Bella's Pizza & Peri Peri Chicken in Birmingham

Pizza was nice..i would suggest changing the smashed burger fries though as its not a smashed patty its just a quarter pounder cut up and i was dissapoined when i saw it

Ordered tonight, order was not 100% correct, called restaurant and they fixed it straight away!!! Food was delicious, order from here!!! I will order again weekly!!!

There was no communication from the delivery guy for update as to the delay until arrival. The Pizza was so cold and lost his taste.

We use Bella's every weekend. Unfortunately, the past two Saturdays, we have waited around 1.5 hour for our food, usually its between 30-45 mins. The chips were awful! such a shame, seems to be going down hill.

they missed out two items ! i did not receive the garlic pizza bread and 1 portion of peri peri fries ! and the fries with the kebab was under cooked and hard ! i have ordered from here a number of times and they are usually good but this time it was terrible! i dont care how busy a restaurante can get there is no exvuse for undercooked inedible fries and missing items ! normally 5* reviews for this place today its a 1*

Order took 2 hours to be delivered, apparently driver had delivered our food to the wrong address. When it eventually did arrive however it was tasty and hot, I’d recommend the food but the delivery side of things (handled by restaurant) was appalling.

Food was shocking uncooked stay away from there

Food was late and cold due to driver typing in wrong post code, upon handing delivery over bag broke causing food to drop over porch , however testament to packaging this didn’t cause much of an issue, portion sizes have gone down

Said it left the store around 10.30 on the app didn’t arrive until 11.05, therefore the food was cold. Also asked for salad only had lettuce on the burger.. You don’t order food for it to arrive cold therefore unable to enjoy it.

Lasagne was just slop. Hardly any beef and the sauce had no taste. Just a greasy lump of cheese and pasta sheets.

Food was fine, was a bit cold. Delivery was shocking and my traced Delivery said it was delivered and it didnt arrive for another 15 mins and that was 20 minutes late.

An hour late. When I called they told me it was out for delivery even though app said delivered. 20 mins later told it would be another 10 minutes, eventually turned up after another 30mins. JUST BE HONEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Order was delivered 15 minutes past the latest estimate, and one of our pizzas was completely wrong. Bella's is usually great but this is the 2nd time in a month an order hasn't been right.

The delivery driver was polite. The Veggie Lasagne and Garlic Pizza Bread with Cheese was sadly lukewarm. But it tasted nice.

Everything was perfect. The portion size of peri peri chicken was crazy. We had enough to fully feed 3 adults. Will definitely use again and will recommend to friends

pizzas & peri peri chicken meal, where hot & delicious

Food used to be good. Now it's either undercooked, missing items or has the wrong items. My "fillet" burger was a single chicken strip on a bun and the meal was missing chips entirely (which for some reason isn't a good enough reason to have some money refunded). The food took an hour and 45 minutes to arrive and by this point it was just barely warm and was soggy from the condensation in the bag.

It was late which it usually isn't

Peri peri chicken - huge portion and really tasty! Garlic pizza bread lacked garlic/cheese and unfortunately tasted more like bread than anything else. Overall good meal though and would order again.

food came stone cold had to re warm in microwave, chips was undercooked and took over 45 mins to deliver from when I had a notification that it was leaving to deliver 10 minutes down the road

We order from Bella’s quite frequently, but on this occasion we were disappointed! The pizza was underdone the fries portion has shrunk more than half the size and you now also get 2 less chicken strips. Also missing our two cans of coke 😫

I got told to enjoy my food when it still wasn't here and came 10 minutes after the latest delivery time. Was happy that they had black olives, and pizza tasted delicious but was ABIT over cooked and the garlic mayo was to much garlic. X

Have ordered here for years with amazing service and no problems. Tonight I ordered and received my order completely wrong. Rang them and they literally argued with me for 10 minutes about flavourings and sauces! Trying to tell me that I picked flavouring so that’s why I got sweet chilli sauce on it. I ordered a PLAIN wrap yet got a sauce filled one that my kids wouldn’t touch. Wouldn’t bring me another for THEIR mistake so I had to get them something else. I’m disappointed

Disgusted at how much has gone wrong with our order. Burnt. Squashed. Used to be a great place to go been coming for years but it’s gone down hill very quickly. Won’t answer their phones so I can’t complain directly to them. Disappointed

For the 4th time in a row now the pizza is burnt and chips undercooked. We used to come here a lot and spend plenty as a family as you used to be really great but we won’t be anymore. The milkshakes were missing. It’s not ok.

Driver went out of their way to get a drink which the restaurant had forgotten to give to the driver.

The donner kebab and fries was not good at all, majority of it had to go in the bin. Fries were left in the fryer for too long, they hard and oily. The kebab wasn’t tasty, possibly affected by the fries. Putting the kebab and fries in a large foil container does not make it a king size, portion did not reflect price. Veggie lasagne was luke warm, more of the colder side, didn’t taste good, clearly reheated and put in a round foiled container. Will not order again.
