Mojito Cartel in Birmingham

I’ve ordered from Uber eats multiple times and had the order cancelled 20mins to an hour later which is extremely annoying. To top that off you randomly close your shop without updating it on google. Would not recommend

My husband and I recently had a wonderful experience at Mojito Cartel. The atmosphere was inviting, and the service was friendly and attentive. I ordered the Kiki, and it was absolutely delicious! The combination of flavors was perfect, and it was incredibly refreshing. It's definitely a must-try for anyone visiting. We'll definitely be returning to Mojito Cartel soon!

Spoke to aeysha on the phone about my delivery was very welcoming and understanding and made the service 10 times better , every restaurant should have excellent customer service like hers, overall very impressed .

Ordered a red bull raspberry and a blueberry red bull Mojito. Looked like it would taste very good. Got to the car. Took a sip. Horror. Extremely sour and tangy and red bull was overpowering. Gave it a shake I'm case it was because the syrup wasn't properly stirred but still bad. Also we didn't know which was which. There was one with raspberry and blueberry and another with pomegranate so that was also confusing. We left the Mojitos on the side of the road. Much better places to go to for Mojitos especially for the price you'd pay here

Food was warm and tasted delicious 😋

The food is lovely, perfect for when you have a busy day and want to sit back and enjoy good food. The drinks were outstanding, the burgers were tasty, I ordered the leader. This came with a mojito, burger and loaded fries box which is all customisable. I would recommend the raspberry redbull mojito.

I ordered classic mojito. That’s cost me £ 4.95 I really liked it was cold but the amount of monjito was too less and 75% of cup was filled with ice cubes . It’s not fair. Attached photo as well

I wasn’t even hungry and popped in for a quick dessert but ended up having chicken loaded fries and dessert. Food is top notch and service is second to none. Keep up the great work guys.

Leader deal £14.95 !!!! Riddiculous ! Mocktails not the same. Bowls mainly chips recycled rubbish. Waste of money now !!!! Gone down hill !!!!! Avoid. Go to Blues or a local chippy instead disappointed

Saw this place ages on tiktok @mojitocartel 📍 1158 Stratford Rd, Birmingham B28 8AF. They have both indoor and outdoor seating for any weather. They do sell food however are famous for their Mocktails which we went in to try! They do also do food and dessert but we just went for the Mocktails. We got the ‘Blue Lagoon’ + ‘Berry Burst’ both were very sweet, would rate 7/10 and cost £4:95 each!

A regular eat for us. Always delivered hot and tasty, always made to the same consistency and high standards.... Only criticism would be, I wish they'd place their boba juices on their delivery menu otherwise 10 out of 10 👌🙏

Watered down mojitos they made the mojitos at the original collection time however the food was delayed by half n hour so the mojitos sat there I asked them to make the mojitos again for when the food is ready and they didn’t do that

Ordered a couple things from here thru Uber. Order got cancelled but they replaced my things for free and added a extra mojito. Lady over the phone was sweet excellent customer service and tasty items

Drinks made and provided within reasonable time. I had to request a paper bag for take away. Drinks are not over sweetened so taste is refreshing with the natural citrus taste etc

If only there was option for zero stars. Very bad customer service. Food poor quality, dont bother complaining as you will be Blamed for their mistakes and they will take the liberty of backchatting about you to the other customers. Dont waste your hard earned money at this place as you will get scammed and the only thing you will get plenty of is ice, regardless of wether you want it or not. These people listen to your requirements but then go and do exactly the way they want and benefit from. They save money on the acual drink by filling the cups with ice so minimal ingredients are used. I wouldn't go here ever again and nor do I recommend anyone else to get scammed by these teenage amature kids who don't have a clue about what true customer service is about.

Worth no stars. Very poor customer service. They blame you for their mistakes. Not willing to correct their mistakes. Poor quality food and drinks and over filled with ice to insure minimal amount of drink is used. Teenage kids running this place and don't have a clue on customer service skills They backchat about you to other customers and laugh and make jokes about you if you complain about their poor food.. scammers. Definitely wouldn't recommend

Ordered a burger and chips. It took over an hour and the delivery driver went to the wrong location. Not interested in eating cold soggy chips and burger.

Wouldn't give a star. The cheese burger had no beef in the burger. Literally quarter of the burger was mince. Hard fries. Disappointed.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received at Mojito Cartel this evening. Firstly it took 30 minutes to get through on the phones to make an order. Then at the restaurant the staff member forgot to include the mojitos that I bought and I had to go back in to get them. No apology was made for the mistake. The mojito cups do not fit in the cup-holders and because the cup-holders are too big, one of the mojitos fell on the floor. A member of staff picked up the cup and asked if I wanted a replacement. I said yes, thinking I wasn’t going to be charged as the mistake was made by staff and this is generally what one would expect. Instead, I was charged for the replacement mojito. As someone who has been a regular customer for a significant time and has encouraged many friends and family to buy from Mojito Cartel, I will not be going there again as I have been put off completely by this awful experience.

The food came absolutely cold the burger especially was stone cold and the drinks had spilled everywhere and the restaurant notes were ignored.

It's a decent drink shop with some food options. I do like that they keep the number of different drink options low as you can try their speciality much easier. But as you'd expect each drink is quite expensive so worth trying if your into specialty drinks.

Me and my family got the Pacific, raspberry red bull and Moroccan sunset mojitos. The raspberry red bull sadly did not taste like a mojito at all, it just tasted like red bull with ice lol? The Moroccan sunset was by far the best mojito, the mango and passion fruit flavours were wholesome. None the less we still enjoyed it. Would definitely come back to try other flavours (except the red bull ones).

Lovely customer service from the young lady behind the counter. Moroccan Twist was a let down, IMO it tasted like a cordial juice drink, water and ice added. Nothing special for us first timers to visit this joint. I may try again a different flavour, but not anytime sooner, do not mind the review but being honest about the drink.

Food was good but took too long to serve the food. Asked for suaces but got them given when we practically finished our food. Just need more staff

Really upset today, the fish in the burgers was all shrivelled and burnt all the fish had shrunk bearing in mind the food isn’t cheap it was not upto the usual standard of mojito cartel also mexicano bowl was full of oil and had to be drained out

Popped in for a takeaway and was served by Safa who was very friendly and helpful in recommending items from the menu. Drinks were really nice, as were the Cajun fries we ordered! Will definitely be back again to try more of the menu.

Came here as a group of 6, and there was plenty of seating. We were served by Aisha who was absolutely lovely. The cheeseburger and majority of drinks were amazing, especially the pacific. However, the raspberry Red Bull and the daquiris were not our favorites. The butter chicken unfortunately was more like tandoori chicken. Will definitely be back, but would avoid the butter chicken and opt for the cheeseburgers.

Great experience overall but they forgot my drink, told the driver but they didn’t bring and driver won’t answer phone 😩

The worst food I have ever had. The lettuce in the burger had little flies in them absloutely disgusting. The whole order went into bin. Kind of obvious it’s not a good place as not a single customer was present. They need a serious hygiene check! Will not recommend at all!

Personally i would not give a star! Rock hard fries hardly any decent ones, the fries which was soft; were off putting to say the least! Asked for sauce on the fries, didn't get no sauce, neither did I get sauce tubs. The burger was overly dry hardly any sauce nor enough salad. Who made this? A monkey? Come on... I heard great things about this place just to get a nothing in comparison to what they show or others put up on their social media... I won't be coming back. The icing on the cake is a warm can of 7up was given🤮 who on earth drinks a warm can of fizz with a meal??? Its 2022 for crying out loud! Simple basic common sense lacked in this order of mine.

Highly recommend a visit simply for the Mojitos! Price: £25 for 2 chinese bowls, 2 Mocktails and 2 Grilled chicken burgers. Revisit: Yes! Favourite Bit: Mojitos were absolutely spot on, the chinese chicken bowls were so good. Least favourite: Service is slow, chilli sauce was like water, fairly small shop considering popularity. Overall: 4/5

Was better when they first opened, I feel as tho they add to much ice into the drinks now kinda like Starbuck do even when asking for light ice.

I cannot explain how much I love this place it’s different one of the best spots on Birmingham for food, mojitos and just good time with friends. One of the best experiences in any restaurant/ bar been two would differently recommend to others

I came here for the first time because i was recommended by friends, now where do i start i came into the shop and not only was i waiting forever for someone to serve me it was like nobody was even there so unprofessional then finally when my order got taken I was waiting for 30mins for mojito… i got frustrated and questioned why its taking so long for them to tell me its no longer in stock so i had to place an order on something else. Absolutely ruined my day as i wanted a mojito to go with the nice weather never going back there again so unprofessional also states opening times 12pm but they opened at 3/4pm

Terrible Service, took 45+ minutes to receive a trash mojito while the shop was completely empty. Was told numerous times that mojitos on the menu where not available. States the store opens at 12pm but in reality opens at 3/4pm and are still not prepared to serve customers basic drinks or serve at all. Would not recommend

Love this place! Favourite place for a quick munch! My favourite drink is the Cherry Redbull. I love the fried chicken burger (with added cheese) & the cajun bowl… I’ve also had the cajun bowl with added cheese & it was absolutely amazing! Staff are usually very lovely! The family that own it have always been very kind to me! I don’t remember all their names But there is a young lady with a hijab, her brother, & her sister. I travel half an hour to get here & half an hour back, & have introduced all my family out of the city & they have all enjoyed this too! Haven’t yet tried the new menu yet! Great place would definitely recommend!

Called Mojito Cartel but even then the mojitos aint all that. Theyre average at best. Ive had better Mojitos in your regular dessert shops. Had the cajun fries. wasnt as warm as it expected it would be. It wasnt cold enough to start complaining but it wasnt that warm either. One of em had way too much sauce.

Staff is untrained. They didn't accept Scottish notes. Its same value. Its pound not euros. But they refused to take that note. Sad

The place is pretty small but it's pretty. The mojito are really nice, they sell a variety of daiquiri, mojito which is good they also do burgers etc., but we only went for the drinks today, I would definitely recommend, although can be difficult to find parking.

Tried "The Legend" meal for £12.95 eat in. Got grilled chicken burger, butter chicken fries and blueberry redbull. Loved the red bull mojito definitely recommend buying that! Grilled burger wasn't anything fancy just your average burger same with the butter chicken fries. Mexican fries looked amazing so i will definitely try those. 4 stars thanks to the blueberry red bull mojito!

Honestly food wise nothing special feels like supermarket standard freezer food however mojitos are quite nice

I've been to this place twice now thought I'd give it a second chance but both times the mojitos were bland and lacked the proper flavours mentioned on menu, the mini pancakes were OK but not amazing. The first time I went I had a burger and fries which again were nothing more than basic.

Only was disappointed with the dessert I ordered two fudge cake not something else that wasn’t even worth the price I payed

This is one of my favourite spots in birmingham, would highly recommend for a filling and simple meal! I would recommend the (fried) chicken burger and cajun cartel bowl and any mojito will do! hope you enjoy

This time round the food was not great! The fries and the popcorn chicken were not fully cooked and the burger was all squashed in the tin foil.

Cheaply made mojitos as now they taste exactly like the robinsons squash mixed into water and mint added. The drinks started off nice but have now gone down hill.
