The best experience in a very long time. Our party was let down by another company and with no notice the bar accepted us as a walk in ( they were already overly booked) and accmodated us amazingly. The drinks were flowing , the food was superb and ALL the staff members had good hospitality. The manger Tyler/Taylor ( apologies I forget your name) attended to every detail we required as we were celebrating an 30th birthday. We loved your hosting and you truly saved our day. our server was also very attention to detail, who did not forget about us at all. The DJ played an variety of music which was lovely for everyone and overall the bar was very good vibes. The best brunch Ive had and certainly will be back. Thank you once again to everyone!!.

First time going for a Bottomless Brunch here, usually love Turtle Bay as they are brilliant but wanted to try some place new for a change. Nice place , staff that served us were fine , drinks were flowing well. Then we ordered food my friends ordered steak and eggs and i have the chicken and waffles. My friends didn’t even eat their steak as it was too chewy and not what you would class as good meat. No one came and asked us if the food was ok, hence it was mentioned when we were brought the bill, it felt like my friend had to argue the toss about why we shouldn’t be charged for bad food. Well back and forth the waitress went offering free cocktail or dessert , we had a show to see at The Crescent so had to leave soon, anyway they take off and discount the cost of the bill. I may be tempted to give them a 2nd chance we will see

Turned up without a table booked as slug and lettuce let us down last minute, Taylor the manager was brilliant and got us seated! So gals we ended up here, the vibes good, food was good and we were never without a drink. Cannot fault the service. Special shoutout to our server Greesh who was fab and made sure we alway had everything we needed. Would defiantly recommend the bottomless brunch!

We were first customers of the day so restaurant was very quiet. the food was a bit slow being served and a bit over-processed but on a positive note, our server Shania was lovely, very welcoming and attentive.

Went for the bottomless brunch, enjoyed the food even if the rum tasted a little cheap and hard to swallow, still had a great night, place was packed, every table full, very loud but staff where pleasent non the less

Great service from all staff especially Greesh and Taylor. Very accommodating and managed to fit us (table of 8) last minute due to being let down elsewhere. Food was great and the brunch is really worth it. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Atmosphere is great and overall great experience will definitely be returning.

If you just want to enjoy English Pub Food the. This place is great . Great ambience , Good portions and priced accordingly. Service was great ! Greesh was awesome ! Not bad at all !!! :-)

I had to ask a couple of times before anyone took our order, then we had to chase the drinks. The food took far too long to arrive, and the order was wrong. The waitress said this might have been because the items we ordered were similar to other items on the menu (?). We accepted the wrong meals as we were on our lunch break, had already been there for an hour so had to get on with it. It wasn't busy so I can't even give them that as a mitigating factor. The whole experience was rubbish and the staff need training.

It's alright, food was trash. Having our party of 10 being asked to leave an hour into bottomless brunch because they "need the table" when the place was virtually empty was really crappy though - especially when we were even ordering things that added on to the bill. We weren't being loud or anything. Do you want your borderline dead atmosphere to cease breathing entirely or something? Really poorly run.

The bottomless brunch was honestly brilliant! First place I’ve been that gives you a bottle of Prosecco on the table and given every time you’ve drank it including the cocktails you want on the side. I also have to say, our server was absolutely brilliant, so attentive and lovely, spoke to us so lovely and made sure we were well looked after. I had an amazing experience at The Picture and Piano in Birmingham, right by the canal. Greesh, our waitress, was fantastic! She was very friendly and had such a positive attitude and happy vibe. She brought great energy and even chose a table for us with a fantastic view. The food was amazing and really complimented the decor of the place. Greesh’s service was top-notch. Overall, five stars! I highly recommend this restaurant and her service to all family and friends, and anyone looking for a nice, relaxing spot with class and elegance.

Do a great pornstar martini and lots of alcohol free options too. Annoying that all the tables were set up for bottomless brunch though so we had to sit at the bar despite tables being free. The people doing bottomless brunch were having an amazing time though

We booked a table & were promptly moved when the 2 hours were up. The drinks service via QR code or waiting staff was very slow & we ended up ordering from the bar. It took so long for a couple of our party's bottle of wine to come that it was served with a reminder that we had 10 minutes left to vacate the table. The atmosphere was good though. It took so long for drinks to arrive that we didn't bother ordering food.
