En route to Gatwick from S Devon. TA research brought us here. 2 full English's cooked to order with bottomless Tea for £15. Limited seating inside & out. Staff friendly & efficient, really what's not to like ? Recommended !

It’s rare I have a roast dinner when I’m out for Sunday lunch. Too often they disappoint and I’m left wondering what makes my mums or wife’s so much better. No here though. I’ve been twice, and between us my wife and I have tried four different meats. All have been full of flavour, tender and generously portioned. Great spuds, massive yorkshires and rich, tasty gravy too. Proper comfort food, I’d challenge anyone to leave unsatiated. The pub itself is cosy and unpretentious and run very efficiently by a polite, friendly and welcoming team of staff. Having ticked off the beef, pork belly, chicken and venison we’ll be back soon to get the lamb and nut roast and collect the set!

We visited The Pancake House as part of a long weekend at Centerparcs, when we also dined at Bella Italia, Huck’s and Cafe Rouge. Value for money was as you would expect where you have a captive audience, but the Pancake House was seriously let down by lacklustre waiting staff, very slow service, really dry pancakes, an omelet that looked like they had reused various chopped up meats and coffee that was undrinkable. By comparison, the other restaurants onsite had lovely staff, great food service and pretty decent food as well. Huck’s was top of my kids’ list.

Very disappointed that we drove a long way to a Starbucks only to get there and be told in a rude manner that it is only for guests! This of course would be OK but at least show this on Google so people don't drive miles to get to it!! Angry Traveller.

Staued for a couple of nights with various memebrs of our family, for a visit to Longleat, Fetsival of Light. The rooms are spacious, well kept, clean and quiet, even some are look onto the main road. smart TV, Wifi, Cofee & Tea, water and fridge all in the room. We ate and drank in the main bar, restuurant area, the staff where all very polite and efficient. They could not do enogh for us. Breakfast was well managed and the staff again very well organied. Plenty of parking and there is a EV charging point right across the road in the filling station.

We ordered pizza and chow main for delivery. Pizza was fully loaded with meat, chow main had lots off chicken and portion size was reasonable. However nothing can beat chow main from my local Chinese! Food arrived on time and was hot. We give 4 stars as there is always things for improvement. Was not Wow but was tasty.

A very sub par experience. This is described as a Gastro pub. There is nothing about the experience I would associate as being Gastro apart from putting food in your stomach. The fish and chips is so overpriced as is the Cumberland sausage ring and you can get better in Weatherspoons. A pint of Guinness is 7.50! The décor can best be described as 1990's mediocre Italian restaurant with ceilings so high all the sound echoes around and and lights so bright that any sense of Inn or pub is totally destroyed. At £55 for a very average meal is extortion.
