Popped in for a quick bite and honestly, wasn’t expecting much — but the pizza was spot on. Crispy base, proper cheesy, and the pepperoni had a nice little kick. Decent price too. Would definitely grab another!

If heaven had a pizza joint, this would be it — and I’m pretty sure the angels are jealous. The crust was so soft and light, I’m convinced it was baked on a cloud by a smiling Italian grandmother. Every bite was like being hugged from the inside by carbs. The service? Outrageously good. I sneezed once and someone appeared with extra napkins, a glass of water, and asked if I needed a therapist. Five stars aren’t enough — I’d give them the deed to my house if they asked. Go eat here. Bring stretchy pants.

Without a doubt Rudy's does the best pizzas ever! The staff at the Birmingham branch were especially amazing, in particular Jack was so friendly and gave great customer service, and an italian waiter (not sure his name) was so helpful at talking me through what pizzas he recommends :)

Pizza was fresh and tasty. The only issue I had was how loud the place was but then that was a combination of music and chatter

This is just a gorgeous pizzeria, I am ready to give it 10 stars. The guys really understand how to make delicious pizza. I am also very pleased with the service, we did not reserve a table, but they offered us a free table very quickly. The staff is very friendly. The coffee macchiato is hot and the strong desert is very tasty. We had a wonderful time and celebrated our anniversary.

The burrata we had as starter, and the pizzas were delicious. Staff very polite and friendly, shoutout to Matthew who served us. Restaurant was cozy. 10/10

Rudy’s is an absolute gem! The staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel instantly welcome. The cheesy garlic bread was heavenly, the salsiccia pizza packed with flavor, and the rocket salad fresh and zesty. Honestly, the pizza here is better than what I’ve had in Rome—light, perfectly cooked, and full of authentic flavour. Can’t recommend it enough!

Absolute stellar service and food! My “go to” place for pizza now, after terrible service from another chain of pizza restaurants. This place is worth a pilgrimage to! Plenty of seating and space. Did not book a table and we were welcomed to sit at the single seats around the counter - which within itself was an experience, seeing all the pizzas get made from scratch and right into the pizza oven. 5 stars all around. Very reasonable fair pricing. As Rudy’s is accredited by the Association of True Neapolitan Pizza (AVPN) expect the highest standards. Can vouch for the- DOPPIA MOZZARELLA CINGHIALE TRIPLE PEPPERONI

The best i have ever had outside of Italy. A authentic napoletana pizzaria. The stone baked margarita omg that was jus amazing. I took all of my mates and they loved this place. Such a great atmosphere, staffs were lovely and friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

I arrived at this restaurant at 8:50 PM, a full 40 minutes before the stated closing time (9:30 PM), expecting to enjoy a relaxed dinner. To my surprise, I was turned away at the door. The reason? A takeaway order of 30 pizzas was being prepared, and I was told that they couldn’t take any more orders or seat any new customers because of it. We were just two people—not a large party. We would have ordered two pizzas, a couple of drinks, maybe a starter and a dessert. Nothing excessive, and certainly nothing that should overwhelm a functioning kitchen. What I find truly unacceptable is that a restaurant, while still open, would refuse dine-in customers simply because of a large takeaway order. Especially when I was clearly within the allowed ordering time—they even confirmed that the last order is taken at 9:30 PM, and I showed up well before that. A thoroughly disappointing experience, made worse by the complete lack of flexibility or basic hospitality. I certainly won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting even a minimum level of customer care.

We've enjoyed Rudy's Pizzas previously, and thought we'd try this restaurant for a change. Tables feel a little too close to each other. The food really is very good, with the pizzas being made to order in the open kitchen. We were early to order and ours arrived very quickly, but I guess when it's really busy there could be a bit of a wait. Service was excellent and we were well looked after. Being located centrally it gets very busy, and from just after midday, walk-ins were either being given short duration tables or were being turned away. I strongly recommend making a reservation - either that or have a backup plan to eat elsewhere. If you fancy a Rudy's lunchtime pizza in a more relaxed atmosphere then I'd recommend their restaurant in Brindley Place.

Hice una visita improvisada después de un paseo por el canal y quedó completamente impresionado. Desde el momento en que entramos el personal era acogedor y atento y Stefan hizo un trabajo excepcional de cuidar de nosotros. Realmente hizo de la experiencia algo especial. La pizza era de primera categoría con la masa siendo la estrella del espectáculo. Los postres eran muy frescos y no demasiado dulce, que era muy agradable. ¡Vale la pena visitarlo!

Had lunch with 5 other friends, great service, we were greeted and taken to our table quickly with no reservation. Pizzas are good quality, although filling didn't feel too stuffed after the meal. Everyone was happy and we had great service. Pizza,as we're in our table very quickly. Would eat there again. Thank you for an enjoyable time. The atmosphere was good. Even though it was packed, i could talk to others without shouting.

Eojkd not recommend it, their chefs use their hands while making different pizzas at the same time even when the person does not want a certain ingredient such as spices, you end up with chilli on your pizza, due to cross contamination and failure to wash hands

It was a great experience, I had the pizza without cheese, and it worked so well for me. They don't do chips, though, but they have an array of pizza selections on their menu. It's equally affordable.

Very welcoming staff, respecting allergies. My pizza was huge and delicious! Also ordered rocket salad with grana padano which had a lovely dressing and complimented my pizza even more. House lemonade maybe a bit overpriced but tasty. I'd definitely recommend the place.

We reserved a table for dinner. We ordered 3 pizzas for 4 people (between £10 and £14 each) and a bowl of potato chips (£1.30). The pizzas were very good and the size was great. To drink we ordered tap water and a beer (£6). For dessert we ordered a brownie (£5.90) ​​and tiramisu (£6.50) We came out to a total of 57 pounds almost €70. The price seemed pretty good to us. The waiters don't speak Spanish but we managed to understand each other

Yo ya era un gran fan de la pizza Rudy's cuando decidí reservar mi cena de cumpleaños en la ubicación de Birmingham Bennetts Hill, pero mi experiencia superó mis expectativas más altas. Recomiendo absolutamente organizar una ocasión especial aquí a cualquiera! De principio a fin nuestra noche fue tan suave, y tan agradable. Fuimos recibidos por el personal más amable que era muy servicial durante toda la noche, desde registrarse regularmente en nosotros para las bebidas a guardar amablemente la tarta de cumpleaños que traje y sacarlo con velas y platos después de nuestra comida. Booked a table of two on a Saturday online without any issues. They send a text the day before just to confirm you are still coming. We were seated very quickly by the front desk who then went on to explain about their pizzas which is a nice touch. The waitress came over and asked if we had any allergies and then took our drinks order, this arrived very quickly especially on a busy Saturday lunchtime. Our lunch order was taken and with no longer that 15 minutes lunch arrived. The pizza was fantastic, in fact I would say the best pizza I've had outside of Italy. Good value as well which is always a bonus.

LOVE THIS PLACE !!! If u are thinking of going here on a date U NEED TO GO.we were served by Hamza and he was amazing ,very friendly and just did great job serving the food and more made the experience even more great:)the food especially pizza was so amazing my bf decided to order another one🤣.we spent around 60 pounds but it was 100% worth it we ordered so much food and it was amazing ,drinks and desert were amazing too.I would 100% recommend the calabress pizza so good and spicy.only thing I would say to consider is possible going before 9 as it is very busy and loud but that is just a common sense thing that would happen on a Friday night ,however we didn’t mind as the atmosphere was still great and it was an last minute date.Love love love and will go again!:)

Bueno vimos este lugar anunciado y todos dijeron lo bueno que era. mientras estábamos de compras nos sentamos y llamamos nos dieron una mesa auxiliar enseguida esto era bueno, ya que podíamos ver la pizza fresca cocinando. 2 pintas de poretti una pizza de 3 salami y 3 chapuzones más pan de ajo queso omg que vino era tan fresco y sabroso con los chapuzones encantador y el pan de ajo era impresionante altamente recomiendo y el personal era inteligente un d profesional altamente recomiendo que volveremos

Visited recently and had some really great food as usual, however, the atmosphere and service has been very off lately. The music was way too loud and felt as if I had to raise my voice over dinner, and we waited probably longer than 15 minutes after our plates were cleared for someone to come to our table to get the bill, and had to fetch one of the waiters to do so. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy and it was frustrating because we could see a lot of employees standing around and chatting, our server in particular who we saw walking around and chatting instead of tending to our table. I also feel like some sort of dress code needs to be put into place as the white male server with glasses was wearing very tight and revealing jogging bottoms which we found uncomfortable and unprofessional, it was almost violating. We have been returning for months but the quality of the service lately has been so poor we are considering giving our business to other options.

Met some friends here for lunch today. Fairly busy but staff were super, really attentive and friendly. Food was really delicious, so much so we took a pizza to go for our colleagues back at work. Thank you.

I order a tuna pizza that was £14.50 but the pizza barley had any topping even cheese felt dissatisfied when I got i the van and look at the pizza but the lady that served me was very nice and polite and it did have a good atmosphere but I ordered to takeaway

Came here with 2 friends for lunch. Generally good variety, easy menu, good prices. However Only 1 vegetarian and 1 vegan pizza option. I ended up creating my own and paid extra for the toppings. Pizza needs more sauce and more edge to edge toppings as the outer crust was burnt and I couldn't eat it so 20% of the pizza was wasted. Amazing service by Hamza he was very sweet calm timely and attentive. Comfortable seating great atmosphere :)

Went here with family having heard good things about the place from friends. Booked for lunch at 12:15 on a Saturday so got there shortly after opening time. We were warmly greeted and shown to our table and given good advice on what was on offer. I'm glad I'd booked as the place was full by 13:00! The pizza's are fantastic - Not overly complicated just good ingredients wood fired to perfection. Hospitality here is excellent too. Will definitely go back soon.

I commence by expressing my concern that, upon the delivery of my order through Deliveroo, I discovered a smashed glass amongst my drinks, resulting in a spillage of the beverage on my drive and carpets. Although I understand that Rudy's Pizza utilizes a third-party company for their deliveries, I believe that they should also bear some responsibility for the incident. I contacted the manager, who was courteous, but I have yet to receive any update regarding the outcome. At present, I am still dealing with the aftermath of the shattered glass and sticky carpet, which I have had to arrange for a private cleaning service to address. Regrettably, I did not receive any form of apology or gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused. Spending £60 on four pizzas only to have a soaking wet box and juice spilled on one of the pizzas, through no fault of my own, is deeply disappointing and a waste of my money. As a result, I regret to inform you that I will not be dining at Rudy's Pizza again.

I AM SHOCKED. outraged, disorientated, upset. i am honestly disgusted and distraught at the feral policies of this establishment. pov: you’re 16, it’s your birthday, and you’re denied entry. how is it you can make a booking underage, but not even allowed in at 18? we had no intent of alcoholic consumption, only pizza, yet we were left humiliated and shunned. pls don’t go here if you’re under 18. franco manco was kind. please make your policies clear online.

Clue is in the name - rude in all areas. What a disaster. Made a reservation here, no warning that those who are under 18 are not allowed in. 6 is us collectively spent £36 on train tickets, celebrating my friend’s birthday. They refused to let us in—no explanation, no apology. If you're going to have a policy about age, maybe try enforcing it before people show up, not after. And don’t even get me started on the lighting. It was so bad, I thought I was dining in a cave. I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time here. Franco Manca’s is a MUCH better dining experience.

It took an unreasonable amount of time to get the food out and I was last. Literally 80% of other people in our group had finished eating at this point. The food I ordered never got to me and the waiter acted like it wasn’t his problem. Ended up having to settle for something different as that was what was left. We had to leave without dessert due to the slow service. Only rating atmosphere high because of the people I was with. Avoid.
