Really nice pizza. Shared a Romangola, they are huge. Pizza was served super quick. There was something wrong with the bar but the choice of drinks was really good. It might be worth booking but we were a walk in and got served quick

The best i have ever had outside of Italy. A authentic napoletana pizzaria. The stone baked margarita omg that was jus amazing. I took all of my mates and they loved this place. Such a great atmosphere, staffs were lovely and friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

I arrived at this restaurant at 8:50 PM, a full 40 minutes before the stated closing time (9:30 PM), expecting to enjoy a relaxed dinner. To my surprise, I was turned away at the door. The reason? A takeaway order of 30 pizzas was being prepared, and I was told that they couldn’t take any more orders or seat any new customers because of it. We were just two people—not a large party. We would have ordered two pizzas, a couple of drinks, maybe a starter and a dessert. Nothing excessive, and certainly nothing that should overwhelm a functioning kitchen. What I find truly unacceptable is that a restaurant, while still open, would refuse dine-in customers simply because of a large takeaway order. Especially when I was clearly within the allowed ordering time—they even confirmed that the last order is taken at 9:30 PM, and I showed up well before that. A thoroughly disappointing experience, made worse by the complete lack of flexibility or basic hospitality. I certainly won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting even a minimum level of customer care.

We've enjoyed Rudy's Pizzas previously, and thought we'd try this restaurant for a change. Tables feel a little too close to each other. The food really is very good, with the pizzas being made to order in the open kitchen. We were early to order and ours arrived very quickly, but I guess when it's really busy there could be a bit of a wait. Service was excellent and we were well looked after. Being located centrally it gets very busy, and from just after midday, walk-ins were either being given short duration tables or were being turned away. I strongly recommend making a reservation - either that or have a backup plan to eat elsewhere. If you fancy a Rudy's lunchtime pizza in a more relaxed atmosphere then I'd recommend their restaurant in Brindley Place.

Had lunch with 5 other friends, great service, we were greeted and taken to our table quickly with no reservation. Pizzas are good quality, although filling didn't feel too stuffed after the meal. Everyone was happy and we had great service. Pizza,as we're in our table very quickly. Would eat there again. Thank you for an enjoyable time. The atmosphere was good. Even though it was packed, i could talk to others without shouting.

Eojkd not recommend it, their chefs use their hands while making different pizzas at the same time even when the person does not want a certain ingredient such as spices, you end up with chilli on your pizza, due to cross contamination and failure to wash hands

She assisted me to find food Halal and which options are available ♥️ she is polite and patient with customers and I felt comfortable with her to ask and select the best pizza ever. It was a great experience, I had the pizza without cheese, and it worked so well for me. They don't do chips, though, but they have an array of pizza selections on their menu. It's equally affordable.

The pizza I had was very similar to the pizza I had in Naples, although the restaurant was very busy we got our food and food friendly services. I recommend it

Very welcoming staff, respecting allergies. My pizza was huge and delicious! Also ordered rocket salad with grana padano which had a lovely dressing and complimented my pizza even more. House lemonade maybe a bit overpriced but tasty. I'd definitely recommend the place.

We reserved a table for dinner. We ordered 3 pizzas for 4 people (between £10 and £14 each) and a bowl of potato chips (£1.30). The pizzas were very good and the size was great. To drink we ordered tap water and a beer (£6). For dessert we ordered a brownie (£5.90) ​​and tiramisu (£6.50) We came out to a total of 57 pounds almost €70. The price seemed pretty good to us. The waiters don't speak Spanish but we managed to understand each other

I was already a big fan of Rudy's pizza when I decided to book my birthday dinner at the Birmingham Bennetts Hill location, but my experience surpassed my highest expectations. I'd absolutely recommend hosting a special occasion here to anyone! From start to finish our evening was so smooth, and so enjoyable. We were greeted by the friendliest staff who were super accommodating throughout the evening, from regularly checking in on us for drinks to kindly storing the birthday cake I brought and bringing it out with candles and plates after our meal. We were a larger party of above 20 people and were seated in the downstairs area 'The Store' - as it was a Saturday night there were a few other guests there too, but the venue was private enough for everyone to feel relaxed and conversation to flow across the tables. Our pre-ordered pizzas came quickly and all together, and along with the dips were absolutely delicious; portion sizes are really generous too. The venue itself was perfect for a more relaxed birthday dinner whilst still feeling festive, and lots of my guests commented on how nice the space was decorated; we were also able to mingle amongst ourselves pretty freely and take pictures by the end of the evening, which was really lovely. This Rudy's location does have a policy that under-18-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult onsite, but they make that explicitly clear upon booking and as a mixed party of 17- and 18-year-olds we didn't find the age restriction an issue at all. I honestly just had the absolute best time and couldn't fault my experience. So thank you, Rudy's Bennetts Hill, for helping to make my 18th birthday feel so extra special. I'd unreservedly recommend both Rudy's pizza and recommend 'The Store' as a party venue, and I'd definitely look to host a special occasion here again in future. Thank you for the birthday card too! :)

If u are thinking of going here on a date U NEED TO GO.we were served by Hamza and he was amazing ,very friendly and just did great job serving the food and more made the experience even more great:)the food especially pizza was so amazing my bf decided to order another one🤣.we spent around 60 pounds but it was 100% worth it we ordered so much food and it was amazing ,drinks and desert were amazing too.I would 100% recommend the calabress pizza so good and spicy.only thing I would say to consider is possible going before 9 as it is very busy and loud but that is just a common sense thing that would happen on a Friday night ,however we didn’t mind as the atmosphere was still great and it was an last minute date.Love love love and will go again!:)

Booked a table of two on a Saturday online without any issues. They send a text the day before just to confirm you are still coming. We were seated very quickly by the front desk who then went on to explain about their pizzas which is a nice touch. The waitress came over and asked if we had any allergies and then took our drinks order, this arrived very quickly especially on a busy Saturday lunchtime. Our lunch order was taken and with no longer that 15 minutes lunch arrived. The pizza was fantastic, in fact I would say the best pizza I've had outside of Italy. Good value as well which is always a bonus.

well we seen this place advertised and everyone said how good it was .as we were shopping sat we called in got a side table straight away this was good as we could watch the fresh pizza cooking .2 pints of poretti a 3 salami pizza and 3 dips plus cheesy garlic bread omg it came was so fresh and tasty with the dips lovly and garlic bread was awesome highly recommend and the staff were smart a d professional highly recommend we will be back

Only a four because it was pretty loud so a conversation was hard to have BUT that's more to do with how popular the place was. Food and service was impeccable. Missed not having fries but maybe that's a positive!

Visited recently and had some really great food as usual, however, the atmosphere and service has been very off lately. The music was way too loud and felt as if I had to raise my voice over dinner, and we waited probably longer than 15 minutes after our plates were cleared for someone to come to our table to get the bill, and had to fetch one of the waiters to do so. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy and it was frustrating because we could see a lot of employees standing around and chatting, our server in particular who we saw walking around and chatting instead of tending to our table. I also feel like some sort of dress code needs to be put into place as the white male server with glasses was wearing very tight and revealing jogging bottoms which we found uncomfortable and unprofessional, it was almost violating. We have been returning for months but the quality of the service lately has been so poor we are considering giving our business to other options.

Met some friends here for lunch today. Fairly busy but staff were super, really attentive and friendly. Food was really delicious, so much so we took a pizza to go for our colleagues back at work. Thank you.

I order a tuna pizza that was £14.50 but the pizza barley had any topping even cheese felt dissatisfied when I got i the van and look at the pizza but the lady that served me was very nice and polite and it did have a good atmosphere but I ordered to takeaway

Came here with 2 friends for lunch. Generally good variety, easy menu, good prices. However Only 1 vegetarian and 1 vegan pizza option. I ended up creating my own and paid extra for the toppings. Pizza needs more sauce and more edge to edge toppings as the outer crust was burnt and I couldn't eat it so 20% of the pizza was wasted. Amazing service by Hamza he was very sweet calm timely and attentive. Comfortable seating great atmosphere :)

Went here with family having heard good things about the place from friends. Booked for lunch at 12:15 on a Saturday so got there shortly after opening time. We were warmly greeted and shown to our table and given good advice on what was on offer. I'm glad I'd booked as the place was full by 13:00! The pizza's are fantastic - Not overly complicated just good ingredients wood fired to perfection. Hospitality here is excellent too. Will definitely go back soon.

I commence by expressing my concern that, upon the delivery of my order through Deliveroo, I discovered a smashed glass amongst my drinks, resulting in a spillage of the beverage on my drive and carpets. Although I understand that Rudy's Pizza utilizes a third-party company for their deliveries, I believe that they should also bear some responsibility for the incident. I contacted the manager, who was courteous, but I have yet to receive any update regarding the outcome. At present, I am still dealing with the aftermath of the shattered glass and sticky carpet, which I have had to arrange for a private cleaning service to address. Regrettably, I did not receive any form of apology or gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused. Spending £60 on four pizzas only to have a soaking wet box and juice spilled on one of the pizzas, through no fault of my own, is deeply disappointing and a waste of my money. As a result, I regret to inform you that I will not be dining at Rudy's Pizza again.

Clue is in the name - rude in all areas. What a disaster. Made a reservation here, no warning that those who are under 18 are not allowed in. 6 is us collectively spent £36 on train tickets, celebrating my friend’s birthday. They refused to let us in—no explanation, no apology. If you're going to have a policy about age, maybe try enforcing it before people show up, not after. And don’t even get me started on the lighting. It was so bad, I thought I was dining in a cave. I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time here. Franco Manca’s is a MUCH better dining experience.

It took an unreasonable amount of time to get the food out and I was last. Literally 80% of other people in our group had finished eating at this point. The food I ordered never got to me and the waiter acted like it wasn’t his problem. Ended up having to settle for something different as that was what was left. We had to leave without dessert due to the slow service. Only rating atmosphere high because of the people I was with. Avoid.

Came here with my partner and a couple friends. The environment is nice expect its a bit loud and the staff are really nice. I 100% recommended the triple pepperoni. It is the best pizza I’ve ever had. The homemade lemonade is nice too. It was quite busy, which is to be expected on a Saturday night but it did not ruin the vibe.

I went there for small dinner meals, The things I was surprised is garlic bread that served like a kind of another pizza😆, it’s quite big I mean but it’s totally good one. Also had with beer and cocktails which is so good combination🥰

Amazing food every time here. We visited recently on a booking which was rescheduled due to a leak, the staff really stepped up and looked after us to make the visit flawless after the disappointment of having to reschedule due to a leak.

Food is always on point but service is consistently poor.

There was a long queue outside , even though we reserved a table we had to wait until the whole que was served before somebody was allowed to seat us , what’s the point of booking ahead then ? Other than that staff inside were great and food was nice .

Hamza was more than phenomenal in his service. He always provides fantastic customer service, and he is very polite and welcoming. He always serves with a smile and is very helpful. I could not ask for better service.

We had a booking for our Xmas Dinner whit Rudy's pizza's. We arrived at the specified time confirmed whit the Manager who booked us for 16pm. We arrived at the restaurant and wasn't now one at the host stand to welcome us... Not great impact . We order food and drinks . After a while the food came out from the kitchen. The pizza dough we didn't like and the waiting staff none of them explained us its meant to be soft and runny. Overall the dining experience whit Rudy's pizza's 6.5 out of 10 points.

We booked a table knowing this place would be soooo busy on the Saturday before Christmas. It was certainly hectic, but we were given a warm welcome and seated just where we wanted to be. The Staff are brilliant here. Nothing is too much trouble. Varied bar menu & delicious pizzas. We had a lovely time & will be back. Just one issue: the ladies toilets. Can we suggest you check them more often at busy times as they were such a mess that evening.

If ever there was an example of a place that could not maintain standards when they are very busy...this is it.

Came at Friday lunch, was my first time here as a friend recommended this. Staff were nice, pizza came out lightning fast and beer was cold. Had a blast. I had the triple pepperoni and the Lorenzo. Will recommend to friends looking for pizza as well!
