Pret a Manger in Birmingham

Few days ago i went to pret in selfrigess bullring, i ordered a flatwhite, this lady work there have a white blister on her nose, i asked her to make my flatwhite not full to the top, she gave me the worst look that i am annoying her or something, then she turned around and ignored me while i was talking, seriously the worst customer service from her. Never buy coffee from there again

Good quality food. Chill place to sit at the back. Will return

I visited Pret a Manger today and wasn't sure what I wanted. Chris recommended a delicious oatmeal with honey and chocolate-covered almonds, which was amazing. I also ordered a coffee with coconut milk made by Consuela, and it was delicious as well. I highly recommend this place for its fresh products and excellent service.

Store is located in Selfridges. Service is great. Selection somewhat limited

Awful. Staff are rude and slow. Seating cramped. Food choice poor. Pastries burnt and dry.

As ever, a pleasant, nutricious meal.

I always get coffee from them, and it’s amazing! Most of the time, Hanieh serves me, and she has such a lovely attitude and is really nice.

Making coffee isn’t just about pressing a button and adding warm milk, it’s an art. That’s why you have to have trained baristas which this place is really lacking. Extra training is required for the staff here so they can actually make the coffees they are selling.

Love the coffee here, even have subscription to make sure I come often. Sadly today I came in, just as I arrived and got my coffee to sit in, saw a lady (staff) walking pass me with tissue and spray, I asked her Kindly “I was going to ask if I could have tissue as I’m sitting on the only available table for me and my children”, and she says “ok I’m coming” she turned her back and went to clean other empty single tables, all of them, threw some things in the bin and she could see me standing waiting and simply ignored and went back inside her workplace. I had to clean the table myself. Sad! To say the least !

I was just served by Ludmila and she has made my day! I was clearly having a bit of a stressful time and her kindness completely turned my day around. She's an absolute credit and the world needs more people like her!

I asked for more syrup on my drink and the lady refused. The drink was bland and not sweet at all.

Weird and intense staff who don't know how to treat customers. I don't know what kind of sociopaths you employ here who like to give customers death stares.

Been here before, no problems then. Today, service terrible, person.taking orders not listening, waiting ages for my coffee, when I asked it was on the counter waiting, but no one had said anything when putting it down. Staff told Another customer she was rude. No she wasn't, staff were incompetent.

People and service were good. Recycling facilities were poor. No option for non-disposable cups. Really, you need to do better.

Friendly staff and I enjoyed my soya chai latte.

Situated in Selfridges this expensive store was a major let down with poor food and average coffee. Asked whether i was eating in i confirmed yes but was still given everything in a take away bag. The toasted tuna was soggy on the bottom and the toast burned. Poor really

Man name Jermaine served who was very rude. Spoke to others who regularly go to this Pret and they all said Jermaine has been rude to them also. There's really no need for any rudeness as we were literally just there to buy ourselves a drink.

This cafe provides a pleasant atmosphere with a diverse menu. The service is efficient, and the staff is friendly. The quality of the coffee and food is consistently good, making it a solid choice for a relaxing experience.

Quite small but open later than most Pret’s and coffee shops which is a bonus. Visited quite late on a Saturday and they had very little food left which was disappointing but to be expected at 7pm. They did have a tuna sandwich and I was grateful to have that and also always love the crispness of Pret crisps (one of my top fav crisp brands).

Your charged for seating and yet there’s not enough seating. The staff is rude and unwelcoming. The food is also terrible.

A very busy place, specially on weekends you barely can find a place, and their chai latte is just horrible

I don’t know how Pret process their salmon, but this was the third gigantic fishbone I found in their salmon baguette. With a price tag of £5.25, this is utterly ridiculous. That was the first and last time I bought anything here that includes salmon.

The young lad I ddn't get his name he had blonde streaks in his black hair in Selfridges branch realised my religion and helped me chose a suitable snack "thank you for your kindness yesterday". I forgotten my glasses and my child wanted a certain cookie he showed good service and kindness.

Staff or nice. Coffee is Pret, so not great but ok with a vanilla shot

Always a good selection of food and can usually find a seat. The staff are so busy that sometimes it takes a while to be served

Love this branch of Pret, the staff are brilliant and really friendly. Drinks are always promptly served and they have a good range of food.

Service was fab 👌🏼 there was no whip cream so they reduced the price of the drink and had a nice Praline latte 😀 seating are was comfortable and a lovely atmosphere 😀

As far as a sarnie goes it was just the same as any place really.

I started to be a Pret A Manger costumer quiet recently: coffee and food were good, and I kind of love the busy vibes of selfridges. This time tho, I ordered an oat milk latte and the barista was not even paying attention to my milk steaming; he was chatting and not caring at all and the result was some warm oat milk with a shot of coffee inside, something I can have for free at home. The coffee was tasting burnt, and I’m not the type leaving this kind of reviews. I just really didn’t like the attitude of the staff in general. In general: nice place, but you have to be lucky with the barista on shift 🥲

The best place to get a decent cup of PepperMint Tea💋

Great scene of products, but I just saw a blond hair clerk pick up from the ground a chocolate brioche that had fallen and put it in the tray in the window as if nothing had happened. My God. Showcase outside very dirty and with some hair ... disgusting indeed. Too bad because they are very friendly but hygiene is lacking.

Used to go to this store because it was close to work. but recently the service has been horrible. not sure if they are extremely busy due to the subscription roll out, but i have had several occasions where the flat white was pre-made and cold. the staff was so rude as well. definitely not going back again.

The service was poor n prejudicial. The customer service varied based on what ethnicity they were serving. Underlining hostility was given and poor quality of hot drink was served. The had 2 water taps running for over n hour... water wastage was atrocious. The floor was dirty

This is a great place for lunch if you can find a seating! The signature desert: ALMOND CROISSANT 🥐 it's out of this world. Through many years and multiple places haven't found a better tasting CROISSANT.

Good customer service, food and drinks good. Given 4 stars as last few weeks they've either ran out of something or no cold drinks because blender has been broken. This doesn't put me off returning though.

Always come to here for the falafel sandwich. But the coffee is terrible...

The shop can often be quite busy but this one offers cold drinks as well as hot drinks unlike the new street pret. Noisy as well given it's place in Selfridges but nothing headphones can't fix.

Very pleasant and nice but would need more staff during mid day as queues can get quite long and annoying especially when in a rush

Best cafe in Birmingham. Jermaine gives some of, if not the best customer service I’ve ever seen. From making old women to babies smile - he’s like superman. And he found my AirPod Pro’s case. What a massive don.

I really enjoy their food and hot drinks here, their green tea is really good has a mint taste to it. Totally recommend this place!

The best sandwiches on the go. I like their selection and most of all they have vegan sandwiches which are definitely up my sleeve. They have a good selection of drinks, fizzy drinks and organic drinks. I like the convenience of buying something on the go and the staff is very polite well mannered. I do recommend.

Best pret in Birmingham. Normal high quality pret standards but the customer service from the team is excellent especially Goshia. Very helpful

Used to work at Pret and I always make a point of going back because I know the food is amazing and made that day. Can be pricey, so not an everyday lunch but defiantly healthy.

This is a very busy Pret due to its location but that aside it's lovely. The bagettes are tasty and the coffee is a life saver in my life. I'm on crutches and a lovely lady working there carried my tray of food and drink over for me. She was very chatty and friendly. Although it's busy every table was cleaned with minutes of ppl leaving. It was clean and tidy. It's well maintained. If you're waiting for a train I'd definitely recommend Pret...

Absolutely zero space for you to even pull your chair out from the table, one of the women behind the counter was really rude to every customer and still got charged for eating in and no apology offered when they ran out of mugs and I had to drink from a take away cup. What coffee shop runs out of mugs?!

Has to be my favourite Pretty A Manger in Brum. Few simple reasons. Comfortable seating, it's actually in Selfridges, and they serve the coffee in proper cups.

Ottima scelta per uno spuntino veloce, offre anche cibo salutare come zuppe e spremute. Prezzi onesti (focaccia+croissant+bibita+acqua= 5,03£)

Lovely coffee, dairy free options (not just in drinks but also some food), friendly and efficient staff! Highly recommend!

Food was nice but service wasn't great. Felt rushed out as was eating my meal and one of the workers came and wiped my table.
