Haute Dolci in Birmingham

Our favourite dessert spot. It was a busy Saturday evening and was my daughters birthday. Big shout out to Fahad who looked after us and made sure my daughter left happy!

The place , the food, the freshness of all the products and the drinks are very tasty I definitely recommend for a family visit especially with kids or even for a married couple is more than beautiful to spend some time there. The staff are very friendly and welcoming Neelan and Sofi was the one that took care of us❤️❤️❤️thank you 👌🏼

First time here & left feeling I had a really good experience, it was very busy but the lady on the front desk was welcoming friendly and found us a table for two quickly …. Serving staff were nice, dessert was freshly prepared in front of you and you pay at the end … good layout and decor lovely … give the lady on the front a raise … her customer service was great

I recently visited this dessert place, and while the treats were decent, shockingly, they refuse to offer tap water to customers. Instead, they expect you to buy overpriced bottled water, which is a blatant cash grab. It's a basic courtesy for any restaurant to provide tap water, especially when you're ordering food. I won't be returning to a place that prioritizes profit over simple customer service. Very disappointing!

I been there on monday 21 Oct for my daughters birthday Shahan treated us v kindly and sweetly, he gave his best services and with his team made my daughters birday best by wishing because of Shahan services because he explain me how i can make my daughter birday special we were happy thankyou. All were professional and i always visited there with my daughter once and twice a month when we go to star city because she love to go there but this time we back v happy.

I went to Haute Dolci for my sister's birthday, the venue is immaculate, the Desserts were impeccable, the service was spectacular, Neelam is an amazing manager she went above and beyond for my sisters special day and her team were so accommodating thank you for making my sisters Birthday so Memorable.

First time trying the matilda cake personally was too thick and the sauce could be improved so its more velvety. San Sebastian cake was very nice and the vanilla ice cream is a classic! Neelam Aziz provided very food customer service and looked after us well!

Ordered Matilda cake was so so bad not worth it at all no sauce just plain cake with tiny sauce charging 16.5 pounds for it wasted my money :(

I visited Haute Dolci at Star City Birmingham and was appalled by the lack of hygiene and care. While having a strawberry dessert, I found a bug in the strawberries, which clearly hadn’t been washed properly. This raises serious concerns about the health and safety standards at this establishment. When I informed the staff, they seemed clueless. Although the manager did waive the bill, it feels like a small consolation when health is at stake. What’s the value of a free meal when customers’ safety is being compromised? I have also got video of the incident. I strongly believe that this situation warrants proper compensation and, more importantly, immediate action to improve food safety protocols to ensure customers are not exposed to health risks. I hope management takes this issue seriously to avoid such incidents in the future.

We went as a group of 5, the desserts were amazing and the mocktails were not only stunning but delicious too. The Nutella milk cake was a favourite in particular.

I have never seen a place like this...as soon as you walk in you are dribbling from the smell of chocolate and cookie dough! I wish HD sold candles. I had "I knead you" cookie dough and wooooow! Dessert heaven. Planning date again ASAP. Staff were incredible also. One member gave me a cup from the chocolate tap ♡

Neelam is so lovely. always makes me comfortable and she is very friendly. Neelam will always have a smile on her face and she delivers exceptional customer service!

We were served by Neelam who was exceptional and accommodated all of our requests. The food was absolutely delicious and we will be coming back soon!

Neelam recommended the newly introduced Matilda cake which was very nice. Not too sweet or sickly. She took our order promptly and provided very friendly customer service.

Star city branch- Very disappointed. Went to go in at their open time (1pm) only for them to tell me "no we're not open, there will be a 20min delay cus we haven't done the preps" Very unprofessional!

The service was excellent, and the hot drinks were perfect as well as the dessert. I highly recommend visiting if you want to have a great time. I want to say thank you to the staff, especially Neelam.

I visited haute dolci yesterday and the staff were brilliant friendly and made me feel welcomed and understanding of my allergy with nuts and made sure no nuts were in my milkshake so they made me plain milkshake which i loved strawberry with vanilla mixed with whipped cream on top and dessert they made for my family in front of me was amazing the way the they designed it i would highly recommebd haute dolci birmingham

Very clean place with nice seating. Top quality desserts and excellent service. The daquiris and mojitos need abit more flavour other then that cookie doughs are extremely small cpuld do with a bigger portion the price you pay.

I am highly recommending this place, I had my baby gender reveal party at Haute Dolci, Star City Birmingham. Best service ever, we have booked the private room upstairs, we were allowed to decorate it a few hours before the party started and we had full privacy. We were about 13 people, the order came very quickly and nothing missing, it also came for all of us at the same time. The staff was very friendly, Neelam and Neha made sure we get the best service. Thank you for your this day, we had the best experience 💖

Nice and clean with spacious booths. Good menu and they do san sebastian cheesecake. Sometimes they can take a long time to get something out even when it's not busy.

We went to celebrate our 11 year wedding anniversary and it was perfection from the moment we entered to the moment we left. The manager, Neelam was so welcoming and made the experience truly memorable. I was met by Alex upon my initial visit and she, along with another staff member, were so kind and professional. They made us feel incredibly comfortable and happy to be there. As it was our first time here, we asked for recommendations on the desserts and everything recommended was out of this world! Simply delicious. I will certainly be revisiting Haute Dolci with the rest of my family! 10/10 for experience, food and atmosphere.

Went there on a sunday, it was very busy but they managed to accomodate 10 of us at short notice, ordered waffles and crepes which were lovely, Neelam was fantastic, 10/10 all round, would recommend

On arrival me and my son waited approximately 8 minutes before someone even acknowledged us the time of arrival 4.55pm. There was tables available 3 tables for seating of 2 people's. The fact the lady staff member made numerous eye contact but didn't even smile nor say " I will be with you shortly " was not good customer service !!!!! After 4 ladies walk in behind us did we get approached and told to take a seat now I can't help feeling that this was only because the other 4 customers walked in that we was even spoken too. I decided not to eat here as that kind of service is not what I would expect given the kind of image it has. Customer service is key to any business and a happy customer it's all about the experience.

Great dessert here and the decor is nice, however if you go on a busy evening, you can't hear yourself think; it gets very loud.

A wonderful find on our way back from a day out! We were welcomed very warmly by Neelam and shown to a lovely secluded booth. Service was swift and professional and all staff encountered were helpful and friendly. Will return on our next trip past Star City!

We got the private room for a party of 13. Neelam was very attentive and checked on us a couple times. Our server Neha was beyond helpful. We used the 2 hour private room and was even given an extra 30mins! 100% recommend and will definitely be back!

The reception was amazing, very friendly atmosphere and their 🍸 🍸 🍸 are amazing. The best pina colada I've ever had. The red velvet cake was so tasty as well.

I’ve been with my friends this evening for something sweet, this place is quite nice, the service was ok but slow even with 3 tables in the restaurant, the pancakes really nice, “ come get me “ sponge chocolate cake was okay isshh and surprising my pina colada was really nice ( I also had to wait for my drink while my friends were enjoying theirs drinks )… Also the total was £58 ( a bit too much for 3 mocktails and 3 desserts …I also checked online for the prices and surprisingly was a total of £46.20 - just wondering how much is the service charge here since we haven’t received our bill - 20% service charge for what ?!). Next time I will double check and make sure that I will have the bill even if they are not too excited about giving the bill to the customers.

The desserts were lovely. Love the fact that there are several vegan options, very inclusive. The service was brilliant, Sophia served us and was extremely pleasant and attentive and Halima was lovely too.

Obviously the desserts were first class, lovely seating and a very generous establishment. The staff were attentive, however, the front of house Neelam was considerate from the point we stepped through the front door. Unfortunately, a group of men were trying to jump the queue past me and my children, they were too rowdy for my liking and were swearing in front of my children. Neelam remained fair and did everything possible to ensure we were not affected by their behaviour. It’s such a shame they were disrespectful, though Neelam was professional throughout the whole situation on an extremely busy night. My children were glad she was able to help us and say she was a kindhearted lady. We will be back no doubt whenever we return to Brum!

Desserts were lovely ! Neelam at the front was fantastic and ensured that our experience was perfect! She’s extremely caring and lovely towards customers and was doing everything she could to make sure everything was on point.

Delicious dessert! We had the Nutella milk cake and pistachio ice cream absolutely unique and decadent. Great service from Neha Gosar, really polite and helpful. All the staff were busy at making everyone welcome. Everything was served in a sparkling speedy way. Made for a great treat with gorgeous setting.

Visually appealing in decor and lighting. Greeted beautifully by staff on arrival. 3 of us were guided to seats immediately and kindly moved to booth seats within minutes for an even more luxurious dining experience by manager. Delectable Pancakes and Waffles, but I'll definitely get the Cinnamon Toast next time as it tasted exceptional!

Spot on service and amazing quality deserts and drinks given. The chocolate sauce was amazing and the milk cake sponge was spot on and tasted amazing.

We had pistachio, coconut and hazelnut gelato. The nutty trio. The hazelnut was very smooth. The pistachio had bits of nuts in it. They were ok, the taste got tiresome after a little while but it was about £2.30 a scoop. The chocolate triangle had an unpleasant texture.

Loved their tropical crust drink. It was really nice! San Sebastian Cheesecake was ok.

It was a good experience. We had wonderful time there. Especially we got to enjoy the family seat. So neat and tidy. Loved the ambience. Service is good. We've been taken care of Sofie, she was amazing. She kept on checking us for the whole time. We had the best service. Even the person at the reception is so welcoming and smiling. I.loved their hospitality. Creative menu. We had "An offer she can't refuse, An offer he can't refuse". It was good . Plenty of parking, free in the star city mall.

Had a private dining experience for my sisters bridal shower. We were looked after by Neelam and Momta so well. It was beautiful and they let us decorate the room how we wanted. My sister absolutely loved the surprise and I would definitely recommend this place for the private dining experience upstairs!

Polite people very helpful lovely food

It was our first time here, and this was by far the best dessert places we have tried. Their san sebastian cake was the best. We were treated warmly by the staff here, especially Neelam.

The chef was really great at his job - Adeel. Had pancakes and a cake. Pancakes were made fresh to perfection and tasted amazing. The staff - just one male working - in general were welcoming and polite. Very nice desert place. Would recommend. You do need a separate facility for toilets though - one shared toilet is not hygenic or useful.

Went on a weekend and even though the parking lot was very busy we were quickly seated. Had 2 cookie doughs, a mocktails and s'mores milkshake, all of them were amazing! The cookie dough came with melted chocolate and ice cream and the presentation of the food was great! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The building itself is really nice, lovely decor. A great experience and will definitely go back!

Great food options. Service was a bit lacking. The girl helping us kept booking at herself in the mirror and not paying attention. This meant we had to keep telling her what it was we were wanted. I was about to tell her how pretty she is so she can stop looking in the mirror but I thought not to. Knocked one star off because of that. None the less, well Be back!

Went for desserts with friends, Excellent customer service from Fahad, made us feel welcome and was very attentive as were the other staff. I’ve been here a few times for takeaways and dining in. My experience has always been pleasant, found the staff to be friendly and portions of their desserts to be generous. I’d highly recommend!

I visit quite often and do love this desert place however, yesterday evening they forgot a milkshake we ordered and after asking three waiters about it we were told it was coming. Whilst everyone else on our table had their food, we were then told that it was accidently given to another table and then had to repeatedly ask for our milkshake for one of the waiters to then come to our table and tell us they've accidently made an extra milkshake and ask if we wanted it. We ordered a strawberry milkshake and was then handed the accidently made kinder Buenos milkshake which was different to what we had ordered. It didn't make sense for the waiters to make up stories when they could have just apologised for forgetting the original milkshake and then make the one we had asked for. It was quite unprofessional to be exact. We were put into a booth on the ground table and couldn't go all the way around either as the seats had chocolate smothered into them.

Great atmosphere, very nice decor the room was very inviting. The area was clean and the service was pretty good, Neha Gosar recommended my meal and I have to say it was delicious. I thought the portions would have been quite small but it was great. The food was quite pricey in comparison to other dessert places, there are a range of options from cheesecake to pancakes so bring your sweet tooth. Very easy 5 stars, would definitely recommend you try it out.

My experience here was amazing, the desserts were incredibly tasty! There was an incredible worker, Oumayma who always was down to earth with us. Oumayma was incredibly patient and thoughtful when it came to us ordering! Overall, this place was amazing and full of thoughtful and kind workers.

I visited with the family and Neha who served us was very helpful. She seated us in a private dining area and regularly checked on us. To add to this the croffle were the best we have had. Overall this was a great experience and will be visiting again.
