Great Coffee with friendly staff who were very welcoming. Handy for the bus station as well. First visit but I will be back.

Jayden and the team were amazing. We arrived before our booking to ask for a special table cloth, serviettes and photo place mats to be on our table pre our arrival so that the birthday girl would be surprised when we arrived and it was all set out as expected. The service was very excellent. Thank you Jayden for a fantastic evening.

Lovely little hotel, the bed was very comfy. We stayed in the family room. Cot was provided and a double pull out sofa bed for other child. We checked in after a long day at Longleat safari and it was so nice to enter a room that was comftable, clean and felt homely. Lovely little finishing touches like chocolates on the bed and mini fridge with waters and orange juice. Breakfast was so much better than what I was expecting. Would love to stay again, really recommend

Good simple food but superb. Excellent quality products used ie sausages, baguettes, bacon etc. been visiting for lunch a couple of times a week for a while now and never disappointed. Owners and staff very welcoming and pleasant. Devastated to learn today that they’re closing down a week on Sunday. I’m away next week so will miss the opportunity to go every day until they close! 😩

After noting my name and seating preference, the waitress left me standing without leading me to my table. They also did not bring over the menu so I had to get up to ask for it. I ordered light - some focaccia and fire-roasted tomatoes. Instead of a dipping plate, they brought out a ramekin filled to the brim with olive oil with a thin layer of balsamic at the bottom. Trying to grab even a smidge of balsamic was like trying to fish for buried treasure. I had to drain 90% of the contents before I could get a reasonable volume of oil that wouldn't leave my bread oversaturated. But in the end, it wouldn't have mattered since the bread was growing stale. The fire-roasted tomatoes were also not impressive as they tasted like they just came out of a jar preserved in oil. Normally I wouldn't make such a fuss over this, but this was a restaurant within a spa, where I was fully expecting to treat myself to an escape. On that note, the waitress informed me at the end of my meal that I had to pay before I entered the spa. At this point, I was all suited up in my spa robes so you could imagine my annoyance as I had to make the trip back to the changing room to fetch my wallet, go back to the restaurant to pay, and head back to the changing room to store my wallet before having to walk past the restaurant once more to enter the spa. This should have been made far smoother by deferring all payments to the end of the spa experience.

Cozy and upscale pub, nice selection of hearty pub grub and a warm cozy dining area to enjoy the meal. It did take a good 5 passes of serving staff before someone acknowledged us waiting at the restaurant reception to sign into our booking, but perhaps it was a busy nice as the service otherwise was great.

6 People Dining. 4 enjoyable meals. 2 not so. Avoid steak. Not the best and was not cooked how requested. Waitress spilled drink all over one of our guests back. Didn't acknowledge it or apologise. Until the rest of the group were in stitches laughing at the carry on. OK food. Nothing exciting.

Nothing wrong with food or service, but what a joke, calling yourselves a sports bar but then having a quiz take over all screens on a Friday night at 7:30 when sport events are kicking off. Absolutely laughable
