Bella's Pizza & Peri Peri Chicken in Birmingham

Id avoid this resteraunt they sent me raw uncooked chicken and all i got was answer phone to leave a message still no call back thank god deliveroo steppe in and reported this matter proeprly honestly do not order from bellas in northfield bristol road south......

Use them regular without issue but the last 4 times we've ordered there has been something wrong or missing. Wait nearly an hour for delivery then part of the order was missing. Made them aware and still waiting for the rest of the order 45 minutes later. Really not good enough. You have lost a valued customer because you don't care ay all.

Everyone enjoyed what they had ordered.

Nice pizza but check what they charge you before you pay- twice now they have asked me more for what I asked for

Ordered the peri peri chicken twice this week. Very tasty and good size portions. Friendly staff and order ready 15min after ordering.

I ordered my food and then 15 minutes after they were meant to arrive at the latest they cancelled my order. The bloke on the phone said the driver called me 10 times which just isn’t true as I had no missed calls and he was never outside my house. Won’t use again.

Amazing pizza and desserts, Bella’s have the best milkshakes in Birmingham. Great value for money too!

It's good. Love the chicken supreme at this place. Their peri peri chicken was brilliant. Not as good as it used to be but still one of the best pizzas in Northfield

Lovely pizza lovely taste! Until 1 hour later when you are stuck on the toilet with severe cramps! Will not be going again!! Not worth the toilet issues and the physical pain....oh and 95 minutes waiting time 5 mins down the road

We ordered a selection of items and were disappointed by all of them. The pizzas were overcooked had a rancid taste to them from the mixture of unpleasant sauce base and stale cheese. The chicken burgers were both very dry with no sauce at all. The chips arrived rock hard and cold, the cheesy chips weren’t melted . The chicken strips themselves resembled mush more than they did chicken. Overall, the food was so bad that we could not eat it and we would not order from here again even if we were suffering from severe starvation.

Best chicken wings I have ever tasted. I order from them very often and they never dissapoint. They are fast and the food is delicious.

Waited Over 2 hours for food to be delivered. No updates, no one answering the phone. Then delivery driver was rude and even said he picked the food up over 45 minutes ago but could not explain why it had taken him so long to bring the food. Shocking.

Had 2 orders of their own website, great savings, excellent quality food, really polite delivery drivers and quick delivery both times. Tried burgers and pizzas both excellent

I can't lie, the best takeaway I've ever had. Whenever I come back to brum, I'm getting a Bella's from now own. Seemed slightly expensive at first but as soon as I saw how massive the portion sizes were, it explained everything. Not only that but the taste and quality of the food was banging too. I've got a mega appetite and even I couldn't finish it all. Fair play lads.

Delicious pizza, on time delivery. Highly recommended. they have added dessert section as well and I have tried it and have ordered one of the best waffle I had. They care about quality and polite customer service.

Hands down the best Friday night treat 😊 came 15mins b4 I expected (which helps with a 6yr old waiting 4 pizza) delivery driver was lovely the food was lovely and hot, the boneless piri piri chicken & salad was absolutely amazing, I could order it again it was that yummy. Orderd peri peri rice .was just a packet rice .called to complain was told they arnt interested in speaking about it..avoid avoid. Dont waste your money.

Bella is the one for pizza in northfield. Best pizza and their peri peri chicken is nice too. Good deal on their website and always deliver early with food really hot.

Pizza and peri peri chicken are really good, I always collect but base on that small interaction with the staff that I had they seem friendly, would definitely recommend if you want to grab a bit to eat at home with family and friends

Would be lower if u didn’t have a to put a star never ordering from here ever again the burger burn was stale and black ,the burger was burnt all over ,the salad was all brown and disgusting and the chips were stale and cold .

ordered many times from Northfield shop.placed order last night,got wrong items delivered, rang them they sent out right order and free bottle of Pepi and a apology.great service.

Ordered through Just Eat, food arrived very quickly. Both pizzas were delicious.

I am quite disappointed with my order from Bella's pizza, my food arrived early which wasn't a problem however the order was wrong items missing, food was just warm, no dip with my chicken strips which I selected upon my order chicken strips were overcooked and the drink I ordered was completely wrong aswell.

Food is good. Not busy so didnt wait long.

Made the mistake of using this place on Just Eat. Never again. Asked for two Italian thin crust pizzas, got two, sloppy, disgusting, grease filled, deep pans. Called to report the issue to be told that "the ticket didn't say thin", even though I very much ordered Italian crusts, no doubt about it... Was fobbed of with "Let us call Just eat to see if we can find out where we went wrong". Clearly pizza cowboys. Will never use again. Gross.

Used these guys tonight after being let down by Dominoes, The pizza s we had were still bubbling when delivered, nice and hot, they were tasty and the deal no 8 that we had came with chicken wings and fries on the side with 2 bottles of pop and was also 6 pound or so less than the outlet that had let us down. Will be using again thanks Bellas Pizza.

Absolutely terrible processed food. Be warned they have no fresh ingredients, rude management and no FSA rating.

DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM HERE! They advertise individual sized pizzas as regular, meaning that you think that you've ordered and paid a lot for an eight-slice pizza, only to receive a tiny, four-sliced one. You have to order and pay more for a 'large' just to get a regular sized pizza. This scam is not acceptable, and this business should be boycotted by as many as possible until they learn that they cannot scam their customers! Also, hairs & fluff in the food! Poor hygiene standards!
