Absolutely disgusting service from Aisha over the phone. Discussed a booking for Mojitos for an event. A price was agreed and availability was confirmed for the date verbally over the phone. Nearer the event I contacted her to make sure all was okay with the booking - to which I was told they do not remember this conversation ever happened and they would get back to me. I rang a few times after & had messaged however no response. Disgusting customer service. Avoid for booking. Good job I did not rely on this pathetic service.

I been coming here for a few years,food is fairly good,yesterday I picked up by takeaway, I order the biggest mix grill, there's was no onions with the grill,food was very dry, normally there's onions with the grill,the takeaway,also the lady who serving me at the counter speaks very sharp,I was verify what I've ordered was not listening to me properly, just saying yes yes, I hadn't finished talking ,more interesting taking payment, I think this is very unrespectfull, I mentioned this too owner before same lady ,it's second time she has spoke this way, if she speaks like this again I will stop using yr service

Another amazing meal at Ark. Decor is luxurious and waiters look very grand. Menu is extensive and there is a steak menu for those who fancy a non-spicy option. Staff are attentive and friendly. Food is beautifully presented on unique serving dishes. Portions are generous - Tandoori Bites Platter contained huge prawns, tandoori chicken and perfectly cooked lamb chops. The Tarka Dahl is a perfect consistency. Whether we've dined as a couple, with friends or with a large family group, the food and service have been outstanding. You may have gathered, I recommend Ark.

Avoid unless you want to be pestered by homeless and then followed after leaving! Came in yesterday with my son during lunch time after being approached at the door asking for a drink to then after getting food seating my son and moving the push chair so it was Clear for people to pass! a homeless male then came in to get a bag hidden by the bin ( if the seating area was cleaned regularly and security was doing there job this would have been spotted) where my pushchair was after asking the man what do you think your doing he then turned to me to say getting this what you gonna do about it whilst trying to intimidate me, I then moved myself and my son to a better seat where I could sit with my stuff during this time no member of staff said anything or even seemed bothered at the fact he was trying to start something! Two others then left after a lady asked me if I was okay and to watch my son as they were eyeing my son up I replied try it because we will be leaving and they won’t! They left and quite clearly said don’t try it with her she’s not easy I heard this as so was sat by the entrance and they were the other side A homeless man then came in and sat having a nap on the table clearly the security and that staff are more than aware there is some for of organised theft/targeting going on as staff and security were chatting to the homeless in there after leaving I was followed by 2 homeless which were in the store! Luckily the security in boots are more than clued up as the stopped them in there tracks! Staffs attitude is also disgusting and doesn’t follow any standards of Greggs standing checking phones on counter!

I ordered 2 extra large breakfasts for home delivery. I also asked for beans and tomato separate. What I received was 2 large breakfasts and beans all over both meals. As you can see from the pictures i have not opened either tubs that have the beans in. I called the cafe to let them know what happened and was told I have to deal with the problem through uber eats as I had ordered the meal through them. The person I spoke to didnt realise that they had not ended the call, and proceeded to call me a liar when i said they got my order wrong. Hope the owner knows his staff are rude, disrespectful and uninterested in fixing mistakes they make. I will never use this place again.

Not enough meat in the Keenan more nan bread then any thing need to put more meat in

Authentic Italian Restaurant with delicious food and great atmosphere! We had starters mains and pizza. Big portions as really delicious!Price is good. Child friendly as well! Definitely will return!
