Slow service, poor quality food and it took 2hrs just to have a simple lunch.

Lunch with kids. Food was good and no problems there. Service was amazing. My son was upset and crying loudly and a lady called Jade (I believe one of the waitresses there) approached us and spoke to our son and gave him a game to play. She even sat down and explained the rules to him. Outstanding staff…that’s why we keep going back….

I had an amazing time while eating dinner with my family, I was served by Erin and she was very polite. She took great care of us the whole night!

Was a very nice atmosphere with a good selection of food. Went for the sirloin steak which was £25 but it was very tough, my partner was the same experience. I know sirloin is a tier above rump but iv cooked a sirloin from Tesco's and it didn't come out like this. However, Chips are very nice and service was good.

Our family of four enjoyed a lovely meal at Cafe Rouge in Center Parcs Longleat. We'd pre booked a table for 8pm and were seated at a fun booth style table. Our order for drinks, starters and main courses were taken promptly by Erin, our Waitress. The drinks arrived quickly, and the starters arrived soon after and were delicious. Main courses included mussels, duck, steak and chicken and were all cooked to perfection. Thank you Erin for taking care of us throughout our meal and making our final evening in Center Parcs so enjoyable.

Fabulous food and service, and looked after by Ester who could not do enough for us. The dining experience was the best we have received in Center Parcs.

Had a lovely meal with my boyfriend during our holiday, we were served by John who was very lovely, and even took photos of us on my phone when he was free! Food was amazing! I had the sea bass and it was beautiful with amazing flavour, would highly recommend!

Party of 7 all ordering different meals, starters and desserts. All our dishes were excellent. Particularly enjoyed the demo poulet, poulet Breton and chicken & ham pie. Exceptional service from Abi R - great experience all round and we would definitely recommend.

Popped in for a late lunch with my daughter. This is her new favourite place now. The food was excellent, a simple baguette and salad followed by delicious apple tart, but the simpler something is, the better it needs to be to be good. Then we need to address the staff - Ester and Simon are a credit to the company. Welcoming, warm, engaging when we wanted to chat but also leaving us to enjoy our meal and the time out from a busy day.

Jon, Simon and Phil - we were served by Jon last year which made us come back as he was so amazing so we came back this year for breakfast for 2 mornings and they were all fantastic, so chatty and nothing was too much to ask. They were also amazing with entertaining our toddlers in the group. Please keep these staff they were outstanding!

Both Ester and Jade were lovely. They both took the time to ask us what we had done leading up to our time at the restaurant and listened with care. The food was delicious and a wonderful end to a beautiful day spent with my mum. Thank you both so much and thank you to everyone who was involved in our experience. Many thanks Ryan Scott

Chose Café Rouge as part of our spa break package as we've always been happy with them. Delighted with our choice as the food and staff were brilliant. Scarlet was our server along with another lady whose name we didn't catch. Both were excellent and we will definitely choose this restaurant again.

Food and wine - very good for the price. My nut allergy was no problem and handled without making me feel like a pariah (no flags in my food for once - superb!) But we would like to particularly commend the service - thanks Scarlet! We were somewhat annoying: a request to move tables for different "lighting" 😌 and "any chance of no mushrooms in the Poulet Breton?" But you accommodated us with patience and your dessert recommendation was spot on.

Abby was great, very welcoming and had great recommendations for the food a drink. Very knowledgeable of the menu.

Staff all extremely friendly and helpful. Our waitress was Ester, she was lovely. Food was good to. They could have a bit more exciting menu for 10year old kids though. In the end ours ate from main menu.

Such a lovely late lunch at cafe rouge today. Price of the lunch deal is so reasonable and the cocktails were delicious. Jon was a fantastic server and very attentive to me and my "older sister." Thank you .

Me and my partner came multiple times during our stay at Centre Parcs back in November. Each time we were greeted by some of the best service we’ve ever received at a restaurant. Now, there were a few issues with the cut of steak I had being quite tough and when I brought this up I believe it was the assistant manager although I’m not great with names, he was relentless about ensuring I got the absolute most out of my meal and enjoyed it at all costs! So he offered us free deserts, and meal replacement for myself (which was perfect), although my partners meal was great so I think I just didn’t get the best cut of steak which is out of the chefs control. Needless to say, it’s the best place to eat at Centre Parcs. And service was 5⭐️

We visit Cafe Rouge daily as part of our annual Centerparcs Longleat holiday. We are always greeted by a friendly face and have enjoyed and would recommend both breakfast, dinner and afternoon tea! A shout out and thank you to Zoe one of the staff who has been there for many years, who always remembers us and is particularly great at her job! Top marks Cafe Rouge and see you next year Zoe from the family in Devon!! 😘🩷

Simon was a lovely waiter, and the food was excellent 👌.

I came to this restaurant with multiple people with dietary restrictions, one of which was a meat allergy. Zoe, the waiting staff member who helped us when we went, was incredibly helpful to us and helped us to find safe food for everyone to eat. We were definitely a hassle for the staff, but they made us all feel comfortable and happy with the food we were getting. My one complaint is that it seems a lot of the food appeared to come ready made, so for the price you aren't getting a home cooked meal from scratch. Either way, the environment was lovely and all the staff, especially Zoe, we're friendly and helpful the whole time!

Went for breakfast, ordered the french toast with berries and syrup and it was lovely. Very polite, friendly service but was a bit slow. Slightly pricey, but I thought it was worth it considering how lovely the food was.

Had an amazing breakfast yesterday the staff were wonderful especially Ali who sorted out our requirements as I have an egg allergy would very highly recommend if you are staying or visiting center parcs.

We've just visited center Parcs (longleat) for my birthday weekend. We love an afternoon tea so booked Cafe Rouge. The afternoon tea was amazing as was Jonathan who looked after us. He was so attentive and couldn't do enough for us. Seriously recommend a visit. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic food! Our server Jon! What a lovely guy! Very attentive and helpful. We also visited centerparcs this time last year and got on well with him last time and he remembered us which was so lovely! Really an asset to the place!

It was just ok, and mediocre. Food was served quickly and the waiter was attentive. They weren't busy at the time. We ordered a couple of Rouge salads, and whilst being tasty, they were heavily laidened with potatoes not what was expected, and the Waldorf salad had far more pear in it than the traditional Wardolf salad ingredients expected. For instance the walnuts were just small crumbs. The child's meal was disappointing too. This Cafe Rouge is on the Centre Parc's complex, next to other restaurants that we have tried during our stay. Unfortunately we didn't feel it here and left a bit disappointed. We felt it lacked value for money.

Came here for my husbands 30th birthday at Center Parcs and can honestly say we all had a lovely breakfast! My 2 year old demolished his scrambled egg and he is fussy when it comes to that so very well done! Will definitely come back again :) we were served by Jon and Zoe who were both lovely

Ate here to celebrate my Dad’s 80th birthday. Had a wonderful time. We were served by Samantha who went out of her way to make sure he had a great time. She was so kind, and extremely efficient.

Food was lovely with a joyous atmosphere. The waitress Jade was incredible, super friendly, polite, knowledgeable and fantastic service.

A great dinner had by all, family had a really relaxed delicious meal and looking forward to going back again.

We have so far had breakfast here yesterday. Delicious and generous portions. Today, we have dined with two 18 years and a ten year old and us the adults. Food amazing. Lily was fantastic and the food was great!

We dined today for afternoon tea with 4 adults and a baby. Being inside the plaza is quite warm so we asked for a cooler table which we were given and it was perfect. The afternoon tea was different and not as you expect as it’s not your typical selection but it was nice. The in laws had traditional and we had the Camembert one. The first Camembert wasn’t great, but the service was incredible. It was very quickly removed and replaced with another one which was very tasty and cooked perfectly! Cannot fault the food or service, the staff were lovely and very attentive. Overall wonderful visit.
