Great Coffee with friendly staff who were very welcoming. Handy for the bus station as well. First visit but I will be back.

Stop serving food at 8.....why not make that clear online. Not hard to do. And yes Google does allow you to list open times and kitchen time separately. Really good to see you argue with customers that leave a bad review. Very professional. Even funnier that you are wrong.

Jayden and the team were amazing. We arrived before our booking to ask for a special table cloth, serviettes and photo place mats to be on our table pre our arrival so that the birthday girl would be surprised when we arrived and it was all set out as expected. The service was very excellent. Thank you Jayden for a fantastic evening.

We (myself, husband, our newborn, 2 family members and their 2 children) stopped at the Bath Arms after a lovely walk around shearwater. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. The service was unbelievably wonderful, very chatty and attentive. As for the food, wow! The food was incredible and very generous with the portions. We had fish and chips, plus pizzas and the puddings were unreal, all for a reasonable price. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely little hotel, the bed was very comfy. We stayed in the family room. Cot was provided and a double pull out sofa bed for other child. We checked in after a long day at Longleat safari and it was so nice to enter a room that was comftable, clean and felt homely. Lovely little finishing touches like chocolates on the bed and mini fridge with waters and orange juice. Breakfast was so much better than what I was expecting. Would love to stay again, really recommend

The Bradley Hare is an elegant enterprise but tends to cater for diners and private parties rather than dog walkers looking for a pint and a sandwich; indeed the lunchtime snack menu is almost non existent. On occasions the bar closes completely to facilitate private functions. In short, the Bradley Hare is perhaps more of a "restaurant with rooms" rather than a traditional hostelry.

It is such a lovely, friendly cafe at Shearwater Lake. We come here often for some drinks, cake or ice creams. The owners bake all their own cakes. They also have an ice cream whippy machine for a '99' with a flake. Absolutely delicious!! Their daily menu is vast. A lovely walk also around part of the lake. The cafe is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We're looking forward to our next visit soon.

After noting my name and seating preference, the waitress left me standing without leading me to my table. They also did not bring over the menu so I had to get up to ask for it. I ordered light - some focaccia and fire-roasted tomatoes. Instead of a dipping plate, they brought out a ramekin filled to the brim with olive oil with a thin layer of balsamic at the bottom. Trying to grab even a smidge of balsamic was like trying to fish for buried treasure. I had to drain 90% of the contents before I could get a reasonable volume of oil that wouldn't leave my bread oversaturated. But in the end, it wouldn't have mattered since the bread was growing stale. The fire-roasted tomatoes were also not impressive as they tasted like they just came out of a jar preserved in oil. Normally I wouldn't make such a fuss over this, but this was a restaurant within a spa, where I was fully expecting to treat myself to an escape. On that note, the waitress informed me at the end of my meal that I had to pay before I entered the spa. At this point, I was all suited up in my spa robes so you could imagine my annoyance as I had to make the trip back to the changing room to fetch my wallet, go back to the restaurant to pay, and head back to the changing room to store my wallet before having to walk past the restaurant once more to enter the spa. This should have been made far smoother by deferring all payments to the end of the spa experience.

We went for Sunday lunch 6th October 2024 and were blown away by how amazing it was. I am super fussy, not about food but the quality, taste, quality of ingredients etc. Everything about our lunch was more than 10/10 and I never say this. We often come away having paid a lot for food, and whilst not cheap end it was worth every penny. The service was excellent, table spotless and there is nothing to be negative about.

Stopped off for a late lunch/early dinner. So much to choose from. Had the steak and ale pie with mash and the steak and kidney pudding with mash. Both delicious, hot and plentiful. Amazing value for money. Staff very attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Lovely place for families, dog friendly too. 5 star on all fronts.

Easy online ordering with QR code at table. Food came out quickly, drinks are a bit pricey (£7.50 for a pint of Madri!) but perfect for watching sports. Huge TV screens and also loads of smaller ones at individual tables. Nice outdoor terrace seating & also soft play area for kids
