Lovely family time eating food food in a great place. Friendly staff, quick service, good price. Anaya was great with the kids!

Buzzing atmosphere, lovely staff, quick service and quirky venue. Only minus is the place is loud, quirky old-fashioned school chairs but very loud.

I love Boston tea party, i visited on such a busy day, the staff were incredible, genuine, caring, they all seemed to be buzzing at how busy the place was. oh, and the eggs royale is amazing, my daughter is a huge fan of the pancakes, we will be back.

I had a wonderful experience at BTP !! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. The food was exceptional! I tried the boss breakfast , and it was delicious—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. It’s clear they take pride in their menu. I highly recommend BTP Harborne for anyone looking for a friendly dining experience with fantastic food. I can’t wait to return!

Food and coffee is good, but staff were rude on welcome. Can only assume because the staff were very busy.

Had a delicious Eggs Royale, followed by Lemon Drizzle and we were served by Mason, whom was very friendly, personable and attentive whilst still delivering a professional excellent customer service and would definitely come back again.

Fabulous lunch today with my 89 y/0 father and Rufus the pooch. Staff so attentive and caring. The shaksuka and mexican eggs were delicious and the chocolate brownie for dessert after, totally divine. They even brought a bowl.of water and a few doggy treats for Rufus. Special mention of staff Poppy and Imogen who went beyond expectations to make us welcome:)

Best place in Harbone. I’ve been going there for over 2 years now and all I can say is the service is consistent!!! Friendly staff and they make the best Chai latte in town!!! Very affordable too during this time and food is well sourced. Try it and prove me wrong!!!

We came on Sunday and our waitress Imogen was a delight! The restaurant was decorated for Halloween which my son absolutely loved too!!

BEST HASH BROWNS IN THE WORLD. Staff are always lovely and I love how they source so much locally. Our waiter was Bella and the batistas were happy to remake my drink when it wasn't right.

Absolutely lovely place for food. Whether you’re having breakfast or just a drink, the service and the food is superb. Especially if you have dogs, as they bring water and you can get treats for free. Lovely atmosphere too. We go once a week. A must if you’re in Harborne.

The service and everything about Boston tea party is amazing. I love coming here. Today I came here solo and it was so amazing. The service and staff were so nice. Especially Anaya she was so kind and most warm and welcoming. She was also very pretty! Thank you for the top notch service. I ate a scone with jam and cream with a latte and a veggie boss breakfast. It was soo good!

Twice I have visited Boston tea party. First time I had the sausage and egg muffin and hash browns. This was extremely dry. Second time around I opted for the boss breakfast. How this is the biggest breakfast and comes with one solitary sausage is beyond me. This was also fairly dry. Very shy on the bean sharing. My hash browns were also missing from the breakfast. All in all. Top dollar for below par food.

Boston Tea Party is spot on! The food is top-notch, fresh, and super tasty. The vibe is chill, cozy, and just cool enough to hang out for hours. The staff? Super friendly and always on it. Definitely a spot worth coming back to! Thank you Marzena for being a wonderful host

Went for the sweetcorn hash and it was incredible, eggs were perfectly poached and the fritters were superb. The stuff was lovely Imogen was super nice we also had great coffee and cakes.

5 stars are not enough for this place. The only struggle is to choose from such a variety of delicious food every time I'm here, there's loads of veggie/vegan options. Always welcoming and with a smile (thanks Shaun for this time!), great vibes and playlists! Veggie boss bowl will feed you for the entire day :)

Great breakfast 🍳 Bit of an impromptu brunch this weekend, we found ourselves in Harborne for our son's football match and looked for a decent place for breakfast. Really happy we chose Boston Tea Party. All three of us found a breakfast we liked the sound of. Items ordered sausage and hash brown muffin, custom breakfast and a simple bacon bap! Really enjoyed the food and service was great. We didn't book and were able to get a table straight away. Will be back for sure.

I know Boston tea party is a chain but Harbourne clearly cares about the customer, the food is excellent but the service is the difference.

Delicious return of the revamped chorizo hash. Mango lassi was delightfully fresh and of course the coffee on point as always. The team always helpful to cater to my little peculiarities. Smashing job Anaya and Gemma.

Lovely Saturday morning brunch, I had the salmon hash and my partner had the eggs Benedict and they were soooo delicious! The avocado iced coffee is also delish definitely worth a try!!! Thanks to Anaya too for her service! She also gave us some free tasters of the lemon and coffee cakes which were moist and yummy thank you!!

When we arrived we were told to sit where we liked. We sat and ordered. Once the waitress (I think she is called Marjena) arrived with our cafes, we told her the unfinished plates on the table are from the previous client and if she can take them and clean the table. She aggressively put our cafes on the dirty table, and removed only half of the previous client’s plates (also almost spilled the old cafes on us while removing them). We were thinking she is coming back to clean the rest, but she never arrived because she was just busy chatting with the bartender. After 5-8 minutes, we went to the bar and asked if someone can clean our table, they said yes, but of course she took another 5 minutes to come to our table and before she finished her chit chat standing at the bar. Once arrived (with a very unsatisfied and aggressive face), she again only removed part of the remaining stuff. So I had to call her out and ask if she can remove everything. At this moment she started arguing with me that this is our fault to sit on a dirty table! (What? Are you for real?, we were thinking). Clearly not only she was incapable of cleaning a single table (not in a single run but even in two), she was also extremely rude and willing to argue with the client rather than doing her job? This made us think, while drinking our finally served cafe on a clean table, if she is really that much unsatisfied with her job, or that much untrained? We concluded, both are impossible and unimaginable given the arrogance we faced….

The web ordering system is functional, though it can be a bit time-consuming for older patrons. However, the convenience of ample paid parking at the rear, accessible via the RingGo app, is a definite plus. Just remember to bring change or a card if you don't have the app. Overall, Boston Tea Party is a great place for a special outing, offering excellent food and a pleasant atmosphere

Really lovely restaurant! I went here for breakfast. The garden/courtyard area was gorgeous. I like the option of using a QR code to order. It was quick and easy to choose and pay for what I wanted. It was good that the option to adjust and modify items was there too. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices. I had the vegan breakfast, which was delicious, affordable and a good portion size. The scrambled tofu was light, fluffy and flavoursome. Flat white with the house blend coffee with oat milk was also lovely. Loved it. Service was super efficient and friendly. I definitely would recommend eating here, and I'm planning on returning soon. Thanks! :)

My partner has needed to visit the QE hospital regularly for more than 2 years. I have joined her and when her appointments are suitably timed, we will pop in for a late breakfast / or early lunch. This readily describes this charming eatery in the nice village of Harboune, Birmingham. The menu is fresh, lots of tasty dishes. Smoked salmon alternatives, prawn dishes, chicken etc. Not too small and not too big. I had, yesterday , smoked salmon hash, with sweetcorn and a lovely mayo filling. So.much flavour. It was a very adequate and filling. Not a scrap left. Drinks are plenty, I had a fresh herbal mint tea. Lovely setting, converted from an old girls and boys school. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and relaxed. A star of the village alongside a few other nice places. Just wish they were open on the evening too. Very popular but usually has space. The dine in experience I had at Boston Tea Party was incredible I loved the food and atmosphere and it is a go to place to relax and spend time with loved ones. I'm also very impressed with the organic milk, free range meat and eggs and how much they encourage people to refuse cups make the planet safer.

I already have an extremely high opinion of BTP as a brand so I decided to visit the Harborne location this morning. Needless to say BTP never fails to impress. Anaya was a perfect example of the level of service I have come to associate with Boston tea party, she was very friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable in regards to the menu and the options I had available to me (I'm vegan). Great experience again. Thanks Anaya and the team!
