Fantastic pub and atmosphere, food and drink are always spot on and the staff are brilliant, always helpful and friendly.

The pub is a little dated but clean and has great staff. The food is good value for money especially with discount coupons.

It is a nice community pub, it has a warm and cosy feel to it. It is always clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food is always cooked very nicely. And the price is right !

Went there for my wifes birthday with the daughter &son in law. Food was good service is very good Jill and the staff are excellent friendly helpful polite nothing is to much trouble for any of them the atmosphere is good overall excellent food was piping hot.The only down I had was when I went to order the food the lady behind the bar said there were no mixed grills which I was going to have other wise a nice dinner time birthday meal for the 4 of us thank you Jill and staff. stuart

Booked a table and got there on time. People who came in after us got served before us. Went to the bar to ask how long our food was going to be and they had forgotten about us. Eventually got our food 45 minutes later. Side dish that we ordered never arrived and my yourshire pudding was a flat piece of batter. Could understand if they were busy but there was hardly anyone in. Will NOT be going there again.

Staff were very welcoming pub was clean and inviting. Great menu and service staff made me aware of a half hour food wait. I was happy as this as the food was freshly cooked and top quality. I will be back staff were great .

Regular there for drinking not so often eating but when we do there's never no complaints. Even cateered for 18 of us a few weeks back at short notice and not 1 problem with 18 meals. Always friendly and welcoming

Easy to book, easy to park, table was ready, staff and meals were excellent. The only thing that could be improved would be a better/bigger choice of real ales.

It's very clean when you visit the pub .The staff are very friendly and helpful and always smiling .The meals are excellently cooked to how we required them and a lovely choice of foods on the menu .A good choice drinks with a lovely all around feeling of enjoyment. Well done to the Hadcroft .we will be returning there very soon .

Great friendly pub we come quite regular for food @ lunchtime. Staff are always attentive and pleasant, Linda is very friendly and lovely to talk to. Food is great never had a problem and great value for money.

Me and my partner came here for a meal today, had a starter of mac and cheese that was absolutely phenomenal! And we both had a hotdog and chips each, and oh my gosh, they was honestly marvellous, the service was amazing too, everything was just perfect and we had an amazing time! Definitely coming here again. Thank you so much to the staff and cooks for such a brilliant time here! Xx

We are regular visitors to the Hadcroft, weekly, sometimes twice a week the staff are great, very friendly,the food is very good,we have never had a disappointing meal.

Charged our car. Wanted two decaf hot drinks but only decaf option was decaf coffee from a jar. We had apple crumble that was nice but a bit too sweet with syrup sauce. Syrup sauce was unnecessary.

Went here Friday lunchtime ( 25th Aug ) the place is spotlessly clean , light with plenty of room between tables. The menu was varied at reasonable prices . Everyone had something different but it arrived quickly piping hot. The staff are the cornerstone of this pub , not only are they very welcoming , they have developed the art of making sure all is OK without hovering over you . A wonderful experience and we will we back soon

A wonderful looking pub and the front staff were welcoming and polite. I ordered a mega mix grill, medium rare, the chicken was cold and obviously microwaved, this was replaced fast but only just warm, the steak was well done and like chewing an old boot. I have been issued with a full refund, but I have no complaints about the establishment or staff but the kitchen staff require training.

Excellent service from bar staff to kitchen staff, there was 16 of us for mom's 80th birthday, All the food was serviced together and piping hot, very pleasant atmosphere, thank you so much.

First time trying food here. Had a function which reserved half the put but still managed to get a table without booking. Decided to order from table using app as bar looked pretty busy. Still got a speedy service. Food was lovely. Would come again.

First visit was well impressed..the food is lovely .presented well ..staff go the extra mile to make sure you have everything...a credit to the pub ..desert was delicious .rocky road sundae...main meal I had the 8oz rump and partner had the mixed grill..couldn't fault it ..will be visiting again for Sunday lunch...

The pub is cosy, friendly, the staff are always lovely, the food is good and a lovely experience. I book here for a group of ladies that all used to work together but we have now all become elderly, we all love the Hadcroft xx 😘

Fast friendly service. Excellent value and nicely presented and cooked food. I have eaten at the Hadcroft many times - never been disappointed with any aspect of those visits. Was there yesterday with my sister who also enjoyed her visit and thought the food was both excellent value and quality. Well done to all concerned.

Always absolutely fantastic here. The staff are great and very attentive, the food is always hot and delicious and it's so reasonably priced. Everyone in our party of 13 was happy.

We had the Sunday roast , the vegetables were plentiful and cooked to our taste ( no raw carrots ) . We both had desserts which were superb and generous helpings . The staff were lovely and not bothering us all the while . Quite good value for money and we will certainly be using the Hadcroft more often .
