only late due it being school traffic hours I'd say. food was lovely thankyou

Sor far it's 30 mins late, tried 6 times to call the restaurant they either don't answer or the phone gets cut off. I understand it gets busy but at least answer the phone to give customers an update on when the food is going to be delivered.

lovely food as always, but 1 missing item is first slip up I've experienced with J's Diner, understandable though as diner was overrun with customers when collected

Brown sauce when that wasn’t even a chosen choice to then be told not there fault well it is maybe read a order correctly

As a family we all love the food from Js diner , 1st time having bacon omelette and I must say compliments to the chef very tasty indeed 😀

delivered late, driver apologised which is very good, however because of this, food was only luke warm. bit disappointing because the food from here is very good. will still order again because of the quality of the food

The food was good, friendly driver. I paid for an extra large breakfast and only received a large breakfast though (2x each of bacon, egg, sausage, hashbrown & toast).

Called to place an order for delivery asked if they were still delivering & was told yes, said we would get the order a call bk in 5 which we did to be told they couldn't do it, not impressed at all shame they lost a 30.00 order which we have most Saturdays

Although it’s not always possible to be early, ours was before the window given as an estimate. Food was delivered by a friendly lady. It’s was still hot and protected from the elements. It was 100% correct. I had forgotten my other half doesn’t like beans which is on me. I took away the traces of beans and he ate the rest and loved it. My son on the other hand had trouble eating his large breakfast which believe me is good going. He eats like a horse at 12, and is growing so I expect him to eat well. The sausage sandwich I ordered for our other lad went down well too. 10/10 for everything. Our new go to for a proper English breakfast. Happy days! Thank you J’s Diner love us all at ours x

Food is lovely, first time I ordered I was missing a drink so I put a note on this time to make sure I have my drink this time, this time they sent me an extra drink from last time, lovely people, a little late but food was lovely x

I have ordered twice from this place, yesterday I ordered for delivery and they forgot my drink and a hash brown so I let is slide but this time I was missing a £5/6 sandwich which is ridiculous and missing toast from a large breakfast and hashbrown. Now it’s getting absolutely ridiculous because they said they can’t do anything about it which is a scam. And not to mention the bacon they cook doesn’t even look cooked. I’m shocked and won’t be ordering from here again.

Can here after 4 year of not going some of the same staff who was not as friendly service was slow had breakfast before cup of tea and toast was hardly toasted, Although look piping hot when first arrived it go cold very fast. After eat the food had really bad tummy ache and upset stomach for days after very disappointing 😞

Food is bang on and reasonably priced, however wait times always seem to be quite long (35 mins - 1 hour) for take out orders. (this is on Friday's where they appear to be busy)

Food was good but my only criticism is the sausage was poor quality and went in bin bit disappointing for the price

On time & piping hot one of the best

Paid for extra tomatoes on sandwich but didn't receive them. Requested brown bread not white but still got white, very unusual for a request to be ignored. Food was lovely overall but disappointed with mistakes.

Driver must have stored food sideways, half of the breakfasts had ran out of the box into the tin foil, complete mess. Only received 1 brown toast instead of 2 on the "healthy breakfast" and there was butter on it despite a request for no butter as it was for someone on slimming world. So disappointed as we use J's regularly and normally love the food.

Excellent service, hadn't quite got the exact sandwich I ordered but more than made up for it with an extra one. Thank you very much .

Rude delivery lady! She couldn’t find my address and wasn’t giving me very good direction to where she was by the time she found me my food was Luke warm and I was told it was my fault as my door number didn’t have an a on it and it does she didn’t look right

Waited over an hour with 4 hungry lads working hard on site only for them to cancel order at the last minute, when I called they said they were waiting for a food delivery and told rather carelessly that “I can’t send out what I haven’t got” maybe they shouldn’t take orders for food they haven’t got and leave it over an hour to let you know so you can order from someone else and wait another 45 mins delivery. Cheers for that.

Still waiting, can't even answer phone now says restaurant closed, could of cancelled instead of leaving me sat here waiting

A lovely lady called to let us know that they didn’t have any of the chicken tikka left for my order. I chose a ham and cheese baguette instead and the food came shortly after. The cheesy chips were amazing and the omelette was hot and delicious. Lovely service and will be ordering again! Thank you so much 😊
