Neelam was our host and delivered exceptional customer service :)

Shahan was amazing and accommodating, he was very friendly with excellent customer service!! He made our experience 100 times better. We came out for a family treat and he helped when it was needed.

Amazing experience! 10/10 would recommend, pritee was very helpful especially with allergens. The Toffee sauce was to die for!

So overall the food was good but the service from the manager (dont know her name but she was older maybe in her 40s and a hijabi) was so rude especially to my friend who was in a wheelchair firstly when we went to pay the bill we asked to split it as we were in a group of 6 and most places do this now she rudely said next time we should mention that first which i don’t see how it makes a difference and then just dumped the card machines in-front of us to pay. We left the shop but were still outside when my friend in the wheelchair said he needed the toilet and as we were paying customers we saw no harm in heading back in as we had literally just exited and the toilet was accessible, she spoke in such a rude manner to my friend and brushed him off saying the toilets will be so busy now so he decided to go elsewhere. The shop wasn’t even very busy at the time we went either, so that cannot be a valid reason for this service. I think its such a shame her salty attitude has really put a bad taste in our mouth and we will not be returning.

I loved my time at Haute Dolci! I was met by the host Shumi at the door, she was so welcoming and had a smile on her face, she seated me and friends upstairs in private dining. Shahaan took our order and he was very attentive. Pritee and Neha were very friendly and served us very quickly. I had an Oreo milkshake and it was blended to perfection, the kunafa croffle was also made beautifully. Thank you everyone for making my friends birthday very special!! I definitely recommend this place and will be back

Excellent place to eat and unwind with good company. Special mention goes to their ice cream which genuinely is a highlight. Aside from the excellent waffles and cookie dough, I'll get a hacked version of an affogato with a shot of espresso poured onto a scoop of ice cream. Superb stuff

2025 update: excellent customer service, delightful aesthetics and excellent desserts, what more is there to say! Still, highly recommended General points Excellent location, easy access to motorways, lots of car parking and the usual Star City entertainment! Excellent customer service, friendly staff and quick turn around. The staff even allocated a space for us to queue inside even though it was so busy. This was a real relief as we have a young family. Thank you very much for your friendly professional courtesy. The restaurant was clean, well stocked organised and COVID aware. Excellent menu, professional, delicious and sensible price. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Zaid who was our waiter, he patiently explained everything to us, really bonded with the children and was an absolute pleasure. Thank you very very much, hope to see you soon. Highly recommended to all.

I went to Haute Dolci with friends to celebrate my birthday. Since our group was large, we were seated upstairs in a private room. Neelam was very accommodating in serving us, explaining everything about the menu and facilitating the service. Everyone was satisfied and I certainly recommend it to anyone who enjoys desserts and sweets.

An exceptional experience from start to finish! We were welcomed and looked after by Shahan, who was absolutely outstanding. Kind, attentive, and highly professional, he made sure we were comfortable and took care of us throughout the entire meal. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and served at the perfect temperature. Every detail was clearly thought through — both in the kitchen and in the service. A big thank you to Shahan and the whole team for such a memorable moment. I highly recommend this restaurant, whether you’re coming as a couple, with friends, or with family. The setting is beautiful and the atmosphere very warm.

The fudge cake—absolutely divine! It was rich, sweet, and perfectly moist, with just the right balance of sweetness and deep chocolate flavor. Every bite melted in my mouth, especially when paired with the creamy scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. It was the perfect way to end an already wonderful Iftar time. Went here on a night out with friends and thoroughly enjoyed my meal . It was a lovely atmosphere and we had a great waitress, Alex, who made sure we were looked after and provided great service.

Me and my sisters came to Haute Dolci to order Kunafa and strawberry chocolate. The staff was very friendly and helpful during the order. We was served by staff Shahan who was helpful during making the orders and items on the menu would recommend coming again :)

Super friendly staff and food was amazing would definitely come again.

I had a strawberry kunafa cup, but it didn't taste anything like kunafa since they used vermicelli instead of the actual kadayif. The chocolate melted at first but hardened really quickly. Was it worth over £11? Not at all. Other places do it better, or you could just make it at home.
