Neelam was amazing manager very welcoming had a chat with the kids. There was 10 of us and we only waited 5 mins for a table very happy with the service thank you

The Customer service was really poor, booked a table , once we got there they had no idea it was booked?! the staff denied saying they was not expecting us, thankfully i had proof of the booking. even then they said oh u will need to wait until a table is free. it ruined the whole atmosphere for me. we then had to wait 10 mins to be seated which was ridiculous since I booked it for a certain time. The Desserts was lovely! 10/10 but I wouldn't visit again because of their Customer service.

I recently treated myself to the most incredible slice of Matilda cake at Haute Dolci in Star City, Birmingham. Hands down, it’s the best one I’ve tasted so far—the rich, chocolaty flavors and perfectly moist texture left me absolutely speechless. If you’re a dessert lover, this indulgent treat is an absolute must-try!

We had an amazing experience, the desserts were absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Shahan, who was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. He truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

We ordered a French toast and waffle for delivery to our hotel. I can say this is probably the best delivery dessert I have ever had! The way it was packaged was fantastic (everything was separate) The actual desserts were amazing esp the Belgian chocolate! We were so pleased with it and will defo want to come in person!!

This place is the so good for having nice treaty desert. The chocolate berry dessert is so good.And the chocolate cake is like a heaven treat.The staff are really nice and make their dessert so good to leave there in a good mood.

We got a seat fairly quickly. But then when we were ready to order, I had to try finding a waitress who was available to take our order. I ordered the chocolate platter for two-priced at 28 pounds. I find the chocolate dip was not of very good taste, mango piece were not sweet and brownies piece also were not of a nice taste. I did not like also the waffle pieces as the taste was not to my standard. Strawberries were good, as the marshmallow and flapjacks. Other persons with me ordered the "choco nut" cup. They liked it. Music was very loud. Only one toilet available for customers. Parking available nearby.

The food was absolutely delicious, it was mouth watering and they give you your money's worth.the atmosphere was so beautiful, it had flowers and it was a lovely pink , my daughter loved it,the service was average it wasn't to bad the people serving us was ok they did not have any issues. Overall it was a 4 out of 5

The server was Sofia and she was absolutely amazing made my night with family special definitely coming back for another celebration.

Great service today at Haute Dolci. Staff were amazing and accommodating, we were a large group of 16 they offered us the board room with extra seating. Shahan our server was quick and efficient. He made sure we had everything. Thanks again for a pleasant evening.

Went in for some desserts after a night out; the hot chocolate is pretty good, as was the crouffle. It's a straightforward dessert cafe, with a fancy interior, makes the place feel like a treat to visit.

I came out today for a break just to get some dessert with my freind and wanted to check out this place in star city i came in it was beautiful, so aestheticly pleasing and then i waited for a table and instantly was assisted with one took a seat and Neelam helped me a lot and got a table ready for me she was well mannered and very polite i ordered my food and received it very fast didn’t have to wait long at all and the team was so helpful, one of the waiters who served me helped me decide on what to eat and it was really nice i enjoyed my experience so much today really needed a break. Neelam and the team great work and the chefs for making some delicious food definitely come down here one of my favourite dessert shops now i will be coming down again.

We had a girls night out, 3 ladies enjoying a sweet treat with drinks, we opted for one pot of mint tea and a mocktail, fruits of the forest. We where taken upstairs to a lovely decorated area. Our server was the beautiful Alex, who took care of us attentively. The service was perfect, the food even better and the staff perfectly presentable. We will surely be visiting again!

Being a regular customer to this dessert place, very disappointed with their 'Matilda Cake' myself and our family have tried this dessert from multiple places along with the original location being in Dubai. The cake came out and was not even warm it was borderline frozen... The Matilda cake should be warm from the cake to the chocolate itself, there was not enough chocolate either, when the lady lifted the cake case to allow the chocolate to pour on top she said to 'record' all of us questioned to record what when there was not at all any chocolate there? Genuine advice for future matilda cakes or remove it from the menu: - Warm up the cake along with the chocolate no one wants to have one that is cold - Add a little bit more chocolate, whilst costs are high there is no reason to skimp out on chocolate when the price of the overall dessert is already staggering high compared to other places that do it for cheaper and better - Add ice cream to the dessert, paying for the cake along is a joke, when other places offer ice cream on the side - Change the cake supplier, as it tasted damp Regardless of what I have said, this place has never let us down for every other dessert but this one is by far the worst after trying everything off of the menu. We love Haute dolci and have recommended this place to all of our relatives / friends (which is at least over 100 people) and we all are regulars here. However this item needs to be either removed or improved, thank you.

Our favourite dessert spot. It was a busy Saturday evening and was my daughters birthday. Big shout out to Fahad who looked after us and made sure my daughter left happy!

The place , the food, the freshness of all the products and the drinks are very tasty I definitely recommend for a family visit especially with kids or even for a married couple is more than beautiful to spend some time there. First time here & left feeling I had a really good experience, it was very busy but the lady on the front desk was welcoming friendly and found us a table for two quickly …. Serving staff were nice, dessert was freshly prepared in front of you and you pay at the end … good layout and decor lovely … give the lady on the front a raise … her customer service was great

I recently visited this dessert place, and while the treats were decent, shockingly, they refuse to offer tap water to customers. Instead, they expect you to buy overpriced bottled water, which is a blatant cash grab. It's a basic courtesy for any restaurant to provide tap water, especially when you're ordering food. I won't be returning to a place that prioritizes profit over simple customer service. Very disappointing!

I been there on monday 21 Oct for my daughters birthday Shahan treated us v kindly and sweetly, he gave his best services and with his team made my daughters birday best by wishing because of Shahan services because he explain me how i can make my daughter birday special we were happy thankyou. All were professional and i always visited there with my daughter once and twice a month when we go to star city because she love to go there but this time we back v happy.

First time trying the matilda cake personally was too thick and the sauce could be improved so its more velvety. San Sebastian cake was very nice and the vanilla ice cream is a classic! Neelam Aziz provided very food customer service and looked after us well!

We loved the ambience and the desserts ordered will definitely come back again esp Mamtha who served us was wonderful and looked after us well.

Ordered Matilda cake was so so bad not worth it at all no sauce just plain cake with tiny sauce charging 16.5 pounds for it wasted my money :(

I visited Haute Dolci at Star City Birmingham and was appalled by the lack of hygiene and care. While having a strawberry dessert, I found a bug in the strawberries, which clearly hadn’t been washed properly. This raises serious concerns about the health and safety standards at this establishment. When I informed the staff, they seemed clueless. Although the manager did waive the bill, it feels like a small consolation when health is at stake. What’s the value of a free meal when customers’ safety is being compromised? I have also got video of the incident. I strongly believe that this situation warrants proper compensation and, more importantly, immediate action to improve food safety protocols to ensure customers are not exposed to health risks. I hope management takes this issue seriously to avoid such incidents in the future.

I have never seen a place like this...as soon as you walk in you are dribbling from the smell of chocolate and cookie dough! I wish HD sold candles. I had "I knead you" cookie dough and wooooow! Dessert heaven. Planning date again ASAP. Staff were incredible also. One member gave me a cup from the chocolate tap ♡

I visited haute dolci yesterday and the staff were brilliant friendly and made me feel welcomed and understanding of my allergy with nuts and made sure no nuts were in my milkshake so they made me plain milkshake which i loved strawberry with vanilla mixed with whipped cream on top and dessert they made for my family in front of me was amazing the way the they designed it i would highly recommebd haute dolci birmingham

Very clean place with nice seating. Top quality desserts and excellent service. The daquiris and mojitos need abit more flavour other then that cookie doughs are extremely small cpuld do with a bigger portion the price you pay.

I am highly recommending this place, I had my baby gender reveal party at Haute Dolci, Star City Birmingham. Best service ever, we have booked the private room upstairs, we were allowed to decorate it a few hours before the party started and we had full privacy. We were about 13 people, the order came very quickly and nothing missing, it also came for all of us at the same time. The staff was very friendly, Neelam and Neha made sure we get the best service. Thank you for your this day, we had the best experience 💖
