Sara's Pizza & Kebab House in Birmingham

Food was delicious arrived earlier than expected. Naz the delivery guy had exceptional customer service and is all round well mannered!

I feel the quality of the food have slipped slightly the food was only just warm when it was delivered

Food wasn’t great at all, chips were cold and soggy, pizza was too thick and soggy aswell. First time here aswell, fooled by the good reviews

We got a mixed Kebab, the food was inedible. The naan bread that the kebab was in was stale and covered in an inedible chilli sauce. The chips were like mush

driver couldn't be bothered to get out of his car to deliver the food, we had to go to him. Kebab was cold and pitta bread was hard.

I ordered from this restaurant via Uber Eats, and what a ride that was! First, the food showed up cold—colder than my ex’s heart—and tasted like it had been cooked sometime last year. But the real fun started a few hours later when my stomach decided to reenact a volcanic eruption. Let’s just say, I got to experience my own personal rollercoaster of regret… from my bathroom. If you’re looking for a meal that comes with an unwanted cleanse, this is your spot!

We had problems with our food being under cooked about a year ago we go to order today and they say sorry we can't take ya order due to having problems with you before. Cheeky sods it was their food that was the problem not us never again disgusting behaviour off this place

Food went straight into bin! Chips were just a sloppy soggy greasy mess put me completely off. Kebab was full of onion. Won’t order from there again.

The service was second to none as Nav the delivery driver delivered the food in an excellently efficient way. The restaurant prepared the food well and the food was hot at delivery and very tasty. 10/10 highly recommend.

I ordered the Katlama and a Lamb Kebab w/ chips. The Katlama was cold, hard and very dry with little to no filling. The lamb meat was seasoned well but chewy and the portion size was small and not really worth the price, compared to other take aways. Delivery was fast and friendly though. Best to avoid and try elsewhere.

Delivery time was earlier but quality of food and the delivery person both were not upto the price, especially when additional £4.50 is charged for the delivery.

Nav is a very good person always friend

I will not come again because they use polystyrene. Polystyrene food containers cannot be recycled here... The food was good, but the chips were too oily.

Cold, dry and discarded chips were sent. The donner was hard, rubbery and dried out. The fish was under cooked. The food seemed like something that's been out for a long time and instead of throwing it away, they sent it to me. I won't be ordering from this place ever again.

Came a bit early, they called when on the way and love the food their been getting chippy their for years and never disappoints

The chips with this order were dry and looked like a mixture of fresh chips and ones that had dried out. Not pleasant to eat. The Naan bread was large a pale dried out shape. Very disappointed. The chicken meat I imagine from leakage coming out of container was melted mayo not appealing Some of the chicken was like scraps not pieces of chicken. Mint and yoghurt dip had a very odd taste which I couldn't eat Meal was definitely not enjoyable

Went here as our usual fish shop, (Harborne Fish Bar who are brilliant) were closed. Food was absolutely awful, cold, tasted disgusting, small portions, no taste whatsoever, and to top it off, they overcharged me for the food. Will never use again! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could give zero stars I would. Worst thing I’ve ever put in my mouth!

Nice food but portions leave alot to be desired! Not worth the money for such a small portion especially the kebabs, looks like a child's size meal. Won't be ordering from here again. Not good value for money.

Cheap Kebab really dry even with sauce on it, naan bread is very cheap, chicken wings smelt like rotten eggs no taste in the season area, there food storage must be bad or freezer don’t work and I ordered a strawberry Miranda I received cherryade instead 0.5/10 don’t know how this place is still standing please don’t try for health safety reasons!!!

Well what do say the roe measured 0.4 cm deep and arrived stone cold. The kebab was soaking wet I'm guessing the diver had been driving round with it as we waited almost 2 hours.

We have used saras in the past the chicken tikka kebabs are usually amazing. Ordered one tonight and the naan was very wet and broke apart. Chicken was OK but the chips were raw. I also ordered a can of coke which was advertised as coca cola but when it came it was barr cola, I think this should have been advertised as barr cola. Very disappointed 😞

Had to call twice for update on delivery,,I'm less than 10 mins away from shop via transport as im staying with my family & had changed my location,,stated delivered on app but waited 15 minutes for driver to arrive after estimated time of arrival. Food was not hot ! Company needs to make a live tracking of orders as this may occur more of their customers ,would be more helpful for their customers to be able to track so no cold food .
