Las Iguanas - Center Parcs Longleat in Wiltshire

We enjoyed our meal tonight, there was a problem with one dish but it was sorted to our satisfaction. Calamari was cooked perfectly and plenty of sauce on the chicken wings. The Taste of Brazil dish which was delicious . Cocktails were amazing. We were very well looked after by Jasmine. She was friendly and attentive, when needed.

Lily was a great server, she really looked after us and was great in ensuring the children had everything they needed.

We had a lovely meal at Las Iguanas today. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Marc our server who looked after us brilliantly. The food was hot, fresh and delicious, and we enjoyed the relaxed lunchtime vibe which also suited our 3-year-old much better than an evening visit. All in all a fab experience - many thanks!

They had a bit of a problem with food taking too long to come out but they were very apologetic. The food was still really nice and the staff very good.

we came in to las iguanas on monday 18th November, it was so nice to be welcomed with a smile and bubbly server Amybeth,very attentive and met all of our needs as we were all abit unsure what cocktails to order but she soon made it very apparent the best ones to have! we look forward to coming back in the new year

Loved Iguanas in Center parcs Longleat today. Very chilled and Marc our server was awesome 🤩 . Food was lovely… I tried the new Tacos - I would definitely recommend. My son loved the kids food too. Definitely worth a visit.

Service was very very slow, took over half an hour to get a drink to the table and a further hour to get any food. No communication from the staff and they were hard to get hold of in the first place.

Food was nice. Service was slow. We were sat for 30 minutes before our drinks order was taken and a further 15 minutes before our food order was taken. The service charge on our bill at the end of our meal was definitely not representative of the service given

Service ok However Cutlery extremely dirty with dried food on them! Had to go searching for own salt and pepper. Food took an hr and came out cold. Well over priced for food that tasted like it had been from the frozen section at Local supermarket.

Excellent prompt service, we didnt wait long for food despite the restaurant being busy. Tasted amazing with all the authenticity you come to exspect. All in all really Excellent dinning experience! A merit to the manager at the top, what a great resurant and happy friendly team giving Excellent customer service throughout! The only place to eat at longleat Centre parcs A+++

We were late getting to the restaurant and didn't have a booking, but we were seated anyway. We were so happy with the service we received and the staff were amazing and so accommodating. Our server Jayden was so polite and helpful, and the food was delicious. 10/10 can't recommend this restaurant enough and if we come back to centre parcs we will definitely be coming back here

Our favourite restaurant at Center Parcs. Always had very friendly and helpful service and it's a nice relaxed atmosphere. Food has always been very good too. We'll be back a few times when we're next at Center Parcs Longleat. Thanks.

Had an amazing dinner here. After a long day of driving, and everyone being exhausted, it was a nice way to end the day with some delicious food. The atmosphere was also great, very refreshing and a lovely getaway. Also the staff were very friendly too. We had Kirsty serving us and her enthusiasm and energy were really really appreciated, especially after a stressful day of packing and traveling. Overall it was definitely a 5 star experience!!

Overall, not recommended. 45min wait for food, though restaurant half empty. When the food did arrive, 2 dishes were cold. Staff were happy to sort. Very average food. Cocktails were ok.

The service here was exceptional from Jake he went above and beyond to make the experience special for us as a group. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars was due to my steak not being right the first time around. Nevertheless this issue was resolved without any problems.

Five stars good food service was spectacular but some dishes are really spicy 🌶️

Really nice food, good selection, came out quickly and was hot and fresh. Very good portion sizes, neither of us could finish our meal. Service was friendly, nice atmosphere and lots of different seating areas - we sat in a booth which was cosy and comfy. Huge cocktail selection as well. Prices were similar to the rest of the food choices but seemed a lot better value for money. They only have vegan mayo which is a bit random.

Had a really lovely meal here. Piping hot. Cocktails and food arrived fast. Waiters attentive. The only downside is that when we went to pay, they said they didn’t accept Monzo cards. Having been banking with Monzo nearly 2 years, I have never ever encountered this issue. Las Iguanas was the only place in Center Parcs I had this problem.

Food was good, its probably the nicest decorated of the restaurants in that area and slightly cheaper beer! Which is good because the beer price in general at CP is outrageous.

What an excellent experience, the both of us enjoyed everything about the restaurant from start to finish,

Drinks order was initially incorrect, food was average. Chicken fajitas was basically chicken curry instead of fajita spiced. All edible but not as one would expect or anticipate. Service staff were very pleasant and amiable. Overall average which is a shame compared to a year previously at the one at Elveden which was better food.

Samantha and her team were great. We spent the long weekend at Centre Parcs Longleat, ate in Hucks, Pancake House, Cafe Rouge and Las Iguanas. Last Iguanas as the best food. Despite being a chain, it was really good and the staff made it feel less chainy if thats a word. Its hard to get a table so book in advance. And its the only place I managed to find any semblance of a barista coffee, the barman had some skills. Great work will be back next year. Thanks

Visited Las Iguanas during our stay at Longleat Centre Parcs. Credit where credit is due, our waitress Lily was amazing. Nothing was too much effort, and she was so lovely. Made our dinner experience here more enjoyable.

A distinctly average meal for ridiculous prices. 3 adults, 2 drinks each , no sides , tiny starter and main meal for £150 Service - polite waitress but felt watched (stood behind us) and starters and main arrived far too quickly, no time to chat in between - we’re in an out within the hour! Another waiter was slagging off customers that had just left as they hadn’t finished their drinks or tipped the waiters and heard his life story in 5 minutes. Wouldn’t return to a las iguanas after this - food is basic at best!

Bit disappointed with the speed and quality vs a regular Las Iguanas, plus none of the usual offers are available. Main course was well overcooked and slightly burnt on the outside

Served prawn fajitas with shell still on is this normally? Seems a bit odd when served on a sizzler plate. Nothing like partial thickness burns with your fajitas! Luckily the food was cold, slow service, clearly understaffed and bland flavour. Waitress really good but rushed off feet. Questionable attitude from some staff, possibly manager, attitude sucked.

Extremely poor service from both the manager and assistant manager today. When we arrived, the manager spotted us waiting but continued to just stand at the bar gossiping with the bar tender instead of seating us. Once seated, the assistant manager just greeted us with “what do you want then?” We were continuously ignored despite having empty glasses on the table and trying to get additional drinks. Finally when we asked for the bill, the bill was pretty much thrown at us by the manager who then just walked off. We had to actually get up and go to the till to pay. Utterly appalling service here and don’t know how they get away with it. Clearly Las Iguanas is hiring managers with no previous hospitality experience or background whatsoever.

What a fantastic experience! Special thanks to Tia for making my girlfriends birthday dinner absolutely magical. Tia was an amazing host to us, very attentive, super lovely and polite and made us feel very welcome. The food that we sampled was epic! So tasty and moreish, the kind of food that you just get stuck in, get messy and enjoy. The cocktails were awesome, very well made, beautiful presentation and fantastic selection. Simply put, if you are in Center Parcs you have to visit Las Iguanas!

Visited NYE whilst on holiday. The service from start to finish was excellent, I believe our server was called Jayden. They were so friendly and attentive! Unfortunately the food itself was the let down. We had the sharing nachos to start, which arrived so quickly our drinks hadn't arrived yet. The nachos were great, however thats a pretty difficult dish to mess up. The mains came out after we'd finished our stater, and the drinks had arrived, but our poor server was rushed off their feet and didn't have time to clear our plates. The mains were disappointing - the burrito was grey and looked obviously heated up not freshly made. The loaded chicken tasted like something I'd pay £5 for at Weatherspoons, not £17. Overall, the meal with a tip cost over £60. I know in resturants outside of CP you can use discounts to bring the price down, however I think this visit has put me off Las Iguanas for a while. Microwaved food at a high end price point!

Food was great but dam waited 20 minutes for some water and juice.

Good food and excellent service, we had the tapas for lunch and everything they brought out was delicious, there are plenty of options for those that don't enjoy spice but they don't skimp on the chilies in the dishes that are meant to be spicy. Though I didn't have any myself my family reported that the cocktails were similarly excellent. As with all restaurants and shops within the park the price can be a little dear and service can slow in the evening when it gets busy but this is an excellent spot to go.

I don't normally leave reviews but I'm pretty cheesed off with this one! Given Las iguanas was the most expensive restaurant we went to at center parcs I was pretty disappointed. I shall explain why, keep reading my friends! I ordered fajitas at £18.50. All the usual accompaniments, salsa, sour cream etc. And a few crumbs of grated cheese. You know those tiny ramekins you get for your ketchup in restaurants? (And you end up having to ask for more) well thats what my tea spoon of cheese came in. Now we all appreciate the cost of living crisis, but this felt as opportunistic as my current outrageous mortgage rate. I asked for more, at which I imagined the server gets asked from every single customer. It arrived about 15 minutes later after having to remind said server, to be given another mouse size ramekin of grated cheese. I rolled my eyes and carried on with my dinner, brushing it off as another corporate food chain cutting back without considering customer experience. However as we left and settled (the pretty expensive) bill, I noticed that I'd been charged 1.50 for the extra 12 grains of cheese I asked for! Not a bad restaurant all round although it's ambitions outweigh what it delivers. Would have been happier with a Pret or pizza hut to be honest. Either don't bother going, or if you do, bring your own cheese!

Withoubt doubt the worst food in Centre Parks, tasteless and the chicken used was like plastic, Nachos all soft and just thrown together , we couldnt eat our dishes except my little boys curly fries. Staff are very nice and friendly and restraunt quirky but if you want decent food for your money dont use Las Iguanas.

Very good and tasty selection of vegetarian food. Service and atmosphere was good but as with other Center Parcs restaurants, the prices are way too high. This isn't fine dining at a Michelin star restaurant, so don't price them that way. Center Parcs is an expensive holiday for what you get so don't fleece at the restaurants as well.

Nice meal, however when come to paying for the bill, we asked for the service to be removed, the Colleague Nitch was extremely rude - ignored us entirely despite previously just asking for the bill, and didn’t even say goodbye / goodnight - ruined our experience!

Food was okay, nachos were good. Burgers were lovely but presentation was lacking. Just chucked on a plate really. Cocktails were good, staff were great and really attentive! Some of the decor a bit grubby, but it’s really high traffic so can see why. Overall was good especially if you can’t be arsed to cook 😂 UPDATE; Having just been in Hucks which is next door downgraded to 3 stars because their food ran rings round that of Las Iguanas.

100% recommend. Went with wife and son, very filling meals, great cocktails. I would just say that I wish there was a bigger menu and choice on desserts, other than that everything was perfect , thank you.

Food and drinks were quick and tasted great but the staff were pretty much none existent we wanted to order more drinks but 20mins after finishing food we were still sat with empty plates on the table as the staff seemed more interested with seating new customers than dealing with the ones they already had.
