Good deal of light bites on lunch menu with plenty of choice for veggies. Nice spot with view of canal. Staff member Caitlin was really friendly and helpful in getting us a space and high chair for our son. Thanks

An amazing bottomless brunch experience! We had the pleasure of being looked after by Charlotte. She was friendly, efficient and made sure we were constantly stocked with drinks! The food was delicious too! Highly recommend! We will be back :)

Great bar, loads of character and very popular too Seating available but get there early as you'll struggle to grab seats if you want them. Good music, chilled atmosphere. Bar can be busy, but the service is quick and efficient too.

Really nice bar set next to the canal. Set over two floors, so you can either be at canal level, or at street level with the adjacent bars. Great atmosphere and nice cocktails. Definitely worth a visit

Caitlin was amazing. Very friendly, polite and tentative. I have food allergies so she made sure everything we ordered was ok for me to eat and even suggested an alternative for something I couldn’t have. She also checked to make sure everything was ok once we had our order. Fantastic service from her.

I came to a phew pubs within brindly place to celebrate my new job with my boyfriend. My partner used to work at this pitcher and piano but after placing an order a supervisor (Sophie) told my boyfriend he couldn't be there. I asked to speak to the manager who could not give an appropriate explanation as to why he was banning ex-employees all I received was "he left on bad terms". The GM John was not willing to have a conversation with me or my partner. I wouldn't think that a GM would ban his ex-employees from entering as a customer over "bad terms". John's brother Angus was the previous GM.

A long time fan of Brindley place I've been here a few times. Not to understate it... i used to think it was the best in town but there are places nearby way better. Nice views of the canals and on a sunny day it's very nice to sit outside. Can be very busy so reservations are possible. Food menu seems to change each time I've been so that's nice but recently the focus is on a somewhat refined version of American fast food. Bbq saucy chicken and sticks and things like that... more and better gourmet options at nearby bar one with even better views but no outside seating.

All of the staff were so welcoming and helpful, and all had a friendly and happy attitude. We sat downstairs outside next to the canal and the area was super clean, and it was nice that the ashtrays were cleaned and didn’t smell like some places. Our drinks came out almost instantly and the food came out shortly after. Everything we ordered tasted amazing and was well presented. I’d recommended you to family and friends before we even left our table! We will 1000% be returning!

nice pleasant place, nice interior, comfortable to be in the middle, delicious food, reasonable prices beer is too expensive for me £7 a pint at the bar you have to wait a long time for beer to be poured, the bartender also told me the wrong price for beer, the wait for the food to be prepared was about 25 minutes, that’s a long time

Ridiculously overpriced food. A dry and tasteless burger with 1 sad piece of bacon, hardly any cheese, and no more than 10 chips. For almost £16!! Robbery!

Didn't eat so we can't comment on quality, but portion size to cost didn't appear value for money from what we saw. Bar and waiting staff friendly, polite and efficient, we were told we could sit anywhere without a reserved sign on and didn't have to wait long for any of our drinks. The cider was more expensive than we're used to paying but given where it is, pretty much what I'd have expected. I used the gents toilet on arrival, mentioned to the barman that one urinal appeared blocked and was on the verge of overflowing, an hour later it was still the same. We sat outside so noticed the warmth when we had cause to go inside, waiting staff were a hive of activity serving and clearing tables.

Was here with a group on Saturday daytime, sat outside. Waitress spilled a drink, went all over my leg and over some others. No problem accidents happen, but staff refused to offer a free drink and didn't even offer napkins to dry off!

Not a bad place to be down by the canal. Easygoing chillout spot. The service was quick, friendly and attentive. While we only ordered a couple of sides to nibble on, they were well made. Tripe cooked chips and beer battered onion rings were golden and crispy.

We went to your establissment on sunday evening to drink à glass and after we decided to eat. A girl takes our order and come back long time after to tell us that yhe kitchen is close and so that it's impossible to eat !

Come to have a beer in a quiet place. It was the right address. On the other hand, when we wanted to have dinner, things got complicated. Waitress who makes a face, who ends up taking the order and who comes back 10 minutes later to tell us that the kitchens were closed. It’s true that it was 8:30 p.m. What an idea to want to dine so late!! That said, she asks us if we want to eat something else and following our refusal, she clears the table and wipes it off. So head to the exit in search of a restaurant that accepts customers for dinner.

The best experience in a very long time. Our party was let down by another company and with no notice the bar accepted us as a walk in ( they were already overly booked) and accmodated us amazingly. The drinks were flowing , the food was superb and ALL the staff members had good hospitality. The manger Tyler/Taylor ( apologies I forget your name) attended to every detail we required as we were celebrating an 30th birthday. We loved your hosting and you truly saved our day. our server was also very attention to detail, who did not forget about us at all. The DJ played an variety of music which was lovely for everyone and overall the bar was very good vibes. The best brunch Ive had and certainly will be back. Thank you once again to everyone!!.
