Costa Coffee in Wiltshire

I was served by a lovely chirpy girl called Ren, (I think). Service was efficient and polite.

Had a delightful cappuccino. Regrettably, I didn't get a cake.

It's an OK place I guess. Staff are usually friendly and mostly efficient. However, there often seems to be extra staff hanging around in the seating areas and at those times it becomes more like a Costa common room and customers then take second place.

Always good, quick, efficient and friendly

Reasonable coffee but a little too mild for my taste.....if you do get large, be warned, it is huge! Seating is just so so and better more comfortable places just around the corner....

Great customer service and fab coffee

Cheaper than Starbucks which is practically opposite to Costa with just as good a selection of drinks and snacks the fact that they take cash and not just card like Starbucks do makes this the preferable coffee shop, in my opinion anyway 😀

I had a lovely coffee and muffin on a Saturday morning served by friendly staff.

Very nice cold drinks the coffee is still bitter and horrible the staff are nice and friendly. My advice is go the for cold drinks only

A very sticky, echo-y, poor Costa experience. The staff were nice enough, but the whole atmosphere was very crummy. In desperate need of improvement.

I regularly come to this costa and it’s staff are always super friendly and willing to help, I like that the staff can have a joke with customers without having to whipped in line or worry, it makes it more of a pleasant place to be with a laugh and not some strict army regiment rubbish. Regular customers are always friendly too, it’s a friendly place, the regulars make the place along with the staff. As for comments about it being dated, all I can say is, if the seats work and are comfy it’s doing it’s job, they can’t tailor it to everyone’s fancy, if you can sit comfortably so what, I’m sure your bum don’t mind. They really do make an effort to remember and familiarise themselves with the regulars too with a lot remembering names and faces and orders too. As for cleanliness I think it’s very clean, the only time the tables seem to get messy is if there is a mad rush, the staff are certainly not lazy on cleaning! Finally the drinks, I like to change up my orders every so often to not get bored but I’ve never had a single drink I don’t like, even the new barista is making great quality drinks and he is only training still. Never had a bad drink from here. Only improvement, BRING IN MORE MOZZARELLA AND TOMATO PANINIS! 😂

Very good, staff helpful, decor at the Trowbridge high street was a little dowdy and we were served our coffee in takeaway cups although seated

Staff friendly enough and coffee was fine but in this day of pandemics cleanliness left alot to be desired. Although trade was slow when we entered most tables were dirty and all glass and protective screens all hand and finger marks. In general the place needs a good clean.

As always, the coffee is delicious and the service perfect. I love going there every time I'm out and about.

Friendly service, decent tasting drink, just a shame so many people refusing to show any sign or intention to socially distance be it in the queue or when sat at tables

Tables cleared and place looked freshly cleaned, staff member disinfecting surfaces after previous customers. All Covid procedures adhered to. Toilets clean and everything working okay. Staff members polite and knew their jobs. Good coffee as well!

Lovely branch of costa, only 3 stars due to food hygiene. Both of the people serving today were friendly but on their phones and cash handling in between serving the food and I think all costa staff should be hand washing more regularly! Saw one of them rub sweat off their head and then proceed and serve someone! Not the best hygiene!

Order taker could do with a lesson in polite etiquette. Barking orders to stand on the spacing dots, was a little OTT. People do not always look at the floor immediately below them so we'll may intrude into the 2m distance. It happens no need to be so pedantic. There was no spacing behind the counter where 3 were working within 1m distance. No need for that, if you want to enforce rules you need to obey rules.

Tables needed wiping down, coffee was nice

Ginger bloke with the goatee iis one of the best servers in the trowbridge establishment. Perfect service, communication skills and performance.

Grabbed a couple of Lactofree coffees on the way to take our dog to the park. Really friendly, helpful staff.

I like this branch. Coffee though! Some say it Costa lot but I think it's not bad when your gasping and your kid needs the bog asap.

I'm a Costa fan, a black coffee and a toasted mozzarella sandwich. Nothing at all on the menu for a Gluten Free Friend. We didnt stay and eat. Costa get in to the 21C

Haven't been here, but Google thinks I have and keeps asking for a review. I keep dismissing it in the drop down box but it keeps popping up. I've also ticked the "haven't been here" box yet here it is again lol so perhaps if I give an average star rating and a review it won't appear again. Should I visit this Costa Coffee I'll be sure to edit my "review"

i love going to costa with my friends especially to get a nice hot chocolate (which is lovely) , i do wish the toilets were cleaner and the service was faster and nicer however the food is great and the drink are lovely.

This place was fine but your bar code on lots of coffee machines around this area is hopeless 🤢it rarely works!

Good coffee in trowbridge town centre !

Coffee was distinctly average, with no newspapers to read (someone was getting them but it was 0930 already) and what makes matters worse is the complete lack of soap and toilet paper in the loo. Won't be returning anytime soon!

Great go there nearly every day

A little pricey. Great range. Helpful friendly staff. Toilets. Seating outside. Cakes, hot chocolate, paninis, cold drinks. Offer of Costa card to collect points. Right next to the Shires, shoezone, banks etc. Music not to loud.

My favourite coffee shop in town always

Rude staff, dirty environment. Alot of the inbreeds of trowbridge drink here so be careful as you can clearly catch stupid in this town.

It's a Costa so you know what you'll get and I quite like Costa so I was happy. Decor is a bit tired though so only 3 stars.

Dirty tables, bloody rammed with buggies surely a fire hazard!!! Also why do they have to close half of the shop of at 1500 hrs to clean? It doesn't close till 6pm so that's really odd

Come here often as love the drinks and the staff are brilliant giving it a feel of being a part of their family.
