We were taken upstairs and then basically ignored for almost 2 hours. Had to go down and ask for a menu and then back down to order drinks as there were no staff around to ask.. When food finally arrived only mine arrived but then they were unsure if it was meat or vegetarian lasagne so went to check. After waiting for another 15 minutes (no sign of my husbands food), we told them we were leaving. There were only 2 staff (I felt sorry for them) on for the whole place which was full for Valentines Day. Lots of people complaining upstairs and some tables receiving starters and mains at the same time. The people who have took this business on are out of their depth.

We waited almost 2 hours for starters and mains. Which were average at best. Definitely not worth the wait. So unless you want to wait 2 hours for garlic bread and fries, avoid!!

Super cozy little restaurant! The Pizza was mind-blowing...🤤👌 Staff were super welcoming and friendly, went above and beyond to accomodate my cheeky late dinner, and kept the restaurant open even after business hours! One of the very few gem restaurants in Wolverhampton that I will be back to.💎

I didn't like my carbonate. It was very salty, and the meat was hard. Is this how it is supposed to be?

We had a wonderful family catch-up at Roma. Our daughter love Italian and we drove across from Cannock. The food was excellent and the staff were lovely. One of our party had a steak that was grisly but they offered another course. Great place

A gem just outside the center of Wolverhampton! Don't be fooled by the location outside the restaurant, the dishes they serve here are delicious, I particularly love their pizzas! As an Italian abroad I can recommend Roma restaurant

Our meal tonight (Saturday)was delicious, portion size very good, didn’t realise how much there was for the starter , struggled to eat the main dish, was worth every penny, waitress was lovely and polite, enjoyed the cocktails too, would recommend the mushroom risotto 😋 no negatives at all, will definitely go there again

First time of visiting the area found this amazing restaurant by chance on Google maps. What can I say other than the most amazing food very generous portions the staff was the friendliest most helpful people. Highly recommend a visit ! Perfect birthday treat 3 courses was extremely full took the rest home .

A tiny restaurant in Chapel Ash, Wolverhampton, tucked up behind what was Banks' Brewery. The food is stunning and service is wonderful! A tiny gem. Well worth a try.

Easily a 10/10, the food was delicious and authentic, the staffs are nice and friendly and the atmosphere is cosy. I've ordered this food as takeaway and ate in and I can say the experience was exactly the same. 10/10

They take long to make and order went there to get my pizzas they said come at 8.15 had to wait there until 9 till my pizza was ready Don't recommend this place

The food here is incredible, staff here are amazing, the restaurant it’s self is amazing! great place to have a party- the food is amazing well too amazing for the price! The chefs themselves put love into the food and bringing the italian in the restaurant some say great but i must say buonissimo!!!

Good pizza! Ordered 3 last night and arrived quick as well. Crusts were perfectly cooked, I had way to many slices. I would definitely need to try it in their restaurant, fresh from the oven.

Positives:-Food was really good, To high standard and was met to our specific dietary needs/Friendly staff/reasonable prices. Cons:- restaurant was cold, fire door wedged open leaving a draught/having to walk through a dark room to get to toilet/the menu has a lot of errors all over it. Would I visit again? Heat the place up and make the menu more clear and definitely!

A pleasant all round experience. The sharing starter of meats and cheeses was very nicely put together and our pasta mains were tasty.

Went here today for my friend's birthday party and we had such an amazing time, the staff was super friendly and the food was just superb. Had Supli as starter which were just fabulous and then had a delicus stake. Never had such an italian food before and the price were very reasonable. Will come back for sure ❤️

Been here couple of times and this Thursday I decided to try the salmon and it was just amazing. I highly recommend it especially with the focaccia as starter 😊😊 I highly recommend it. Best Italian restaurant in the world 🌎

We are used to eating great Italian food in the South of France and we weren't disappointed by the pizzas and tartuffo that we had at Roma. The service was perfect and the staff really friendly! We recommend it!

Well well well ! We tried Italian food for the first time. Staff was very welcoming. Ordered Aperol Spritz cocktail. It was fantastic. The draught beer that they have is so amazing, I've never had such beer. In starters we had focaccia caprese and bruschetta Al pomodoro. I don't have words to describe how wonderful it was. They make their own bread. In mains we had montanara (fried pizza), Quattro Formaggi and veggie lasagne. It was yummmmmmm. In dessert we tried tartufo... Both chocolate and pistashios flavour. AMAZING. I'm definitely coming to this place again and recommend this place to others as well 💯.

The pizza was cold and barely had any toppings on it.... I had to wait a long time for it. :( Do it better guys!

Does anyone know English who works there? I wanted to order, but I couldn't really talk to anyone who could at least have a conversational level .... Interrupting a call and then constantly rejecting my callback is not a solution! Use an interpreter or something ... Thank you!

Went there with friends and didn't get nice customer service. Staff wasn't enough welcoming and took a lot of time to prepare the food which resulted in not liking much.

I've eaten Italian pizza but this wasn't not even close to it. Thought it'd good cuz of Italian place but I wouldn't recommend it.

Some say 'authentic' others 'excellent', I say 'Carbonara!!!'. It was so satisfying... Rich and creamy, with crispy guanciale and a hint of black pepper. I did not expect it to be so good but the place is called Roma, chef is from Roma and the pasta is originally from Roma. I really don't think you could get it any better in the middle of Wolverhampton for such little money. Definitely recommend.

Excellent Italian food. So far the best Italian restaurant in town. Very reasonable prices. I hope that the English would appreciate, do not expect compromise with the local taste.

Just went there with my wife and kids, lovely atmosphere, my kids loved the food and my risotto was just amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone who want to have some authentic Italian food.

Finally an Italian pizzeria. You can't find homemade bread like they make it anywhere. Absolutely honest prices. Finally, they just opened. Very nice location especially on the second floor. All very welcoming. It is definitely a meeting place for Italians.

First time eating their food tonight from the takeaway menu and it was lovely. I will 100% be dining in next time and the staff are lovely and very welcoming.
