It's a good friendly pub and good people

I had my moms wake there and the landlord was brilliant he couldn't do enough for me. Its what I would describe as a proper pub with friendly locals.

Great place for groups and on your own. Great cobs and a decent price. Nice outdoor seating. Great atmosphere. Freshly refurbished in places, stage area in the garden

Staff are lovely, very welcoming pub. Great outside in the summer and inside in the winter.

There's no food just cobs and snacks as a traditional pub

Lovely beer garden. We took our 2 young kids in, had a nice welcome. Good selection of ales/lagers. Definitely stop in again. Had my favourite spicy ring crisps so was a bonus😋

This is a warm and friendly pub full of character. The beer is well looked after, and the landlord and staff make you feel vey welcome and are only to happy to accommodate you if they can. Would highly recommend a visit.

Thought I’d give this place a try. What a mistake that was. The attitude of ‘the manager’ was absolutely disgusting towards patrons in the venue, zero respect towards paying customers who he clearly feels ‘are beneath him’. Disgusting, shall not be returning to a venue where it is apparent people are not wanted and spoken to like they are walking into a 1950’s national service barracks.

If you want to vap indoors this is the place for you proper vapours club not for me thanks won't going again 😱😱😱
