Greggs in Birmingham

I waited over 2 hours for stone cold food

order was never delivered. waste of money

Let's have a conversation about Greggs High Street Birmingham..! Thier opening times state 7am until 9pm! Surely when I arrive at 6-15pm it should be totally acceptable to be able to eat in?! According to the staff at this site it's absolutely unacceptable for a customer to eat in at this time of the evening! To be informed that its take away only and be rude about the fact that u want to eat in as the weather is cold and wet outside is not acceptable. I absolutely get the fact that the staff need to do a close down. However there are more effective ways to conduct and express yourself when in a customerfacing roll! Being aggressive and to be told "do what you want" is not ok. Perhaps Greggs could re-train there staff or ask the manager from the Primark site to show them how it should be done.

We have been today around 8pm we ordered 1 cheese onions paste n 1 vegetable paste only 1 bites after u see it’s really cold n inside veg n cheese was off we take them back to shop again they said it was fresh n worms i konw it’s closeing time that’s why it’s getting cold very sad thay aren’t our refonds anyways we no goona going to this place

Really hoping I have chose the right Greggs to review, on Saturday night me and a friend came in for a snack after being on the way back from a day/ night out we were shocked to see the shop open after 9pm!! We were met by uzair, Kian and Carl , and I must say 10/10 service made sure we were okay, offered my friend and advised her on what she was able to eat due to her being coeliac. These staff deserve a lot of praise they truly were so kind, and communicable with us! 3 very excellent and lovely men you have working for you! They kept us company and chatted and answered our questions all whilst getting their job done of which included dealing with people stealing off the streets ! Really good hardworking guys!

Was quite busy when we walked in but it didn't take long to be served, they were always bringing out freshly cooked wedges, and chicken bites.. my sausage roll was warm and tasty, my partners chicken bake was cold though. Good price for good food

The steak pie and mushroom pie were not hot.

Shanniiiceeee was nnnniiiceeeee, she serviced with a smile and was very kind, she needs a promotion, 10/10 service after an encounter with a rude lady, over the food being cold, shanice has great customer service and is hard working after watching her cleaning continuously on the floor.

They have always been reliable- Fresh food & you can trust the drivers to deliver. Everything is wrapped perfectly. They are also very welcoming & kind leaving occasional treats

ordered online about 8 o’clock,ham a cheese baguette,yum yums,4 pack of cookies and a packet of crisps,came with a note written enjoy your free sweet treats” with a box of 3 more extra yum yums and a extra baguette,was really surprised,thank you so much 🖤

Food is fine, just like most Greggs. No issues with food or staff 👍🏻 The very bad experience is have some 'homeless' asking for money. This morning have seen several homeless allowed into Greggs and begging teenagers for money.

All the coffee was spilt wasn't able to drink it.

That's not the best Greggs in Birmingham but it's in the average

had 5 updates for delivery, delivery driver was sitting on the corner of the road and I had to wave at him to deliver, food was cold and cheese baguette was dry cheese on it

My driver asked me to meet him somewhere 10 minutes away from where I was, then when I tried to explain I had just paid £3.50 delivery to save me walking and he needs to come to me he said he’s not doing it and hung up on me

The chicken bake tasted as though they had just been removed from the refrigerator horrible cashier, communication skills were not appropriate considering we had to repeat our order to her three times and payed separately because order was still not taken properly

The order was so late that I went into work and done some overtime and during break I ordered food from another reputable food service, ate and then tried looking into ways to contact Just Eat to cancel and refund the order. Called Greggs but of course they can’t help me I’m only their customer via Just Eat so the typical “cOntAcT jUsT eAT, cAlL tHeM bRo¿” response was expected and delivered. Tweeted Just Eat to get half a resolution pending my confirmation, gave confirmation went home and nothing

Greggs, just simply plain food, and too expensive for plain food as well. Greggs as you've just put your prices up howabout increasing your portion size. £2.20 for a bacon cob (3 slices of thin bacon, a cheap cob and the smallest amount ketchup know to man) that isn't worth £2.20.

Why would you put cold drinks in the same bag as hot food, totally unacceptable. Hot drink came with no sugar and nothing to stir it with. Worst experience with this chain ever.

Love greggs Decent sandwiches and a proper tasting tea compared to fancy coffee shops...and the best milk chocolate chip cookie

Lovely staff here that call and explain if something isn’t available and give you options to replace or refund items.. I’ve also been given extra items for the inconvenience.. today I was gifted some sweet treats simply out of kindness.. really can’t rate the staff and service high enough 😊

I visited greggs today an I brought hot chocolate from there… The hot chocolate was absolutely disgusting no taste whatsoever tasted like hot water mixed with sugar not worth the price I paid for I would go back and get a refund I wouldn’t even give it 1 star…..

The food didn’t arrive it told me the driver was outside my flat and I tried to phone and the signal was lost and the food wasn’t delivered to me. This is completely outrageous as I have no breakfast at him and was relying on food from just eat

Nicely located branch but noisy area due to metro works. Needed a pick me up so l got myself my fave hot caffeine fix, a lovely latte with brown sugar yummy. Plenty of seating and nice staff. Big selection of food and drink. Wholeheartedly recommend this place.

I love the days I work in the office, I always go straight to Greggs for breakfast. Caramel latte and sausage bap, lovely. The staff are lovely and polite and always friendly 😊
