Smash kitchen in Birmingham

Absolute shambles!! 2 hours to arrive. Originally ordered 2 meals and only 1 comes. Wouldn’t be surprised if the driver ate it on the way at this point. With the meal that did arrive, the picture says it all really. Stone cold and a Rustlers microwave burger has better quality. If you’re looking to throw away £23, you have better chance winning a bet on Burnley winning the premier league than receiving your full order and a decent meal from this place. Dont even bother ordering from here

amazing food. ordered a burger fries and chicken strips, all came exactly a described worn customisations. very good pricing as well. called twice and both times the staff were very friednlt

Burger was really nice also ordered loaded chicken fries, chicken was a bit dry and could have done with more sauce but could just be a personal preference 😄 would come back here

Ordered a double smash burger and unfortunately it was not good. The patties were so small, it may as well have been a single. The burger was absolutely tasteless, like literally all I could taste was the burger bun and sauce. Plus all it was, was pattie, cheese and sauce nothing else.. I would not recommend, one of the worst smash patties I've had

I sh*t you not, this is the best kebab burger I’ve ever had! No word of a lie, these burgers hit the spot differently. I waited all week to reorder the same plus more to sample the rest of the menu. On top of that it’s run by good people.

Ordered in the night and it tasted horrible. Way too much sauce, the cheese was sickening the chicken was hard. Chicken nuggets didn't taste good either compared too other restaurants and its very overpriced. The delivery itself was on time but that's the only good thing.

I recently ordered a meat feast burger from here. I’m a big donner lover and I must say the bbq sauce they mixed it with was amazing. 10/10 the bun was nice too and soft. Quite rapid service I was surprised that it was well cooked for how quickly it arrived

Very disappointed. Ordered 2 dipped chicken burgers via Uber (buy 1 get 1 free offer) for just under £17. Was expecting a big juicy in house fillet like most other places that sell dipped burgers (e.g 3 in 1 or Chicken Spice) for a similar price but got a measly processed chicken steak/fillet that came out of a freezer that was dipped. The flavour of the sauce wasn't that bad but to pay over £8 for a burger and fries (no drink) that most chippys sell for £2 felt like an absolute rip off. Service was polite and friendly but overall a big let down. A shame because the flavour of the sauce was nice.
