Food and wine - very good for the price. My nut allergy was no problem and handled without making me feel like a pariah (no flags in my food for once - superb!) But we would like to particularly commend the service - thanks Scarlet! We were somewhat annoying: a request to move tables for different "lighting" 😌 and "any chance of no mushrooms in the Poulet Breton?" But you accommodated us with patience and your dessert recommendation was spot on.

Chose Café Rouge as part of our spa break package as we've always been happy with them. Delighted with our choice as the food and staff were brilliant. Scarlet was our server along with another lady whose name we didn't catch. Both were excellent and we will definitely choose this restaurant again.

Staff all extremely friendly and helpful. Our waitress was Ester, she was lovely. Food was good to. They could have a bit more exciting menu for 10year old kids though. In the end ours ate from main menu.

Me and my partner came multiple times during our stay at Centre Parcs back in November. Each time we were greeted by some of the best service we’ve ever received at a restaurant. Now, there were a few issues with the cut of steak I had being quite tough and when I brought this up I believe it was the assistant manager although I’m not great with names, he was relentless about ensuring I got the absolute most out of my meal and enjoyed it at all costs! So he offered us free deserts, and meal replacement for myself (which was perfect), although my partners meal was great so I think I just didn’t get the best cut of steak which is out of the chefs control. Needless to say, it’s the best place to eat at Centre Parcs. And service was 5⭐️

We visit Cafe Rouge daily as part of our annual Centerparcs Longleat holiday. We are always greeted by a friendly face and have enjoyed and would recommend both breakfast, dinner and afternoon tea! A shout out and thank you to Zoe one of the staff who has been there for many years, who always remembers us and is particularly great at her job! Top marks Cafe Rouge and see you next year Zoe from the family in Devon!! 😘🩷

Simon was a lovely waiter, and the food was excellent 👌.

I came to this restaurant with multiple people with dietary restrictions, one of which was a meat allergy. Zoe, the waiting staff member who helped us when we went, was incredibly helpful to us and helped us to find safe food for everyone to eat. We were definitely a hassle for the staff, but they made us all feel comfortable and happy with the food we were getting. My one complaint is that it seems a lot of the food appeared to come ready made, so for the price you aren't getting a home cooked meal from scratch. Either way, the environment was lovely and all the staff, especially Zoe, we're friendly and helpful the whole time!

Went for breakfast, ordered the french toast with berries and syrup and it was lovely. Very polite, friendly service but was a bit slow. Slightly pricey, but I thought it was worth it considering how lovely the food was.

Had an amazing breakfast yesterday the staff were wonderful especially Ali who sorted out our requirements as I have an egg allergy would very highly recommend if you are staying or visiting center parcs.

We've just visited center Parcs (longleat) for my birthday weekend. We love an afternoon tea so booked Cafe Rouge. The afternoon tea was amazing as was Jonathan who looked after us. He was so attentive and couldn't do enough for us. Seriously recommend a visit. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic food! Our server Jon! What a lovely guy! Very attentive and helpful. We also visited centerparcs this time last year and got on well with him last time and he remembered us which was so lovely! Really an asset to the place!

My family always enjoys a visit to Cafe Rouge whilst staying in Center Parcs. We were greeted with a warm welcome by Jasmine at the door. Simon was our server, and nothing seemed too much trouble. All the food came out piping hot and was served beautifully. The cocktails were delicious, and we rounded the evening off with some lovely desserts. Thank you for a fabulous experience.

Great breakfast, Simon who served us was very friendly.

It was just ok, and mediocre. Food was served quickly and the waiter was attentive. They weren't busy at the time. We ordered a couple of Rouge salads, and whilst being tasty, they were heavily laidened with potatoes not what was expected, and the Waldorf salad had far more pear in it than the traditional Wardolf salad ingredients expected. For instance the walnuts were just small crumbs. The child's meal was disappointing too. This Cafe Rouge is on the Centre Parc's complex, next to other restaurants that we have tried during our stay. Unfortunately we didn't feel it here and left a bit disappointed. We felt it lacked value for money.

We eat a couple of times at Cafe Rouge in our recent stay at Centre Parcs, Jon the owner was very attentive and the food good on both occasions.

Big shout out to Jon who made the whole meal amazing with his cheerfulness, sense of humour, and concern with a food intolerance. Give him a BIG christmas bonus please!!!!

Came here for my husbands 30th birthday at Center Parcs and can honestly say we all had a lovely breakfast! My 2 year old demolished his scrambled egg and he is fussy when it comes to that so very well done! Will definitely come back again :) we were served by Jon and Zoe who were both lovely

Ate here to celebrate my Dad’s 80th birthday. Had a wonderful time. We were served by Samantha who went out of her way to make sure he had a great time. She was so kind, and extremely efficient.

Food was lovely with a joyous atmosphere. The waitress Jade was incredible, super friendly, polite, knowledgeable and fantastic service.

A great dinner had by all, family had a really relaxed delicious meal and looking forward to going back again.

We have so far had breakfast here yesterday. Delicious and generous portions. Today, we have dined with two 18 years and a ten year old and us the adults. Food amazing. We dined today for afternoon tea with 4 adults and a baby. Being inside the plaza is quite warm so we asked for a cooler table which we were given and it was perfect. The afternoon tea was different and not as you expect as it’s not your typical selection but it was nice. The in laws had traditional and we had the Camembert one. The first Camembert wasn’t great, but the service was incredible. It was very quickly removed and replaced with another one which was very tasty and cooked perfectly! Cannot fault the food or service, the staff were lovely and very attentive. Overall wonderful visit.

Jade was an incredible waitress, very attentive and helped me secure a bottle of wine rather than a glass in convincing my partner! The manager Jon made us way round and was very chatty which is always welcoming! Food was delicious too!

Samantha was really friendly, helpful and kind. Her additional knowledge of the rest of the park was extremely helpful too. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we felt relaxed and cared for. She made the experience at Cafe Rouge a welcoming one and my husband and I will definitely go back when celebrating our 35th anniversary in April.

We went to Cafe rouge on our trip to Centerparcs this evening. Unfortunately my 2yr old son was unwell whilst we were at the restaurant. The staff could not have been more helpful, understanding and kind. They cleared the table and area, offered to re prepare our food (which was going cold after we saw to our son), asked how he was and checked in with us often. The staff were even so kind to go out of their way to get my son a centreparcs bear to cuddle, as his needed a wash. 10/10 customer service, family focused and genuinely nice people who saw a family having a tough time and went out of their way to help and be kind. Thank you to all the staff who helped us this evening!

A lovely breakfast just had by our family. Food perfect and Jon couldn't do enough for us. Unpleasant family at the next table who complained about everything and treated staff like slaves and left their table as though a bunch of 5 year olds had been there. They handled it beautifully so all credit to them for that also.

We had Samantha book us in, which was great as other restaurants on site said we had to go to guest services to book, or online. Samantha was cheerful and happy to help. Giving us recommendations. The food and wine recommendations were stunning! And Samantha was glad to hear we especially enjoyed the wine she had recommended. Emily was the server who brought our food out, and had a lovely smiley face.

Jon was really patient, helpful and went out of his way to give us the best service possible at Cafe Rouge Centre Parcs. I have a nut allergy and I was well informed on allergy information for all of the dishes and he communicated with me well at every stage of the meal to ensure I had a safe experience. The service was exceptional, however Cafe Rouge offers very limited options that cater for a nut allergy since the new information surrounding mustard, and this could definitely be improved. Big thanks to Jon for looking after us!

Cafe rouge always has a great menu with wonderful choices, it also serves Stella which has now been removed from most pubs! We were served by Simon & Amy who were both so lovely & friendly. The food is so good.
