Pitcher & Piano Birmingham is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed—perfect for brunch, evening drinks, or a night out. The food is consistently delicious, with a great variety of options, and the cocktails are top-notch. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel genuinely welcome. The canal-side location adds an extra touch of charm. Always a go-to spot when I’m in the city. Highly recommend!

Me and the girls came for a bottomless brunch at the Brindley Place branch in Birmingham. Our waitress Hallie was so attentive, friendly and on the ball and it just made our experience perfect! The food was amazing, and such great value for money. All of the above are reasons why we’d 100% come back for a bottomless ☺️

Shania was brilliant today. Getting the drinks in quickly and really super lovely to us all day. The food was a bit small (I ordered the eggs and avocado) and wasn't full of any nice flavour. I would have loved to sit outside on such a sunny day, but alas they only do it inside!

Don't go if you want conversation or starters served separately to main. If your happy to eat in a night club atmosphere this place is good for else avoid.

Friendly staff, good drinks, good value for money. Wasn’t sure how to inform staff of our arrival for our reservation, therefore seated ourselves and let them know upon drinks being brought to the table. Didn’t realise it was 241 cocktails, but they still brought out 2 cocktails. Would definitely return.

Service was fine, drinks a bit expensive but the £15 chilli nachos were the biggest rip off ever. The smallest amount of tasteless chilli and no cheese. Awful.

We went for a bottomless brunch and Zee was absolutely lovely. Even after a table of 11 booked last minute next to us, we felt our service was not affected! She always gave us a fresh bottle or Prosecco and made sure we had a drink. Absolutely lovely I could not recommend more!

Had a great experience at Pitcher and Piano in Brindleyplace recently. The chicken schnitzel was spot on—crispy, well-seasoned, and really satisfying. What made the visit even better was the service from Caitlin. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s always nice when someone genuinely goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Will definitely be coming back!

Great bar, loads of character and very popular too Seating available but get there early as you'll struggle to grab seats if you want them. Good music, chilled atmosphere. Bar can be busy, but the service is quick and efficient too.

Really nice bar set next to the canal. Set over two floors, so you can either be at canal level, or at street level with the adjacent bars. Great atmosphere and nice cocktails. Definitely worth a visit

I came to a phew pubs within brindly place to celebrate my new job with my boyfriend. My partner used to work at this pitcher and piano but after placing an order a supervisor (Sophie) told my boyfriend he couldn't be there. I asked to speak to the manager who could not give an appropriate explanation as to why he was banning ex-employees all I received was "he left on bad terms". The GM John was not willing to have a conversation with me or my partner. I wouldn't think that a GM would ban his ex-employees from entering as a customer over "bad terms". John's brother Angus was the previous GM.

A long time fan of Brindley place I've been here a few times. Not to understate it... i used to think it was the best in town but there are places nearby way better. Nice views of the canals and on a sunny day it's very nice to sit outside. Can be very busy so reservations are possible. Food menu seems to change each time I've been so that's nice but recently the focus is on a somewhat refined version of American fast food. Bbq saucy chicken and sticks and things like that... more and better gourmet options at nearby bar one with even better views but no outside seating.

Well worth a visit, drinks a tad expensive!

All of the staff were so welcoming and helpful, and all had a friendly and happy attitude. We sat downstairs outside next to the canal and the area was super clean, and it was nice that the ashtrays were cleaned and didn’t smell like some places. Our drinks came out almost instantly and the food came out shortly after. Everything we ordered tasted amazing and was well presented. I’d recommended you to family and friends before we even left our table! We will 1000% be returning!

nice pleasant place, nice interior, comfortable to be in the middle, delicious food, reasonable prices beer is too expensive for me £7 a pint at the bar you have to wait a long time for beer to be poured, the bartender also told me the wrong price for beer, the wait for the food to be prepared was about 25 minutes, that’s a long time
