Was really nice customer service. Polite and patient. Been here 3 times now and they were the same each time and its the best pizza i have had. They are supper fast getting your order. Definitely worth 5 stars. Would definitely come again.

I ordered vegan menu from Papa Johns through Uber Eats, and I wanted my food to be spicy, I must say the food was amazing, staff was good with the order instructions. I ordered a large Bomaby Spice pizza, cheese garlic pizza sticks, and cheese potato tots with jalapenos. I will be ordering more pizzas from Papa Johns in future. Thank you.

The manager or the guy who answers phone was discourteous and was inappropriate in my interactions. He cut the phone whilst I was still talking to him.hr had a big order and completely ignored my order.i showed him I received uodate the order is ready but he disapproved my concern. I told him my kids are waiting outside in the cold weather and he did not bother. He only gave me the parcel when the student requested so. Disrespectful manager.needs to learn some discipline and show respect towards customers especially seniors. Tbh,the pizza and sides were good.

I only went in to look at prices and, much as I feel old saying this, it felt a bit pricey to me. Their food is excellent though.

Decent Papa John's. Always got a good deal on. Would often use as a student. Pizza was always of decent quality. Delivery always good. Would often enter the Instagram competitions but often felt I was pushed to the side because I would be "too keen". Would recommend though. Just a treak if you're coming from Pritchatts, The Vale or Campus.

Papa johns always has excellent food and really good service, prices are good and affordable as well as regular offers inshore and online! One of my favourite places to eat from especially as someone who is allergic to dairy and can trust there vegan range.

First of all, its clean area, and staff are very cooperative, if i talk about pizzas fasts delivery service, and i get more offers when i get my pizzas on collection.

Ordered what was meant to be a freshly cooked pizza! It reminded of the ones you get in Asda at the bread counter, the ones made by Asda, only the Asda ones are better It was a first and last Experience for me, there is soooooo much better around and half the price too! I would not recommend to friends or family!

Had a Hawaiian.. very tasty. Nothing special

Ordered on 7/4/22. 1st order was screwed up, wrong pizza was sent, 2nd order (to get the pizza that was originally ordered) - driver bought 2 completely different pizzas which I rejected at my door. Correct pizza was eventually delivered, barely even warm. When calling to complain I had to repeat myself several times to the lady I spoke to who then said "umm ok well I'll pass your number along to my manager" manager is yet to call - big surprise.

Ordered off Uber Eats and they cancelled 40 minutes after I ordered. 40 minutes!!! Customer service is beyond shocking.

Missing items , delivery horrible!

Save your money. The store manager who claims she made our pizzas but also handles the calls(which doesn't add up?) thinks I was lying about the state of their pizzas delivered to us. We wanted to return them in full for replacements and she didn't want to help at all continuing to make accusations about my character. That semi circle shaped base is not our doing, nor it being indelibly under-cooked. My 3 month old nephew can do a better job working on that pizza dough!

This branch has gone downhill so badly. Always takes ridiculously long for delivery and cold when arrives and often toppings missing.
