Rudy's Neapolitan Pizza in Birmingham

Staff were very friendly and the pizza was delicious. I had a margarita with the garlic aioli dip. They were delicious. I enjoyed also seeing the pizzas being made. For dessert I had the tiramisu which was nice. I also tasted my other half’s vanilla gelato and it was lovely

What a lovely place this is. Really busy and vibrant. Pizzas are sublime, in fact better than any pizza I ate last time I was in Italy! Pizza base fabulous and topped with quality ingredients Service fabulous. Worth a trip to Brum just to visit this place.

Absolute quality food - pizzas are large, crispy but soft, delicious base and toppings. Dips are a must. Cocktails perfect. Service excellent - Bleq? was on hand and made some great recommendations. Place has a cool vibe - busy on a Sunday night so great atmosphere. Highly recommend! 🍕😍

This is the most delicious pizza I have had in a very long time! Wow, every ingredient tasted so fresh!! I took my stepdaughter and her best friend here last night (March 6). The service was great, the food was piping hot and the drinks were chilled, perfect! 🤍

My first experience at Rudy's ! all I can say is wow I’m honestly speechless the food was amazing and mock-tails . Staff were so warm and friendly . Staff came over to the table , checking in several times , even though the restaurant was fully booked . The girls even went the extra mile to help me get my little nieces balloon , rushing over without hesitation, it’s so refreshing to feel such a positive vibe and great atmosphere! I was served by Ericah , who was so helpful and sweet , giving recommendations and suggestions ! Thank you , will be back very soon !

Spotted this place while sitting in the pub opposite, we were intrigued, as so many people were going in, we booked a table for that evening, staff were lovely & friendly, explained that you could amend the pizza if you desired, we both ordered & wow, they are big, tasty & just a delight to eat, i had to take some of mine away with me, we will definitely be back, next time we are in Birmingham, keep it up guys, great job 👍

Greeted on arrival and our prebooked tables pushed together so our group of 8 could sit together. Drinks and food ordered in good time by friendly and efficient staff, the restaurant was busy full with a good mix of families, couples, groups. The choice of pizzas was great and arrived in super quick time. Amazing quality and taste, I even ate all the 'crust' as it was not your typical chain pizza dry and stodgy. Great experience, will be back!

Chosen by a colleague. Fantastic pizza, reminiscent of the best of Napoli. So of course I chose the margarita. Gluten free is not an option. I suspect dairy free would be an issue too. So not one for those with dietary challenges.

What can I say about Rudy's? I kinda fell upon this place looking for somewhere to take a chap who I support, he has mental health issues, but wanted to experience a real pizza and lunch out in Birmingham. This place is nothing short of amazing. Staff were very friendly, attentive and welcoming. I'm not sure if they are renovating or if the industrial look is their thing, but it doesn't matter. The pizzas are nothing short of amazing. Light, fluffy crusts, cooked on genuine imported wood fired ovens with lots of care and flavours to die for. I'm still getting goosebumps thinking about the experience. Rudy's is definitely going to be my go to place for lunches and dinners in Birmingham from now on! Lunch for 2 cost us just over £28 for 2 gorgeous pizzas and 2 orange juices (which were divine too) I can't praise Rudy's enough! Thank you guys, I will definitely be back for more.

Got recommend this place by a family member, was absolutely buzzing to go. Got on the train with a smile on my face until I arrived at the doors of rudys. My mrs has had to walk down 15 flights of stairs just for a wee. Walls looked like they had been re plastered and smoshed up And the worst part of it all. They didn’t have ketchup or bbq sauce. Just some spicy oil that had made my throat burn with pain. Dead garlic dip that claimed to be homemade but i saw them take the tesco package off it. 1/10 don’t recommend

Super delicious pizza made in a wood oven. They say italian pizza and they mean it. If you love thin italian style pizza, I highly recommend it.

Pleasant staff, got there right at 430 before it became a zoo! Food came out very quickly and the cocktails were delicious. Pizza was outstanding. Tastes authentic, and pizzas are larger than the plate! Wonderful meal, I will definitely be returning to try the other pizzas.

Very nice pizza, many options to choose from. Good service. All the dips were really good. I also had the rum Baba dessert which was something different and great. It's quite a big place but would recommend to book a table to make sure you find a place.

Had the pepperoni pizza, which was verrry good, but not the best I've had in recent weeks. The crust was so thin that I actually was still hungry after finishing it. The tiramisu is lovely! The atmosphere and price of everything was great though. I'm not from Birmingham but next time I'm around I'd like to come back.

We went here last night to celebrate a birthday. From start to finish we were well taken care of and looked after by Raf and Abin. They were amazing and always checked on us regarding everything. they even gave a free dessert to the celebrant who was surprised. Overall, was very pleasant and happy with the service. Highly recommend!

Had dinner here on two evenings during our break in Birmingham. We loved it. Had pizzas both nights, they were so so tasty. We did opt for the Tiramisu as dessert but found it a tad watery. This is a very busy spot so booking would be advisable but there is a great buzz. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Triple Pepperoni with added n'duja from @rudyspizzabirmingham This is the best pizza in town, lovely smoked baked dough and the most flavoursome pieces of meat. The juices from the nduja were just something else Only marked down on the size of the plate which makes it hard to cut into the dough with a pizza cutter and our corner table didn't really let us experience the atmosphere 9/10 #RineshRatings

We're regulars at Rudy's Pizza, and it's usually a stellar experience. However, our visit on Saturday, 2nd December, at 4:30 pm left us a bit disappointed. First off, the service was subpar. We ordered 2 bowls of crisps that never made it to our table, and we were charged for them. There was also a mix-up with the pizza order – we got charged for 2 extra pizzas we didn't order. While the charges were eventually removed, we didn't receive an apology and were made to feel like this we were the problem for the overcharges. The first round of drinks arrived after most of us had finished our pizzas, despite multiple requests. It took ages to get the dessert menus, and throughout the meal, no one checked in to ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything. This was a let down, especially since we're used to fantastic service and attentive waitstaff during our monthly visits. I had hyped up Rudy's to our friends, and unfortunately, they weren't impressed. I understand it's busy around Christmas, but ensuring adequate resources for both excellent pizza and service is crucial. I'm sharing this feedback here as I had emailed Rudy's, but no one has come back to me.

Really really good 👍 With COVID-19 restrictions the restaurant is takeaway only but we thought what the heck and ordered a handful of hot pizza's to takeaway Absolutely impressed, I expected great pizza's but these are top notch and I will say as good as any pizzeria in Italy Good value, fantastic pizza's and I can't wait for the restaurant to open normally 😁

Friendly staff, fast and efficient service. Food was delicious and the staff also sang happy birthday to my 5 year old. Great place!

We had our works Christmas lunch there yesterday. As it was a large party, we had sent our order across prior to our visit. It was very busy there, so we were waiting for an hour before our food came. It was rushed as main meals were coming out whilst people were still eating their starters. There were a couple of errors that got rectified, and they kindly took some items off the bill because we had been waiting so long. Food was really good, we were downstairs, so a different atmosphere to those dining upstairs, but it seemed lively.

I've always been a massive fan of Rudy's and it's my go to place for pizza. Last night I took a friend who was visiting from abroad and was left feeling embarrsed as the experience was so poor. Pizza was undercooked, raw and doughy. Not offered a second drink, dessert and had to physically go hunting for a member of staff to get the bill. Found the waitress near the kitchen putting the toppings on pizzas, which were ready to go in the oven ( are the waiting staff qualified as food handlers !?) i hope this is a one off, but fear the once great Rudy's is on the decline. Even though it's good value, last night I felt that I'd been ripped off

Trust me, you will not taste a better pizza, anywhere, FACT. The dough is out of this world, that's the basis of what makes this a special pizza. Love the restaurant vibe too. Rudy's!

Great place with great food and very friendly service

A good menu, with vegan options, and excellent service all went to make our stop at Rudy's well worthwhile. Both pizzas, although fairly plain, were really very good, and we enjoyed the bottle of wine that we ordered with the meal, too. I can't say enough about the two young women who served us, they were both polite, helpful and attentive, and would be reason enough to visit again. My only gripe was the volume of the music being played, it could have come down a notch or two.

The pizza and drinks were amazing but the service provided by Erica made our evening better👏 I absolutely love their garlic bread ❤️

Not bad, but not great. Pizza was very thin and soggy in the middle, and the sauces were quite bland. But the toppings were nice and fresh and it's a nice spot if you're looking for a casual get-together with friends.

Our second visit to Rudy's in Birmingham was on Saturday evening - we pre-booked a table just a few hours in advance and I was pleasantly surprised to get a table! We arrived at 5.30pm and I'm glad we booked as there was a queue of people who turned up on a whim waiting to be seated. After some technical issues with the booking system, we were seated within 5 minutes by a friendly member of staff (who dealt with the technical issue very well) The service was relatively quick especially taking into consideration how busy the restaurant was. My partner and I both ordered the triple pepperoni special pizza (without the stracciatella on top) and a garlic aioli dip As always, the pizzas were absolutely gorgeous - so tasty and really filling. The garlic dip is just the best! This is my first time trying the triple pepperoni special and it may be my new favourite I can't wait to visit here again, I just wish there was a Rudy's closer to home!

Went in Saturday morning, had a lovely meal out with my family! Was sat within distance of the front door which had a draft but the manager Josh managed to find us a new table away from it! Will happily return in the near future!

Food was ok but pizza base tasted like a Naan bread . The gents toilets were filthy . Service ok. The chipboard, open pipework and cabling on display looks great when installed correctly but here it makes the restaurant look unfinished and cheap. Transient, soulless place.

We arrived without a booking on a busy Saturday night and were asked to wait at the bar and told to expect to wait up to an hour. It was early so we were prepared to wait. However we were eventually seated by the door, which was freezing. We politely requested a table move, understandably they weren't obliged to move us as we hadn't booked but the manager found us a much better table and as always the Pizza was well worth the wait. Thank you so much for accommodating and moving us, it made our night!

First visit. Excellent pizzas. So fresh, lovely dough and so tasty. Some different toppings and some you won’t find e.g. no chicken unfortunately. Decor is industrial / stripped back. Wish there was a Rudys at home in Derby.

We were due to eat here next Monday 27th having booked a table several weeks ago. We were a family party meeting in Birmingham for the day. We had especially chosen Rudy’s having read some really good things about them. Today one of our party received an impersonal email telling us that our booking had been cancelled. There was no explanation or apology of any sort. Knowing how disappointed they were l called and asked why. It’s been cancelled because the company are having their own Christmas party, now I really don’t have any problem with that however l really cannot believe that a countrywide business in the hospitality trade have only now, one week before the date, decided that is when it is going to be. They have an automated booking system that should surely allow you to mark a date as fully booked if you need to do that. To make matters worse the person l spoke to told me how she had tried to call everyone yesterday. Well she definitely didn’t call us as we had no missed calls or unknown numbers. Really really disappointed Rudy’s, great food and fabulous customer service are at the heart of great hospitality businesses. One more thing l would have sent this email to your own business email address at Bennetts Hill Birmingham but sadly your link isn’t working so I was unable to.

Just fell upon this restaurant on our walk through brum and it didn't disappoint. Lovely friendly atmosphere, Pizzas are amazing and staff were very friendly too :)

Literally the best pizza I’ve ever had and such good value for money, came super fast and everyone was really nice- will definitely be going back!

Shocking experience , charged too for a starter that was for two and got charged for 3 . Waited near an hour for a pizza which was completely wrong to which we as the customers got the blame for amazing customer service there when it was your crew who clearly didn’t listen. Then when we revived the second pizza which was supposed to be triple pepperoni which had a combined total of around 5 slices on it and 3 small diced potatoes in one heap. As I couldn’t be bothered to wait another hour for yet another wrong pizza I simply told the manager that I wouldn’t be paying for this when he had the cheek to say that this is how it supposed to be either clueless or just simply couldn’t be arsed on a Sunday night but customer service needs sorting out here as the pizza , when they get it right , can be good . If you could tell me if what below is how a TRIPPLE pepperoni with added potatoes should look like then I’ll happily eat my words
