Been today to try a new takeaway as moved new to area we got a mixed kebab and chips and cost £7.00 and is so not worth it the box was filled with 3 quarters of chips 2 ling straps of donner meat and a few little peices of chicken and was so small savers in weoley castle is bigger than this and so not worth the price wouldn't reccomend getting a kebab here the chilli sauce we got in the kebab tasted like vinegar will not be using this take away again if I want chips I know where to go they are perfect and can't go wrong with them

Visited Chaps for 2 nights in a row while staying at a nearby hotel. 1st night was fish and chips - wow! Very generous portions and freshly made. 2nd night was Californian pizza - even better! Great food, fabulous prices and really friendly owners! I’ll be back!

My Mrs and myself always go here for our pizza meal night to watch movies together and get the meal deal £4 for a 7" pizza with chips and a drink can't go wrong at all, the service is great the guys are always smiling while serving and always double checking if they missed anything plus will always remember your order when you pop and know your voice when you call top guys in there.

Gave me notinly the wrong pizza size but the wrong toppings too, refused to respond why. Wouldn't recommend here just go to caspian.

This place holds a big place in my heart, the first day I came to Birmingham I had fish and chips from this place with my friend Evan. Now that I’m about to leave I came here with my brother so he can try it. The fish is mid, the fries are good. The food is a 2 but for the price and the amazing service it’ll be pumped to a 3.

Visited here for 1st time last night. Staff were friendly . Chips were very nice but only luke warm. Don't understand why you use polystyrene containers and then wrap in chIp paper? Better for environment if you get rid of containers and just use chip paper. Will visit again

I just moved to this area, their mexicano pizza is just too good. Donor is passable as most of the take aways don't make in house donors. Prices are reasonable too for the quality they provide.

Honestly the worst place i have ever ordered from. The food was ridiculous chips that are rock hard and so crispy they would break your teeth whilst also being raw and undercooked such poor business decisions.

I used chaps for many years but first time iv been back for a while and the food is so beautiful and they do not scrimp n scrap on the food it's well well worth the money and I'll be back thankyou so much plus lovely staff who look after you well esp after the pubs 👍 well recommend plus seen so people using it while sat outside the ivy bush wow and oh yes it is under new management and alot 100 per cent better, good on ya guys x

Visited on Saturday late night before closing time. I've seen the Takeaway has re-open as it's been a while folded. Possibly the management has changed and re-opened I assumed. By the way I had an X-large thin crust pizza. A great range of choices and I've got my pizza pipping hot, within a very acceptable period of waiting and was of exceptional quality. Their pizza crust has all others beat. You want to eat the crust rather than discarding it like you might do to other pizzas. I was pleasantly surprised that my pizza was of ample portion size, fresh ingredients and tasted very good. Chicken and spicy beef were fabulous and perfectly cooked. They are fast, courteous, very clean.Well done lads! Let's just hope the next one I visit, is as good as this time.

This place is one of the best food shop I have visited in Birmingham. They are now under new ownership and the new owners are very hygienic and are very clean. There food is very good and tasty. The owners are 2 brothers who work very hard. I would recommend to anyone to visit and have their food. Delicious!

It is a cheap/affordable place, but not recommending during this lockdown time... Took away a kebab, a wrap a mixed salad and a pizza. The pizza was edible, but the pasta was strange and lacked sauce. The meat in the kebab and wrap stinks and not edible. Probably is off due to no customers. The meat wasn't fried/grilled freshly. Tomato in the salad is awful. If you are looking to eat recommend a busier place and/or where there is delivery options available, but avoid low customer places.

Well I'd give it 0 starts but there's no option for that. Bought chicken doner with chips the doner was shredded and soo cold with no taste. The chips had a really funny taste. Curry sauce was really like liquid. Even the other portion of just chips was the same tasted funny. Tried to call the place about my complaints but no one answered. Would definitely not recommend.

It is now under new management. It has some really friendly staff who work there, and the food is really good. It costs £10 for free delivery, and they are on Just eat. The pizzas are huge, for the price. If you can collect, I would. As they are very good quality. I've had the kebabs too, and would say they are very good. If I had to pick one thing I would improve, it would be the size of the sauces, as they come in tiny pots. And you don't get one with your pizza for dipping the crust in. Other than that, it's well worth a try.

Qué puedo decir, mis amigos y yo hemos estado pidiendo carrillada en los últimos años, y nunca han podido entregar lo mejor en kebabs y pizzas. Te dejan a nosotros a todas horas de la noche y nunca es demasiado larga espera. Cada vez que tengo un kebab no es un carrillada, sólo obtengo triste. También te dan servicio increíble con una sonrisa.
