Always cold when I have it delivered. Below photo with very very little lettuce, doesn't look appetizing does it? Rude customer service. Umpteen times I've give them benefit of doubt, I'm no longer spending my money here.

2 large chicken kebabs in pitta...enough chicken but barely any salad and pitta slightly warmed. Also had a burger meal deal. Asked for salad with the donnor but no salad. The cheesecake was (and still is 45 mins later) completely frozen. Very disappointed with our Sat night treat

Shocking how can u deliver a burger with the bun soggy and dripping with water absolutely disgusting sort yourself out

As a regular customer for years I have never had to complain about this place but tonight it took 1.5 hours on a Monday for delivery I called twice both times 25 mins apart and was told it's leaving the shop now. Food arrived and very poor cold donor meat cold chips and poor ended up throwing £23 worth in the bin. Seriously will look for another place. Even the food wasn't as described there was no fish fingers in the meal 😞

I usually always order food from here and very happy with it. Pre ordered food 4:30pm came at 5:45pm. Unfortunately I had to warm all the food up in the microwave as it was pretty much cold than warm. The kebab meat wasn't cooked very well neither. The delivery driver didn't seem very pleasant neither

Chose pizza deal listed on shop display at 15.80 added a burger listed at 5.50 my math get 21.30 when asked he said the prices on the menu are online prices and charged 24 . He asked if I wanted sauce when replied please drop a little in a small pot instead he wants 1.50 more . And gave me the food dry . blatant robbery oh and had the cheek to also charge 1.50 more for pepperoni on the ANY 2 PIZZA DEAL

I had first time meal this place very tasty food.

We are regular customers at rupeyal and the food is always amazing but last night then went above and beyond. we had a big order it was over £80.00 and not only was everything correct it was also on time- only a 30 minute wait for collection and the food was absolutely amazing. We throughly enjoyed our food last night - all 8 of us! Thank you rupeyal - we will see you again next week!

Not bad not amazing. Used to use all the time but not as nice as it used to be. I think with all takeaways. You have to go and try as everyone is different. Give it a go you might like it.

My first one was deleted! Me, my husband and another couple visited Friday and I’ll be honest it’s one of the worst meals and service I’ve had in a restaurant in years. Considering there was hardly any other people it took an hour for our starters to come and then another hour for the mains to come! And when they did come wow was I surprised. All of our starters and mains were burnt, overcooked and dry. I mean I didn’t even know it was possible to burn nachos?! Most of us left a lot of our means due to the visibly burnt and black coating on all our food. The bits we did eat was purely because of how hungry we were due to waiting so long! I wanted to complain at the time and was waiting for a member or staff to ask how our meals were and if everything is okay but I can say that was the first time in my entire life where no one has ever asked?! I personally believe this was because they knew what the answer would be and wanted to avoid the situation. Disgusting service. Do not recommend!!

Amazing visit start to finish. Staff so lovely, food is amazing and portions are huge! Would reccomend highly the pork belly bites and the sweet chilli corn ribs as they don't sound like much on the menu but we're amazing! Burgers were perfectly cooked and huge! Special thanks to Cleo who was helpful and welcoming throughout. Will definetly be back.

Thank you for our lovely meals tonight Thursday 7th July, Nina & her staff were very friendly & sociable, perfect, great food,, plenty to choose from off the menu, nice seletions of drinks from the bar even alcohol free 😍 reasonable prices, great serviced all round, very clean, sorry to say Annette, Nina's Mum wasn't working, would have been lovely to see her again after all these years of covid, Will definitely be back soon & would definitely recommend!

Visit most weeks, all the staff are very welcoming, the service is very efficient. The food is of a great quality and a great price, each evening different offers take place. The last visit we were looked after by Tom, very polite person and ensured that we were looked after and taken care of. Definitely recommend paying them a visit.

Absolutely the best place for burgers full stop! Really exceptional, quality food with a beautifully simple menu and a new weekly burger of the week. Dan the chef’s cheesecake dessert is the best I’ve ever had. Consistently good service, food and prices!!

Visted Ruben's Biddulph for the first time following a recommendation and have to say that the food ( although limited a little for choice ) was excellent, the ribs were out of this world, all 5 meals were really tasty and the staff were friendly and efficient, well worth a visit.

Both times they forgot one of the drinks, although they did send one straight away after I called them with one more complimentary. But the chicken burger I order came completely on it own in a bun.
