Tuve un fabuloso BB aquí con un grupo de 10 para mi cumpleaños. La comida era preciosa y muy generosa con las bebidas! Servicio puntual de Hallie que era excelente en el cuidado de nosotros. Sin duda una buena relación calidad-precio y lo recomendaría!

I had an amazing experience at The Picture and Piano in Birmingham, right by the canal. Greesh, our waitress, was fantastic! She was very friendly and had such a positive attitude and happy vibe. She brought great energy and even chose a table for us with a fantastic view. The food was amazing and really complimented the decor of the place. Greesh’s service was top-notch. Overall, five stars! I highly recommend this restaurant and her service to all family and friends, and anyone looking for a nice, relaxing spot with class and elegance.

Very delightful meal, food was amazing service was very efficient. Greesh was a wonderful server, she made our night very pleasant and comfortable, she couldn’t do enough for us! Wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Do a great pornstar martini and lots of alcohol free options too. Annoying that all the tables were set up for bottomless brunch though so we had to sit at the bar despite tables being free. The people doing bottomless brunch were having an amazing time though

We booked a table & were promptly moved when the 2 hours were up. The drinks service via QR code or waiting staff was very slow & we ended up ordering from the bar. It took so long for a couple of our party's bottle of wine to come that it was served with a reminder that we had 10 minutes left to vacate the table. The atmosphere was good though. It took so long for drinks to arrive that we didn't bother ordering food.

Return visit and much improved in all areas, all team members were friendly and helpful, food was hot and tasty and good value considering location and atmosphere, great background music and a relaxing lunch with drinks and so my precious less positive review is history. Review 2023. Really disappointed visit. Staff (the four we interacted with) not welcoming, felt like they wanted to be somewhere else, took ages to take order, food was also disappointing. Was hoping to have food and drinks all evening, in the end had food and went elsewhere. Previous visits since the refurb have been much better (staff and food) so I know this is not the usual standard but last night something definitely off with the vibe.

The drinks were nice, and the service was good but everything else wasn't great. So we ordered food and what we got for the price wasn't good. I had a chicken kabab as it looked great and seemed popular. I found mine to be really dry thoygh to the point where I couldnt eat it. The big issue was the wrap/bread, it came out cold and soaked in the juice from the kabab. This may sound good but the wrap became soggy and I couldnt eat it. The other meal we got was a vegetarian burger, it was bad enough to where they couldnt eat it. The chips that came with the burger were nice though. Ive came here for drinks in the past and Id say its a great place for that especially the location but the first impression with food is not great unfortunately. I recommend the drinks but not the food.

I don't normally leave reviews however. The member of staff that served us was absolutely lovely. She explained the menu and how the bottomless worked. Unfortunately I have forgotten her name. But she was very friendly and made me and my friend very welcome. The food was great and the drinks was good definitely value for money. 100% one of the better bottomless brunches I've ever been on.

Really cute place, have one in York too super nice. Our server really was the star though, Greesh was so lovely and accommodating, she is absolutely stunning too! She really made our night! Only criticism is they need to accommodate to vegans and vegetarians more.

A beautiful canalside bar on two floors serving great food and selection of beverages, drinks and cocktails. Friendly accommodating staff, awesome atmosphere and positive with vibes.

Menu offers are inaccurate. Servers indifferent. Food lacking in quality. Do not recommend.

We called in after the F1 experience and Hallie gave a warm welcome and explained the children had to be out by 7pm but we had plenty of time to dine. Hallie was lovely and made sure everything was okay with prompt, friendly service.

we came for bottomless brunch and it was amazing so worth the money! i had the caesar salad and it was lovely! had about £300 worth of drinks for less than £150. we were served by greesh and she was so friendly and professional! thank you all!

Charlotte was great at looking after us. We enjoyed our food which was well prepared and tasty.

I visited on a Friday night with my partner. I am disabled: we reserved a table and once we got to the restaurant there was no table available for us. We had to change tables. We had a 8 ounce sirloin steak and a fish and chips. The fish was wrong on the menu by name we wanted cod it was haddock. They initially said they had cod then told us it was only haddock. However the fish and chips was fine. The steak however was very chewy but we didn’t complain about it. Although it wasn’t great. When it came to the bill we asked for our 30% reduction and the bill went up and then we had the surprise that you can’t use the 30 off meal along with 2 for 1 cocktails but in most restaurants we have 2 for 1 cocktails that is independent of any other offer hence what should have been a great experience ended up disappointing. Even more so now that we have brought two apartments in city centre Birmingham and go out regularly with or without my disability dog.

The food was lovely, one member of the party had multiple allergies Zee our waitress was really helpful and took us through the allergen matrix which is also easily accessible on their website. The food was well presented and flavoursome.

Only the second time here, this time for food before a show. Waitresses are never still. The atmosphere is really good. The food came out quick after ordering and hot. The service from both Charlotte and Hallie was attentive and polite.

Excellent work Christmas Bottomless Brunch! Great communication from booking process to acknowledging updates on numbers, nothing too much trouble. Welcoming friendly staff and the service was fantastic by Zee and colleagues. All drinks topped up promptly, attention to detail by all staff that a lot of establishments fail with ….especially with bottomless drinks! Will be returning again soon. Thank you Zee 😊
