Went for grandsons birthday and staff were so helpful. Nice house wine and enjoyed our meal. Kids menu especially good value Will definitely return

Brilliant family friendly small local restaurant

Lovely food, good varied menu, excellent service.

Always seems busy and is a worthwhile family favourite with an extensive menu. The hard furnishings and small rooms can make it difficult to hear conversations. The car park is quite small and parking is limited elsewhere in the village. Exacerbating this is that many diners seem unable to get their car into a single space.

Fantastic food and great service.

Cane here as a family of four on an early Sunday evening. Very busy. Have visited here several times and each visit has been pretty good. Waitress in this visit was very pleasant and informative. Didn't finish our pizza's so we had them boxed and taken home. Worth a visit.

We had a party of 14 today to celebrate my husbands 80th birthday, the table was ready in the conservatory, the staff were very helpful and the food was excellent all 14 of us enjoyed our meals.

Pizza was ok - thin and crispy type rather than sourdough or anything fancy. The quality of the fritto misto was poor and it was served with a grainy mayo (and no lemon). It's not the most authentic Italian but I guess there's not much else around the area so it's fine if you're passing by.

Our family regularly dine at La Campagna in Upton Scudamore. The staff are attentive and friendly and the food is fantastic - every time. We have been to other La Campagnas but none of them are as good as this one. The only very slight negative is that the restaurant can get a bit stuffy in the warmer months - could do with some air conditioning!

Just found this great place. The food is amazing and tastes authentic. Will definitely be going again.

All our food orders were delicious and reasonably priced. Would recommend! Big portions for sharing dessert which was also tasty. Espresso martini here wasn't my favourite.

Had a lovely tasty meal out with family. Great Italian food, surprisingly wide menu and very good quality. The staff were friendly and attentive but not intrusive. Would definitely visit again. Update for re-visit on 19-12-23 and must confirm this remains a great place to dine out. Food, staff & atmosphere are crackin' 👍👍👍 Further update 23-05-24 visit, this restaurant is still a top notch place, great food and friendly staff. Full House on tonights visit which is also a good sign.

La Campagna has been a solid 5 for me for the past few years. The food is consistently good and the service normally impeccable. Sadly today, our meal was ruined somewhat by a really noisy family with kids- not normally a problem, its a public restaurant after all but when it's only 4.30pm and its at best, 10% full, why o why would you seat them literally on the table next to a couple who were clearly having a quiet meal?

Brilliant food, service was spot on as well. Only negative was the limited parking.

It was my partner's birthday, amazing service by Karolina and amazing food can't recommend enough the staff was very welcoming and it was so relaxed and amazing. I can't wait to go back.

Went here for a friend's birthday following a recommendation. I won't be going back. The food was very average, and the service was no better. A shame as clearly other friends had a good meal there previously

Great evening with friends, good food good atmosphere

Absolutely stunning restaurant with fantastic staff. The food was beyond incredible, the menu had a respectable amount of choice is every 'type' of dish you would expect from an Italian restaurant. The quality of the food was astounding with fresh ingredients and homemade dishes. The mussels were with the best white wine sauce and really stood out. The servings were very generous, amazing value for money could not recommend more! Speedy, friendly service, fair prices, great food.

Best Italian food in the United Kingdom or America, stayed in the area five days and ate dinner there four nites everthing was perfect. Carolena and her colleague were so helpful and gave us help with planning our day trips to places like Bath and Cheddar, these are sites in the area that we were unaware of and we were very grateful to get their help. I have never enjoyed food or atmosphere so much as I have at this establishment with Carolina and her staff. Thank your and hope to see in and near weinminster again next trip. We visited as a family of 5 and I have to say, I can not fault anything……. Very attentive friendly staff, service was prompt, food was really good and the price was very reasonable. Brilliant place to eat, and great service .

My friend and I stayed locally for a few nights and La Campagna was recommended by the home owner. We ate here 3 evenings and had fantastic food every time. Staff were warm and welcoming and service was excellent. We can recommend the pork tenderloin, chicken risotto, chicken supreme, chicken caesar salad, and the banoffee pie was to die for in my friend's opinion! We would definitely recommend a visit here if you are in the area.

Lovely restaurant, food is excellent, staff very friendly. Plenty of room between tables, in all well worth a visit. Clean and pleasant throughout and good beer. Unfortunately there are no carpets over the wooden floor and the acoustics are very loud so difficult to hear other members on the table. Had to move from original table as 3 cackling women next to me had no idea of the volume they were talking at. That apart a very nice place

What a wonderful little find this was! We stayed overnight in the nearby Travelodge and La Campagna was just a 4 minute drive away in a pretty little village. Highly recommended - can't wait to go again next year!

The restaurant was extremely busy but having booked last minute we were seated on a lovely table in the conservatory. The meals were served efficiently and all four were delicious snd well presented

Excellent service. Excellent food. And a fabulous Sancerre. A special occasion made to feel extra special with a glass of complimentary bubbles on our arrival. We received a warm welcome and a private table. Our waitress was professional and attentive without being intrusive - she nailed the balance. Our first visit but it won’t be our last. Great job 👏

Wow, what a gem. My wife and I visited for our 22nd wedding anniversary, we were staying at hunters moon so only 10 minutes away but really tucked away. The service was great friendly and welcoming from arrival and throughout. We had bread and calamari to start, I had the seafood linguine my wife had seafood risotto. Shared a pudding of raspberry and apple crumble. All food was well presented and tasted amazing with a good portion size. Thank you all so much for a memorable evening and for your kind well wish for our special day.

Lovely calming atmosphere with kind attentive service. I had a risotto dish with everything a seafood lover could ask for; muscles, king prawns, squid and sea bass all in one dish with creamy savoury rice. The prices were high but it was definitely worth it to celebrate a special occasion!

One of the best meals we've had, the fettuccine alla cacciatore in particular was incredible. Lovely atmosphere, great service.

Walked into this beautiful, charming hidden gem that my partner and I found on google for a date night. It did not disappoint. The food was delicious, the hostess was attentive and friendly. The ambiance just perfect. Would highly recommend.

Nice people and perfectly edible food but this is not authentic italian cooking. Spaghetti with tomatoes using tinned tomatoes, saltimbocca more akin to a British Sunday roast. Italians would not be impressed and it’s sad that so many reviewers don’t know what good Italian food is. Please visit Italy and see what you’re missing.

Went on there website to order a takeaway and thought the spaghetti bolognese looked good so I ordered two all i can say is don't expect anything like it looks in the pictures. Abit of spaghetti in watery sauce and no mince i basically spent a £23.20 on some spaghetti.

Place inside look amazing and calm. Stuff was friendly, ask if we need something or not. We order food and drinks, everything arrived quite fast. All food was amazing in taste and so delicious I cannot stop eating, I eat so much I wasn't able to move for almost 30mins . Portions of food was huge. We all go out from there with full belly , happy to eat there.

Really excellent pasta in a super restaurant and with good service - if a little slow. I had the shedded duck pasta with mushrooms and masala sauce and it was the best pasta dish I think I’ve ever had. And the profiteroles were very good too.

We had lunch here for my husband's birthday Friday 21st July. The food was gorgeous. My husband had the steak and I had the pizza with roasted peppers. The pizza was huge, my husband shared some along with his steak. Tiramisu and lemon tart with raspberry sorbet for dessert. The staff here are wonderful. So friendly and accommodating. They brought over a shot drink for my husband and wished him a happy birthday. The restaurant is extremely clean. Thank you La Campagna. We highly recommend.

I booked a table for myself and my husband at lunch on Friday for his birthday. Best lunch ever. Would highly recommend. Compliments to the chef. Have never had food so good in such a long time. The staff here were just as amazing. On discovering it was my husband's birthday they all wished him a happy birthday and he received a birthday drink. Such lovely people. And it's so clean here. It really is. We will definitely be returning in the future. Also would highly recommend booking before arrival, it's popular here. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

Would come here every time I visit my mother which is every 2 weeks. We eat out every time I see her & this place is without question or doubt one of the top 5 places we have been to in the last 4 years which says alot!! Chicken caesar salad has to be one of the best i have ever had.....and that goes for the Tirimasu as well! Today was our second visit & I know we will be back time & again. I cannot speak highly of this place - great ambience, friendly staff & definitely a high standard/quality of food. Wish we had found this place sooner. So definitely highly recommended & they will definitely be seeing us again very soon. :-) Compliments to the chef - thanks!!

We had drinks cocktails of course? Atmosphere was brilliant and lively the service was friendly and professional if you are in the carbis bay or at ives area it's a must.

Once again an excellent Sunday lunch. Even though we were 15 of us they catered for us brilliantly, food was exceptional. Staff fantastic. An splendid time was had by all. Thanks.

Been here a few times now; it's the kind of place you want to return to, and you won't be let down. A quality Italian restaurant in the middle of the Wiltshire countryside, located in an old village pub now nicely refurbished. The kind of friendly attentive service you get in Italians, and excellent quality food. Just go.

This place is amazing ,we had two pizza and one kids pasta,the pizza tasted out of this world,well done to pizza chef.I wanted to order some more to take away with us on the place we stayed,wish we lived closer and we would gone every week at least but we live 50miles way. Sorry didn’t get the name of the girl who served us but she was amazing,the atmosphere was great and they are so busy for Sunday night. If on area I definitely will be going back and is worth every penny. Thank you for good food and great service.😊

Had the pleasure of eating here a few nights as we were staying at the pub, albeit in the bar, which has it happens was quiter than the restaurant during the weekend. Excellent quality food well served by the friendly staff.

A great meal with excellent staff and service. Our dog was also welcomed in the bar. I stayed here in March and the experience was also very good. Clean, efficient and welcoming. I was even able to order supper to eat in the room. Look forward to visiting again while in the area.

Went as a family of 5 to celebrate a joint wedding anniversary and birthday. Three of us chose Sunday roast lamb but I was somewhat disappointed, rather too much gristle and fat for my liking. Have eaten here several times before - and the food...

Visited La Campagna on 19th March with my wife while we were on a weekend break in Warminster. We were a bit surprised by the location as its in a little village off the beaten track. However, we were very pleasantly surprised by the food...

We only had a drink here, but the staff were great.

We both had fillet steak which was cooked perfectly (1 rare, 1 medium-rare). We had banoffee pie and tiramisu for dessert, which was similarly excellent. To top it off the wine selection is also very good.

The food was out of this world, the staff were so lovely and catering as we were a group of 10 which included 4 kids. Came from Swansea but would drive back just to eat here again.
