Food was lovely with a joyous atmosphere. The waitress Jade was incredible, super friendly, polite, knowledgeable and fantastic service.

Came here recently and found the food and service really good with a lovely ambience. Definitely recommend a visit

We have so far had breakfast here yesterday. Delicious and generous portions. Today, we have dined with two 18 years and a ten year old and us the adults. Food amazing. We were served by Jade and Tia. Excellent service. Everyone was friendly. Nothing was too much to ask. We will be back for breakfast

We dined today for afternoon tea with 4 adults and a baby. Being inside the plaza is quite warm so we asked for a cooler table which we were given and it was perfect. The afternoon tea was different and not as you expect as it’s not your typical selection but it was nice. The in laws had traditional and we had the Camembert one. The first Camembert wasn’t great, but the service was incredible. It was very quickly removed and replaced with another one which was very tasty and cooked perfectly! Cannot fault the food or service, the staff were lovely and very attentive. Overall wonderful visit.

Samantha was really friendly, helpful and kind. Her additional knowledge of the rest of the park was extremely helpful too. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we felt relaxed and cared for. She made the experience at Cafe Rouge a welcoming one and my husband and I will definitely go back when celebrating our 35th anniversary in April.

Jade was an incredible waitress, very attentive and helped me secure a bottle of wine rather than a glass in convincing my partner! The manager Jon made us way round and was very chatty which is always welcoming! Food was delicious too!

We went to Cafe rouge on our trip to Centerparcs this evening. Unfortunately my 2yr old son was unwell whilst we were at the restaurant. The staff could not have been more helpful, understanding and kind. They cleared the table and area, offered to re prepare our food (which was going cold after we saw to our son), asked how he was and checked in with us often. The staff were even so kind to go out of their way to get my son a centreparcs bear to cuddle, as his needed a wash. 10/10 customer service, family focused and genuinely nice people who saw a family having a tough time and went out of their way to help and be kind. Thank you to all the staff who helped us this evening!

A lovely breakfast just had by our family. Food perfect and Jon couldn't do enough for us. Unpleasant family at the next table who complained about everything and treated staff like slaves and left their table as though a bunch of 5 year olds had been there. They handled it beautifully so all credit to them for that also.

Had an early evening meal with my mum and toddler while staying at center parcs for the week. It was my mums birthday and Samantha and her colleague really made it special.

We had Samantha book us in, which was great as other restaurants on site said we had to go to guest services to book, or online. Samantha was cheerful and happy to help. Giving us recommendations. The food and wine recommendations were stunning! And Samantha was glad to hear we especially enjoyed the wine she had recommended. Emily was the server who brought our food out, and had a lovely smiley face.

Abi was great and made it really fun for us. We had some pro tips on what to get up to while at Longleat! Thankyou Abi!!!

Jon was really patient, helpful and went out of his way to give us the best service possible at Cafe Rouge Centre Parcs. I have a nut allergy and I was well informed on allergy information for all of the dishes and he communicated with me well at every stage of the meal to ensure I had a safe experience. The service was exceptional, however Cafe Rouge offers very limited options that cater for a nut allergy since the new information surrounding mustard, and this could definitely be improved. Big thanks to Jon for looking after us!

Cafe rouge always has a great menu with wonderful choices, it also serves Stella which has now been removed from most pubs! We were served by Simon & Amy who were both so lovely & friendly. The food is so good.

While we have enjoyed better food at alternative Cafe Rouge restaurants, our experience at this one was made special by our host Jon! A true asset to both this specific restaurant and to the Cafe Rouge chain in general! Welcoming, kind, professional and funny! Nothing was too much trouble! The man deserves a pay rise! We'll be back!

Our server Jon was so lovely and ensured we were well fed by recommending starters and sides that we usually wouldn’t have thought of. The food and drinks were really quick and tasty, my steak was perfect. A lovely experience for our family, thank you Jon!

What a fabulous evening my family has experienced in Cafe Rouge. The food and service was incredible. A special mention for Julia our server, who was so cheerful and efficient

Waited 2 hours for food. Food was awful. No communication from staff about the delay. Watched while drinks sat on the bar for 10 minutes waiting to be picked up. Waiting Staff didn't clear tables and were rude when we asked them. Food came at all different times and none of the kids liked the food. If you are holidaying with young children I would not take a chance with this one, would highly recommend the other restaurants there instead.

Cannot fault our experience here. Stayed at center parcs from the Friday and are leaving on the Friday. We came here at approximately 17:00 after a day at Longleat Safari park with a sleeping child in tow. Firstly, the food was top tier. We have eaten at all restaurants at a fair few center parcs round the country and this one was among the top 3 from memory. We had pâté for starters (chicken liver), chicken pie and duck confit for mains and lemon tart + apple pie for dessert. All of which were wonderfully cooked, seasoned and of a reasonable size for a three course meal. Special credits to the duck which, despite its relative ease to cook, a lot of restaurants get very wrong. Secondly, the service was also top notch. Our waitress, Scarlet went above and beyond for us. Firstly finding off menu wine pairings as my first choice wasn’t available, being attentive and pleasant all round. Special thanks to her for helping me and my wife have a lovely, quiet evening. Will always recommend visiting this wonderful restaurant in such a wonderful family holiday destination.

The service, particularly from the lovely, friendly, helpful Jon and the quick , efficient Scarlett was great. The food was fine but the kid’s Mac cheese was tiny and left one of our kids still hungry. Jon and Scarlett quickly got her another portion for free and made sure it arrived really quickly. The atmosphere is lovely because you’re inside the dome and it’s like eating in a cafe in the jungle. It’s a little bit magic. The only down side of that the vegan options are very limited (2 mains and 1 pudding) but we all had the burger and it was nice enough. Weirdly, their sweet potato fries are not vegan. What do they do, cook them in blood! Cafe Rouge gets a bad rep but this was actually really nice.

We was greated by the wonderful host Emily, who could not do more for us! She is fantastic, food was quick, tasty and the atmosphere perfect!

Wonderful experience at Cafe Rouge in Center Parcs Longleat. The manager Jon shifted the tables so my family could join my wife and I in a very busy restaurant. The staff were all attentive and helpful. We all enjoyed our meal and hope to return one day soon, not too far away. Thank you.

Overall a disappointing experience, alot of money for NOT a great meal! We spent a total of £77 for that we received three very small pieces of baguette for a baked Camembert along with a rock solid scone. I have experienced better standards in other cafes/restaurants for half the price. Server polite and helpful when we asked for more bread also got us a fresh scone after we pointed out it was like a rock. Unfortunately he was also leaning over us constantly toucing everything on the table keeping on when we were clearly wanting to be left to it. Food was OK but overall my partner and I wouldn't return nor recommend.

We recently had an exceptional experience at Cafe Rouge. We visited the cafe late at night and found ourselves in a bit of a bind when we needed milk for our baby. Jon, one of the staff members, kindly helped us. Despite the late hour and the fact that the cafe was closing, Jon went out of his way to help us, providing the milk free of charge. The following morning, we returned for breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere welcoming. To top it off, the staff made my wife’s birthday special with exceptional service. Thank you, Jon, and the entire Cafe Rouge team, for turning a potentially stressful situation into a heartwarming experience and for making my wife’s birthday memorable.

I went to center parcs with my family and we decided to try Cafe’ Rouge for lunch. The first thing that I can say : amazing service .. fast and lovely… a big thank you to Zoe … she is special. The second thing … food was AMAZING!!! Well presented, hot and lush !! Everything was good… I loved my pink steak baguette. My husband ordered the Demi poulet … cooked to perfection and very juicy. We will definitely come back next time. Thank you all Cafe’ Rouge staff ❤️

Had an incredible meal at cafe rouge! Service was 10/10 and we had Mac n cheese and the demi poulet. The Mac n cheese was delicious and the sauce that was poured over the top of the demi was tasty. Would definitely recommend

This restaurant is truly top-notch. All of our items were fabulous - beef bourguignon, sea bass, chocolate fondant, and sticky toffee pudding. Jon was amazing. He was engaging and by the end of the evening, we were fast friends. A very enjoyable experience.

Food was poor, there was hair in the mac and cheese, I’m sure 99% of the food is frozen and or microwaved. Service was good and the situation was dealt with very well. Very pricey for what it is. Il get better food in a normal cafe. Cafe Rouge restaurant are usually very good with their food but this might be because it’s in center parcs.

Rude manager. Refuse to seat us saying the place was full when there are loads of empty table. May be its because we have a wheelchair user, definitely discrimination. AVOID

Food has gone down hill in the last few year and prices have increased. Some dishes taste very pre made and reheated. Portion sizes have gone down.

Food is serviceable, very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and the service is excellent - Jade (our server) was awesome and really accommodating for a 70th birthday. Would definitely visit again.

We've eaten at Cafe Rouge all over the country so assumed it was a safe bet. Off to a bad start when the waitress didn't know any of the wine list, the assistant manager tried to palm us off with squash instead of the advertised cartons for the kids meal, and took 4 trips to the till to take our order as he "doesn't use an iPad". We shared a flatbread, which was the only enjoyable part of the meal. 3 beef bourguignon were chewy, bland and really poor overall. The truffle burger was overcooked but the kids fish goujons were actually ok. We were offered a free dessert (sticky toffee pudding) which was average and got a cold kids brownie (which apparently is supposed to be cold - first time for everything). Waiting times between courses were substantial and no one in sight for 10mins+ when it came time to pay. Terrible experience in all regards. Same assistant manager admitted "it all comes vacuum packed". £20 a pop for a microwave meal - save yourself the money and buy one from the onsite shop. It'll taste better too!

Thank you to the wonderful waiter Jonathan. Made our mothers day breakfast so nice. Great with the kids and attentive to the table. We even got to see inside the kitchen! Food itself was OK, not much taste. Overal really good.
