I received wonderful service from 'Abby' at the Selly Oak branch who took my order.

I am dissatisfied with a recent delivery. The delivery driver refused to enter the apartment building to hand me my order at the door. If I wanted to go outside I would of made a collection order instead.

I expect good quality pizza from Papa John's when you pay almost £30. The quality was about the same as my local pizza shop up the road, which is 1/3 of the price. I'm really not sure what I've paid so much more money for. one thing's for sure, that was my last ever Papa John's.

The area manger for the selly oak store was extremely helpful and courteous I had come in trying to redeem a resolution of a complaint from the Birmingham city store and was told that their manager had not informed me of the terms and conditions of the voucher resulting in me being told I couldn’t access my resolution. The area manager spoke to the Birmingham store manager and informed us there was nothing he could do to help as it was a separate franchise. Regardless of this he still offered us a free large pizza for the hassle and time we’d spent in his store. An absolute credit to papa johns thank you so much Mani!

Best pizza in whole Birmingham and even customer service is excellent.i personally want to share my experience that i gone to restaurant around 8:20 pm and the person taking order is excellent he was so pleased and polite , he explained me today offers on pizza and usually after taken order he told me preparation is within 15 minutes but he given me pizza in 5 minutes so excellent service and even I was holding my bag full of groceries even then he open door for me so kind hearted person and also pizza is excellent in quality and taste i love papa johns pizza

Slow service to start..had a papa John's before and was happy but!!!@....paid 40 pounds plus for 2xl pizza buy one get one free...pizza was a RIP off...the x2 sides extra for a 10er was for children. ..disappointed. ..

Ordered 2 pizzas on the app, one half and half bbq chicken and Hawaiian, one pepperoni stuffed crust. There was a problem with the app (or an issue on our end :/) and the pepperoni was ordered with no cheese. We phoned up immediately and spoke to a really helpful guy who sent us a new pizza with cheese for free. Really fast delivery time and gave us a call to say when they arrived. The service was amazing. Will definitely be ordering again. Thanks guys!

From the number of times I order from here, I should be a familiar voice. Sad to say last time, it took ages for the pizza to arrive. Even when it said it had come via email when going outside it hadn't. Perhaps they should consider rebranding to Pinnochio Johns or the like Regardless, bbq chicken pizza was vastly superior to the veggie one!
